awesome place. salesman Blake was excellent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend calling and asking for him. Place is beautiful and clean . EVERYONE was helpful. General manager was very pleasant . Their financial manager I believe was Larry Webb was a very professional and enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommend this place.

I went to Marion Chevy unsure if I was going to leave with a car that day, but wound up leaving with one with which we are very pleased. We talked to Tyler Newbold and he was instrumental in helping us determine how much car we could afford. Even though it was very hot outside, he took the time to show us several cars in our price range and was very patient with us. Eventually we settled on a nice used Volkswagen Passat and my wife loves driving it. Our overall experience was very positive and I plan on seeing Tyler again when it is time for me to get a new or newer car in the future.

My initial goal was to price used pickup trucks, I was looking for a two year old Chevrolet or GMC 4 wheel drive. The salesperson, Tyler Newbold, was able to look at several different dealerships around the area that had the vehicle on their lot. He was also able to get back to me with the description and the pricing of the vehicles. I was impressed with the rapid response from the sales person and appreciated all the help that was provided me during this research effort.

I recently came in looking at vehicles. A gentleman by the name of Tyler came out and spoke with me. He was very professional and very helpful. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. Unfortunately I couldn't find the vehicle I was looking for. In the future if I decided to buy again I will. I recently had service repairs done on my car and Rich was very good to deal with. They fixed my cloudy mirror and also took care of another problem I had been having with air conditioner. It took a couple days to get all this repaired correctly which was understandable. When I came in my other car. They had two drivers drive my car back so I didn't have to find a friend. Excellent service dept. my car is running great thanks to them.

I came from 4 hours away to look at a used car I saw on their website. When I got to the table to negotiate they said the price they showed me was not negotiable. They were not happy with me because I kept them late and didn't pay what they wanted. So no sale. The GM was unfriendly and the sales associate became that way when we wouldn't pay their price. Oh well there loss.

We'll had a deal that was hard to beat and not cost the dealership anything. Had several problems with a 2013 Camero. A lot of electrical issues and could not get it located or fixed. Spoke to GM on several occasions for a lemon and finally filed complaint with BBB. Came to agreement with MSRP to MSRP trade with Chevy picking up tax, title, license and all transport fees. All was set with a vehicle located and was told by general sales manager that he would work with us was backing us and wanted to do the deal to help us out. We'll found out that the general sales manager declined to do the swap with us and Chevy. This is after being lead on for a week of we don't know what's going on and have no idea of what to do. (Also car back in the shop of electrical issue again). This deal would have not cost the dealership ANYTHING but didn't want to buy a car for Chevy and have to have it transport from New Jersey. Not going back as no deal and can not get the car fixed.

Recently purchased my 5th Vehicle of the year from Marion Chevy. Salesman Larry Sherertz's professionalism and Sean Wade's expert locating abilities have been instrumental in helping our business fleet grow!! Alex Shanks the finance manager has made sure we have got the lowest rate possible on every vehicle purchased. Their service manager Chuck is a great guy as well. We haven't had any trouble from the vehicles we have purchased from Marion Chevy but each time we are there Chuck makes sure to greet us and tells us to let him know should we have any problems. Its very refreshing to see the way they operate!!

We always do our research before making decision on where to purchase and the prices online were the lowest around. When we arrived at the dealership Joseph greeted us with a smile. He got our car appraised and we had bought a car in less then 30 minutes. After talking to other local dealers, we bought from Marion Chevy for because they had a similar truck for substantially less than all the other dealers and Joseph just seemed more interested in our needs than anyone else. I am a student at multiple schools and work part time and I had a huge accident where my insurance company was involved in giving me the money to put down on another vehicle the insurance company was taking forever and GMC of Marion was great to hold the truck for me until I received the money to put as the down payment the customer service was excellant.

I recently purchased a new truck from Marion Chevy. I want to tell my experience with them because it's not very often you get this kind of service. I walked in and I was greeted by several people. Larry Sherertz walked up to me and extended his hand with a big smile on his face. He welcomed me and asked what he can do for me. I didn't really know what I was looking for, all I knew is I wanted a truck. Larry walked me around the lot and showed me several of the trucks. When I returned from the test drive, Larry sat down with me and we talked turkey. While I was "dealing" with Larry, the General Sales Manager, Sean Wade, walked in to introduce himself and thank me for coming in. Sean and Larry made our deal work and I walked out a very happy man. Needless to say, Marion Chevy is where I will buy my next vehicle. Thank you Sean and Larry. You made buying a car easy.

I was thinking about purchasing a new vehicle and decided to drive through the lot to see what they had to offer. A jeep caught my eye and I decided to check it out. I try to be an informed buyer so I did my homework. I worked with Trent Senior and Sean Wade and they went out of their way to get the deal done for me quickly and on my schedule. The deal I got was amazing and so easy and effortless on my part. When I walked into the dealership everyone talked to me and made me feel comfortable . I dealt with Alex in the finance department and he made me feel at ease and worked a great rate for me. He listened to my needs and gave me great recommendations without being pushy. Sean promised to take care of a radio issue with the jeep and I have to say he lived up to the promise. They rolled out the red carpet for us and had an amazing car for us to drive while the jeep was being fixed. I know my dad has switched all of his service work here from a different dealership and for my family and I this is the only dealership we will be doing business with from now on.The most important thing to me is trust and integrity and this dealership has both.This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had.
