Mark Christopher Auto Center has great prices and integrity! I have been to many dealers over the years some did not have the car advertised or changed prices upon arrival. I like buying advertised prices or deals negotiated on the internet. Best experience, quick, good deal on 2017 Chevy Volt Lease. Joe Gonzalez was great (internet manager). Honest, helpful and concerned staff. Very clean and great break room areas.

We originally test drove the Tahoe in August with Eric, he explained all of the features of the Tahoe and we explained that our current BMW lease was not up until October. He stayed in-touch with us after the test drive and put us in-touch with the sales manager Sam. Sam and I negotiated the transaction via e-mail and came to a price prior to me going back to the dealership. The day we went to pickup the vehicle it was washed and ready to go the paperwork was exactly what Sam had agreed on and it was honestly the smoothest purchase I have ever made. Everyone involved from the potters to the finance manager they all did a great job!

So far, every department I have dealt with has been great. Financial department never returns my calls or anyone available to help me. Either they are to busy or simply do not call back. I have called 3 days in a row, left message with receptionist with no call back. I had to call my sales rep for assistance.....Finally spoke to Sharon , she was very rude because I was already frustrated when I finally got a "real" person. It took me 3 days of calling to reach anyone about my loan and paper question.

The service was very fast and good, I even got a complementary car wash. I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait until next day to get my car. The only situation I didn't like was when I was asked by the person that attended me if I have any question about it, and when I tried to ask the guy, he cut me off by just telling me the name of the part that was being replaced; thing that I already knew. I thought that was rude, and that he didn't want to explain... anything else I think is a good dealership to go.

Scheduling an appointment to have my car serviced was easy. When I brought the car in, I was given an accurate estimate of cost, and the time servicing would take. When an additional service problem came to the attention of the mechanic, I was made aware of it, and given a revised estimate of cost, and time it would take to complete the service. Everything was thoroughly explained, everyone was courteous and the waiting area was comfortable.

The 1st step was to call and speak with someone. I was transferred to Antonio Robinson he was professional answering all of the questions I asked he even provided his personal contact number. While I was in to have my oil change, they were also able to perform a recall on the DIC for the odometer readout. While it did take longer to perform, it saved me a second trip to the dealership to have it corrected. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The new waiting area made it easier to wait. I would suggest that a more non-partisan TV channel be chosen for the viewing fare. Listening to Donald Trump and other RWNJ's got tiring during my 3 hour visit!

my battery went bad Friday afternoon, got a jump got it home but it didn't hold a charge. called the dealer, they said it still under warranty bring it in Saturday. I took it down and they fixed, the battery was bad and its running great. I also had a loose hinge on ne door and they fixed that too :) thank you!!

I feel your people did what they could do but it`s out of there hands. The guards on doors are coming loose do to using two way tape, should be a recall not charging more than a body shop would charge. I will always like Mark Christopher. I love my car, she's been the best ever. I only have one concern. I have complained for a few years that she looses power. Meaning I can be pressing on the gas and you can hear the engine but nothing happens, and after a few seconds it slams into gear. I know this is not normal, and its slowly getting worse. Ya'll didn't want to hear me keep complaining about it, but its starting to worry me that I am going to break down on the freeway going to or from work. Now I am going to have to come up with the funds to cover that repair when it happens. (That was not right of you!)

My appoint time was 7:00 AM. I was met within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and it was completed in 2 hours. My only negative comment is that the service advisers begin taking cars in at 7:00 but the mechanics don't start until 8:00.

Matt Olson is the best service writer there is. Every time I take my car to the service center at Mark Christopher, its usually for a big repair. I give Matt an explanation of the issue, and he understands, he of course is a car guy. Matt makes the process easy, calls back within 30 minutes of leaving a message, and is always up front when other issues may be present, and the owner may not be aware of them. Had a minor issue pop up where a technician forgot to bolt the fog lamp to the bumper, and Matt took care of the issue immediately the next day.I own a 9 year old corvette, with 150,000 miles. Because of Matt, and the great work by the service center at Mark Christopher, I would consider buying a new or used car from here because they take care of their clients! I will make sure all of my GM cars are serviced here.

Waited 2.5 hours for what I thought was just an oil change. I am fine with the tire rotation and inspection, However waiting for the car wash was a bit much. Especially since it was not clean inside at all. I would have rather got my car back sooner and paid for a car wash. Making an appointment a week in advance for an oil change, I wish I had been told it was a 2.5 hour process. I drive an hour each way so my whole day was consumed for an oil change.

Upon notification by OnStar that the pressure on my left rear tire was only 29, I took my car in and they visually checked see if there was a nail or something that would cause the loss in pressure. Finding nothing, the brought the pressure up to 37 on all my tires. About 3 or 4 days later, the pressure was back down to 32 and I took my car back to have them check further. This time they did a more exhaustive check and found a small nail and patched the tire. The employees were all very courteous and helpful.

Very good service. Only complaint is that this is the second time I got my truck back with grease on the carpet, mat, door sill and a spot on the door. Someone definitely had grease on their shoes and was not careful about keeping feet on the protective paper. I got it cleaned up but it took about 20 minutes. Not real keen on having to do this after every service. Other than that, everything was great

Everything was great, except, the wait to get the car back! What I mean by that is I received a call that my car was done, took me about an hour to get there, saw the cashier & paid.....then.....I waited for 30 minutes to get the car! Suggestion - Have the car completely done, service & cleaning or whatever, that way when a customer pays, the car is ready to go! Other than that, George & the brunette (forgot her name) cashier were great; it was just the wait for the car after the call was made an hour before that it was ready! Thanks & have a great day! The 4 star rating was a reflection of George, the service rep, it was for the wait after the car was ready!

Dario confirmed the phone number to call when the car wash finished. The call instead went to another number on file. Therefore, I received it 3 hours after the original call. I now had to wait for traffic to subside to return from Orange County to the dealership. This was a 5 hour delay that I personally feel could have been avoided. I also wanted information on trading in my vehicle and I'm STILL waiting 4 days later for a reply.

I could not believe how easy this car purchase was. After all the small print in every ones ads and after all the silly little jingles and commercials we see on tv, I called, I came in and Paul Galindo changed my whole outlook on the car buying experience. He was waiting for me on the show room floor at the promised appointment time with keys in his hand to my desired vehicles and even had keys to other brands and models that were similar. The paperwork was drawn up, and the deal was done. Just that easy. I felt like I got the Universal Studios Tour experience, as Paul drove me around the entire dealership and off sight lots and showed me the inner workings and behind the scenes of the dealership. How a car is shipped by truck, unloaded, inspected, and so on. My favorite piece tho? How the service department functions. All the vehicles I have owned in the past, no salesman has every done that for me. No more guess work when my time for service comes. I never knew that a dealership went through so many different steps to ensure a quality product and quality delivery. Thank you Paul Galindo and the entire Mark Christopher staff for EVERYTHING!

Finance person Sam, was great, and I appreciated not being pressured into purchasing any number of Dealer Add-ons. Though construction was rampant in the Service Area, there was a nice young girl who was there immediately in the temporary Service Area who took my initial information and got my Service Representative as quick as I could step out of my truck. The waiting area was a bit primative with the tent but it was made as nice as it could be. The service this trip was a lot quicker than my last trip there. Last trip was a three and a half hour service time for an oil change and tire rotation, this time I was out in about a little over an hour.

Antonio (Anthony) was amazing.... his partner Fady... not so much. I give five stars only for Antonio. I brought my sister in law to purchase a vehicle as well. He rubbed them the wrong way immediately. Attempting to strong arm them from the moment he sat down. When it was time to conduct my own business I let him know I needed to leave shortly, this did not even faze him as he was constantly with someone else while I was trying to complete my deal. I ultimately had to leave only to have him contacting me while with my family to come back and close the deal (which BTW was not the best he could even offer) I also thought there might have been some sort of referral, but there was not... Fady didn't seem to even care that I added a new customer to their business. This is also the second car that I have purchased with Mark Christopher Chevrolet.

I worked with George Fox in the Service Department when I brought in my 2014 Corvette for a Chevy recall issue regarding the fuel tank fill pipe and also for a scheduled oil change. I'd worked with George several times in the past when I had brought in my previously owned 2001 Corvette for service. I like working with George because he understands how I value my Corvette and he's also respectful of my time. He is always friendly, courteous, and conscientious. He does his best to see that I receive great service. That keeps bringing me back to your dealership. I'd also like to commend Matt Olson in the Service Department. George was on vacation when I'd called in to make this most recent appointment to bring in my car. Matt answered the call, made the appointment for me, and arranged to order the recall part I'd need when I came in. I'd worked with Matt another time in the past when George was on vacation. Like George, he was also great to work with.

I live on the Central Coast. I tried to deal locally and searched lots of dealer websites. I called several dealers to the North and South. Mark Christopher Chevrolet was by far the most helpful and the most competitive over the phone. I am a Real Estate broker and negotiated a really good deal, almost to good to be true. I worked with the internet sales manager named Sam F. I thought for sure when I got there some of the terms would change, trade in value, interest rate, money down. No way, nothing changed! After 3 days of car dealer interrogations, I decided to take my Daughter to Mark Christopher Auto Center. Paul Galindo greeted us and agreed to just answer a few questions. Little did he know she had 100 questions and done her research on buying a car. Paul was very patient with us and more than happy to answer all of her questions with concise detailed answers. 3 hours later Paul, had convinced my fear of commitment, picky daughter to take a test drive in a Chevy Cruse. Another 2 hours passed and she drove off the lot in her very own car.

Friday late afternoon I stopped by to "just look". Norman Edwards met me on the driveway and NEVER pressured me. He listened to my needs (able to tow 5th wheel) and thoughts. I was directed by my mechanic to purchase a 2500HD, though Norman was glad to sell me what I was looking for, he offered suggestions of a 1500 5.3L V8 that had the towing power I was seeking. I explained though tempted to move forward I would need to speak with my wife and once again Norman was very considerate and offered me his business card. After dinner my wife and I returned, once again to "just look". My wife was in favor of the selection 1500 White Diamond, unfortunately Norman was Out on a Test Drive. I left him a message and we left. We received a phone call from Norman before we returned home. At the encouragement of my wife I returned to start the paper work. Once again Norman respected my request of No Money down and a trade-in of my 2000 Dodge Ram. Anticipating the stereo typical "can't you put some money down or let me have you talk to my manager", none of that happened. Norman returned with the numbers that were satisfactory to our budget. I was introduced to Steve Zavosky, who was very informative, and put me at ease with all the offers I chose. To include my wife on the contract it was necessary to return on Sunday afternoon. The professionalism and friendly attitude continued from not only Norman and Steve but all the associates that crossed our paths. There was a Due Bill that was completed within 48 hours of signing. George Fox was and has been very helpful and professional in seeing to my satisfaction with the Ecbond and spray on bed liner. Everyone I have been able to share our experience with has only heard us speak praises towards the exceptional associates at Mark Christopher. Job Well Done.

First off, SAM is da MAN! It was a typical Friday night on 3/14/2014...Went out to have sushi and over dinner after months of hearing my husband going on and on about the Cadillac CTS, I said ok, let's take a look at them after dinner! What turned out to be a night of "browsing" and we almost got a way without anyone bothering us on the lot, it never crossed my mind that I would be driving home in a BEAUTIFUL 2014 ATS sedan! This car GORGEOUS inside and out! The technology inside is unsurpassed and I love ONSTAR! I thought the CTS was too big for me, hence the reason I opted for an ATS. I hate the whole car buying experience, but it was rather painless and Sam Fakhouri made such a "SMOKING" deal, we really couldn't resist! I am so glad, he approached us just as we were walking away, because if he didn't we would still be talking about Cadillacs, rather than driving one! GREAT JOB SAM!! Thank you for spending time with us even after the dealership was closing for the evening to make this deal happen!

I brought in my ATS to get a part replaced and was very satisfied with the service I received. The one person that stood out during my service experience was Nobu Domon. Not only did he explain everything that was going to be done to my vehicle but he also arranged for me to have a rental car while mine was being serviced. This is important to me so I don't have to miss work. My vehicle was ready before the promised time. I will be returning to get my XTS serviced soon and will definitely request Nobu to arrange this for me. Thanks Nobu!

When the deal fell through on another Chevy Volt at another dealership, my husband and I turned to this one to purchase one of the two they had on their lot. We had already done all our research, checked into the vehicle history, etc., and were ready to buy it sight unseen. We already had the wheels in motion with our credit union to have a cashiers check cut to pay for it. It seriously couldn't have been a simpler sale. When I called, I didn't even try to haggle. I told him we were ready to buy and were ready to pick up on Monday. I asked the guy who answered (Gomez) for a copy of the OTD to be emailed to me, and he wrote down my email address. He said he would send it right out. I then called him back a second time a few minutes later to give him my credit union's fax # so he could fax the buyer's order to them (the one and only document they needed to cut the check). This was Friday night (1/3/14). The credit union was closed Saturday, so we intended to purchase the Volt on Monday after picking up the check. Gomez specifically went out of his way to explain to me how he would still get that buyers order faxed out asap that night, so "he wouldn't have to worry about rushing around on Monday morning", and everyone could hit the ground running with paperwork etc. Guess what? I never got an email, my credit union never got a buyers order, and I never even received a phone call from the dealership to follow up on the situation. We've since purchased elsewhere and are very pleased with our decision. If you guys were a diner, you'd be the type that screws up a cup of coffee.

I inquired about a 2012 Camaro, they answered ALL my questions, listened to what wasw important to me and I was driving out with a 2012 Camaro. The price was great and they were able to obtain a great interest rate for me! Truly a professional dealership. I drove all the way down from Palmdale and it was worth the trip!

Had a good experience buying a new 2014 Chevy Cruze LS automatic in red. My sales guy was Armando. I went in for an ad car well under msrp. They had 5 in stock in several colors just as the ad said. They brought me the car I wanted to test drive and did no upsell. They also added the conquest rebate with just my proof of insurance since my previous car was totaled and I did not have its registration. Once that was done the numbers came back right and we had an easy deal. My dad says the sales people often don't even know the ad exists and may give you a hard time to get the deal, but here they were very easy to deal with. They apologetically informed us we'd have to hear them pitch the extended warranty a few times (the sales guy, the closer, and the finance guy each), but they didn't push when I declined each time. I also pushed for them to get a bit lower finance rate and they did. Basically, I got the exact car I wanted at an amazing price with a fair financing rate and a low monthly payment, all with no hassle. The dealer was very professional over all. After the sale, Armando helped me set up my onstar and connect my phone via Bluetooth. He pretty much went over the whole dash with me. I've never had a car salesman do that after a sale, so that was nice.

I went in to buy a tahoe and the saleman was such a rude guy I ended up walking out. It is beyond me how a saleman can screw up a sale on someone that is there ready to buy! The guy was so arrogant and condescending towards me I ended up just leaving. Wont go back there....ever!
