Bryan Atterberry, Sales, and Grant Thurmond, Finance, did a commendable job in helping us acquire a 2016 Legacy, replacing a 16 year old Nissan Maxima.The only complaint is the size and misnamed dealer logo on the back of the trunk lid. We did not buy a Mitsubishi. It is a SUBARU. And, it is already a show stopper in Paducah, KY. Had a man stop me at the grocery store praising the car.

Drove down Easter weekend. Traded in my 2008 Malibu and drove home with a 2015 Certified Legacy, in Tungsten Metallic which is a difficult color to find. Whole time was about 3 hours which is not too bad. I thought their price was initially pretty good, much less than I could find locally, but the price dropped by $600 bucks from Friday to Saturday. Still was able to negotiate less and had them throw in a spare set of OEM wiper blades which they FedEx-ed to me in 2 days. Certified gave me a better warranty than if purchased new which is nice. Josh was exceptionally nice as well as James, Jerry and Grant. Thanks guys.

The easiest experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. No pressure, stress, and a very professional experience overall. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and a joy to work with to attend to our needs and wants for our vehicle. Bryan Atterberry, Grant and the service department went above and beyond to explain everything and installed the options we wanted in a short time frame, since we had to travel a distance to the dealership. Bryan Atterberry met me at the dealership on his day off and was extremely informative about the features of the Outback and answered every single question as if I were a personal friend and he had all the time in the world. His responses and communication via the Internet and his very pleasant manner during the test drive made the entire experience fun. How many people can say that about buying a car? Grant in finance was equally informative and helpful and personable. I don't think you could find a better run dealership. One note, I was personally grateful as an elder female not to be talked to in a condenscending manner or treated as if my questions were not important. Believe me that has happened to me at other dealers. Bryan even made a point to remember the special charitable gift. I received VIP treatment through the entire process and it felt wonderful. This is my third Subaru.

We purchased our first brand new vehicle from Marion Subaru in February of '15, unfortunately it was involved in an accident. When the process for shopping for a replacement vehicle we went right back to them. The second time around was even better than the first experience. They made the process of finding what we wanted pain free. We went in looking for one vehicle and ended up with 2 brand new subarus. Our first experience was with Brian he was great he knew the vehicle inside and out and answered every question right on the spot. The second time around we dealt with Jeremy and he was equally as polite and helpful. Both times James located/ordered the vehicles we were looking for wth out any hassel. And Grant in the finance department went above and beyond to explain everything in detail anf worked the payments where we wantes them. Never did they try to get us to settle with something they had on the lot. I would recommend everyone looking for a new car give them a shot. Great friendly professional service from start to finish.

We bought a 2015 Forester and it was a good experience. John was a patient, helpful, low key, attentive salesperson and much appreciated by us. We were test driving, looking, wondering, wandering and discussing as we went, trying to decide between the Outback and the Forester. Through it all, John stayed with us but in an unobtrusive way. The only slightly negative aspect was the final pricing process. I would like once to experience a negotiation that didn't include, "I'll see if he will go for that deal, how about half that discount, I don't think he'll go for the entire amount...." The approach of salesperson "conferring" in private with a manager, then relaying info back to the customer, is a slightly deceptive ploy that every dealership I have dealt with has employed. Will someone break that tradition? I hope so. The Marion dealership did this but it was far better that most. Overall, I recommend this dealership as the best in our area for Subaru vehicles

We were very pleased with our overall buying experience. We traded in a 2011 Forester for a brand new Crosstrek. We got a great deal on our trade-in and our new payment was actually lower than our old payment. The staff all agreed to stay late to complete our paperwork. Everyone we dealt with, including Keith and Grant, were all very nice and professional. There were no hidden agendas. Everything was straightforward. Customer service is top notch.

This was one of several places we looked for a new vehicle. It seems to be the most straight forward ,no high pressure sales, the most honest place I have dealt with. All information was straight talk with no hidden fees. When prices were quoted they were a total. Mr. Voss was a pleasant sales person every time we talked to him. I would say the whole purchase was a very pleasant experience. We have other friends that have purchased here and have not heard a complaint from any of them . A great place to deal with.

I first made contact with the Marion Subaru dealer via the internet. Through email alone, they were able to give me their Fair Market Price as well as an interest rate without asking for anything in return. I worked with local dealers who made things much more difficult. The price on the car as well as the financing was so much better than any other dealer. Once I arrived, all the paperwork was ready and waiting for me. Everyone was so friendly and organized, I was only at the dealership for one hour. They made buying a car so simple and easy. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. It was well worth my 2 hour drive.

This was our first purchase utilizing the Internet as our primary method of interaction with the dealership. The process worked very smoothly with Dean Taborn being our primary contact. When we arrived at the dealership the paper work was prepared as previously agreed. After a brief test drive the papers were signed and we were on our way home in less than two hours. During this brief process, each member of the staff made a point to introduce themselves and see if they could assist in any way. Keith Voss ably assisted us in the final details of the sale since Dean was off that day. Each member of the staff represented Marion Subaru in a very professional and gracious manner. We were drawn to the Subaru Outback by the very favorable reviews in the most recent issue of Consumer Reports. The folks at Marion Subaru further enhanced our positive feeling for the Subaru brand. Finally the vehicle is a joy to drive and we look forward to each time we take it out.

Dean Taborn first got in touch with me after I found a car I liked on their website. Not only did he e-mail me quickly, he then called me. He took some information over the phone that day and then turned my information over to Grant Thurmond, in financial services. By the end of the day, not only was I approved for the car, but I had my payment even lower than what I was asking for! I went two days later to pick up my 2011 Subaru Legacy and couldn't be happier with it! Dean knew so much about the car and gave me some interesting facts on Subaru that I never would have thought. Grant took the time to explain to me every single piece of information he was getting from me and why. We're happy with our purchase of a 2014 Outback. Our salesman Dean was friendly, polite and not pushy. Dealer did no have in stock the car wanted so they found one at another dealer and traded one of their stock vehicles for it. I believe they provided a fair price on the Outback. Lower trade value on the car I traded in but that's how it works anywhere. I haven't heard from the service department yet but thankfully haven't needed to, but wish the were a more visible part of the Marion Subaru team. They may be great but the lost that first impression opportunity during the sales process. I wasn't impressed by whoever responded to a Subaru website request for quote although distant dealers did. I got the come in and let's talk routine. Glad I ran into Dean as again he's relatively new and not pushy and very respectful and helpful. Bottom line is dealership got the car I wanted at a price I could live with.

Our salesman was great. If we had been the least bit undecided about buying the Forester, however, the finance person would have sent us running out the door. His arrogance and self-righteousness made us want to puke. Personally, I was offended by his "mere woman" attitude toward me - and I bought the car! He shook my husband's hand first on two occasions and I wrote the check. The car is great - no complaints.

I just traded my black 2011 Outback for a black 2014 Outback. Having owned Jeeps and an FJ Cruiser, I have found the Outback to be the best all-around small utility vehicle on the market. It is great on the highway and even better in the (deep) snow. Marion Subaru has treated me well during purchases and in the service department. I wanted to buy a new Forester and had done quite a bit of research to prepare. I was pleased with the sales representative and thought I had agreed to a price, but was then led into a discussion with the finance person about warranty information that wound up throwing me out of the 1.9% APR bracket to 2.9% APR. It was MY decision, but I still was left feeling like I'd been had. SO, when making your decision, keep on your financial toes and don't let yourself be talked into something you may ultimately regret. Be aware there is a "phase II" of figuring your ultimate price. I am very pleased with the vehicle and would recommend the Forester and this dealership to anyone interested in this product.

They offered me a great price for my car, one I couldn't refuse. Patty is a friendly, knowledgeable staff member who took her time to assist me. I recently purchased a used auto from the Marion Subaru dealership. I was searching for an auto around 3-4 years old, and they provided me a great price! More importantly, the sales person treated me as a PERSON buying a car, not a woman buying a car. My mother and my younger sister went with me looking at multiple dealerships, and every OTHER sales person at other dealerships we spoke with treated us the same. They tried to show us the flashy objects and push me off on another car I wasn't interested in, and ignored what was important to me. If there is one thing I hate about buying a car is someone thinking I don't know about cars, financing, etc, just because I am female. We had actually taken my 15 year old sister along to teach her about buying her own auto someday, and I was happy we were able to work with someone at Marion Subaru who could show her a good buying experience. If you are looking for great price on a used auto, or looking for a great new car as well, I would highly recommend my salesperson, Dean!!

I had done my homework on pricing, and Marion Subaru gave me an offer that was consistent with everything I had seen while browsing the internet. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, and the process of purchasing the car was easy and comfortable. There was never a moment where I felt pressured to buy, and all my questions were answered before I made my decision. After reading the reviews and safety ratings on the new 2014 Forrester, I decided to look at them Bryan Atterbury was very helpful and friendly, and explained all the features to me. As a single mom, I never once felt like he "talked down" to me or tried to oversimplify anything, as I've experienced at other dealerships. The overall experience was very pleasant and not stressful. From test drive to walking out with my new vehicle took less than 2.5 hours.There was no run-around or back and forth to finance. Everything seemed very open and up front about the transaction. Bryan was very helpful and checked up with me following my purchase to make sure everything was going well.

This was my second Subaru outback from this dealership. KC Goldsberry was my sales rep on my first outback and the second and will be on my next one. I wanted a year newer outback exactly like my first one. KC found it for me and when it came in a day later there was one thing missing. KC and the dealership made it right with no additional cost to me. He lives up to his word and the dealership backs his word up. The whole process at Marion Subaru is wonderful. First my sales rep is great go see him ( KC Goldsberry ) or one of the other reps there. He has kept in contact with me well after my first purchase (without being annoying) to make sure everything is going great. Second Grant takes the time to explain and answer any questions you might have about the warranty or financing if you so choose. Then there is the service department. I always bring my car there for servicing. They are fast but most important they are good. They kept me informed about my car and what it needed. If it didn't need anything they just serviced it quickly and I was on my way. This is no joke this place is for real. They have a great product and great staff. Go check them out. I will be back again! Thank you Marion Subaru from one happy customer.

They did a great job assuring me it would be fixed, and resolving the tricky problem. This year I bought a '14 forester xt touring, a great vehicle at a great price. KC made the buying process simple and had all the details ironed out before we made the long trip up there. It was an enjoyable and low pressure buying experience.

I chose to purchase my Subaru from this dealership because of the helpfulness and persistence of the online sales rep KC Goldsberry. I purchased my last Subaru from my local dealership but chose to drive over to Marion. The experience was informative and professional. Great Finance department. The financial advisor, Mr. Thurmond took the time to thoroughly explain the warranty. KC kept in contact with me through the sales process and was conscientious about listening to my concerns and questions.

This place is top notch! I drove 3 hours from my home to purchase a used Subaru. KC, the internet salesperson, even came in on a day off to make sure I got taken care of! The personal attention given to me by KC and the finance guy, Grant, was something I'm not used to when sitting in an applications office. Both individuals were very personable and answered all of my questions. Oh yeah, and they got me a REALLY GREAT DEAL. Forgot to mention that. My only complaint was that I had to go through a little bit of hassle getting my spare keys, and there was no service record available on the vehicle. But, those things were just little flukes, and overall, I was incredibly impressed with this dealership. If I didn't live so far away, I'd be getting all of my service work done there too.

Three weeks ago, we purchased a late model used vehicle from this dealership. Since purchasing, we discovered some concerns with the vehicle and took it to a local dealership to be checked out. We learned that the vehicle had been wrecked, "bottomed out" as well as front end damage. We were told it would cost $7000 to $10,000 to repair and that the warranty was void due to the wreck. We attempted to get this dealership to return our money for this car, as we felt deceived at time of purchase. The dealership refused to make it right. We are extremely disappointed as we had previously thought that this was a reputable dealer. Both the manager and owner agreed that we were in a "grey area"; however, neither felt the need to make it right. We absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Bought a used Pontiac G6 from these guys and it was a nice place. Everyone was very friendly. I contacted them by phone and right from the beginning, they were up-front about everything on the car and on their price. They basically set an aggressive price right from the start and don't negotiate much. I wasn't sure about that at first and decided to check around. Their price beat anything else out there by at least $1500 and I didn't want to go through the hassle with another dealer to see if I could one any cheaper. I knew what I was getting and I knew the price at Marion Subaru before I even walked in the door. It was nice, simple and I got a good deal on a car I really like.
