I had been shopping around for a very specific group of cars. S197 Mustangs, C5Z's and C6 Vettes. I don't have the best credit so I knew this was going to be a challenge early on. I needed to find the right car, right year and mileage and price to make it work. I then saw an 09 S197 GT Vert triple black. All stock 3 owners and best of all 5 speed with only 65,000 miles at a good price. It looked too good to be true but I gave it a shot. Salesman Lamon Williams got on the phone with me literally in minutes to ask me a few questions. I gave him my terms (downpayment , income etc) and he got to work. He called me Saturday and said we can make a deal and went over terms. The car and this dealer were located in AZ and I'm in EPTX. I left a deposit and planned a trip to Phoenix. Lamon picked me up and he and his sales manager Kenn got to work. It took a while but they were able to get me approved and worked everything out to payments I was really comfortable with. I then ended with Alissa from finance who went over the paper work and made me feel at home and at peace with my new to me car. Lamon had the car detailed and fueled up by the time I left finance. Kenn even threw in some tickets for Las Vegas that were supposed to be for folks who buy "new" inventory only. I was amazed that they did all that for me and the trip down there was more than worth it. I may not be ready for a vette yet but as soon as I am, I'm definitely headed back to Scottsdale again. Thank you guys.

. I was told that the vehicle ( 2015 outlander sport ) had bumper to bumper warranty, and the fanancial person told me that it didn't .. I had to buy one! . Than I was told that it had 3000 miles !!! But it had 4000 miles!!

Ended up here based off the inventory they had in the specific cars I wanted. From the get go were very nice, explained what I wanted and what I had to have. Gave me multiple options, but finally we found that car that calls your name. The financing was easy, the sales manager was not pushy and explained everything very simplistically. Plus he was a Yankees fan so we bonded right out the gate. All in all it was a good trip, a bit long but I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I started so that was the main reason why it took so long.

For the last few years all my auto purchases were done through a dealership that I had family working at. When I started looking into purchasing a new car I was worried this time around how it was going to go since I actually had to deal with salesman this time. My first stop was Chapman Chevrolet and let me tell you I will never be going back there. Second stop was Mark Mitsubishi Scottsdale. When we arrived, a nice gentleman went and got Abby, which was who my husband spoke to on the phone. She was awesome! We waited for my parents to arrive to get my kids and she was great with them, discussing Starwars etc. Once we went inside she got our info and within minutes we were test driving the car I was interested in. Didn't really like the one I came to see, so she helped us look into a few options and we test drove another option. I liked that one a lot, but the color I wanted was at their Phoenix location. We discussed my trade and they gave me a great deal. Abby was able to confirm the car I wanted was still available, they worked hard to get me to the price I wanted and we signed on the dotted line. Since it was after 8pm on a Sunday, they provided me a loaner vehicle for Sunday night and Monday and I picked up my new car on Monday afternoon. Even though Monday was Abby's day off she still came in to finish everything up and confirm I was happy, which I was! Only minor issue is that the Phoenix location forgot to leave the floor mats in the car when it was transferred. I mentioned this to Abby, she apologized for the error and assured me she would get it handled. About a week later she personally delivered the floor mats to me once she got off work. It was amazing that she offered to bring them to me instead of me having to drive up from Gilbert to get them, not to mention that she used her personal time to ensure she provided great service. Overall they are amazing, pleasant, nice. If you make it to Mark Mitsubishi Scottsdale ask for Abby, next time I'm in the market for a car I will be looking for her to sell it to me!

The staff at Mark Mitsubishi was beyond impressive from the start. Each team member was helpful, personable and informative. They listened to my needs and gave me honest answers, instead of trying to sell me on something I didn't need - I had quite a bit of that when browsing around other local dealerships. Mike Moody was especially helpful and spent several hours discussing my options with me. He has followed up multiple times since I bought my new Outlander Sport. Incredible customer service in my opinion, as many business are quick to take your money and forget about you. I would highly recommend Mark Mitsubishi.

So, first I would like to say that I have never written a review, good or bad, before. But this experience has me pretty irritated, so I need to say this about this dealership. To begin, I was working with the salesperson, Mark, who apparently is new. Whatever...anyways, I told him over the phone that we had a loan already. Then upon arriving at the dealership, I again told him we had a loan for this purchase. We had a car picked out, we didn't even want to test drive it, we just wanted to be in and out as quickly as you can when buying a car. We looked at the car, it was what we expected, and began the paperwork. At this point, I informed him yet again that we had a loan, we just needed to get a final price and I could have everything faxed over in a second. He stated he needed to get my information for the profile, so started asking me questions like address, phone number, insurance info, and drivers license info. He then started asking me about my work history, current address, and social security number. I asked if he was checking my credit, and he said "oh no, this is just what I have to put in for the system." So, I continued answering questions. He kept going along this path, and asked how much I make annually, and I again asked why he needed this information, since WE HAVE A LOAN. He responded with some answer about how tired he was...so sorry! So we proceeded with me sending him the loan information so he could print the check. He finally said he needed to go talk to the manager to get everything "put together". Sergio (the apparent manager) came over with some loan information, and a price, and said, "I'll let you look those finance options over and you can just circle the one you want to go with." Then just walked away. My husband and I couldn't believe, yet again, we were being pressured to finance through them. So when Sergio returned we told him, no...we already have a loan and we don't care what your interest rates or anything are. No debating on this....We have our minds made up and we don't want our credit checked again needlessly. So, then, Mark sat back down with the final price (signed) and everything being planned accordingly, he said he needed some of my husband's information now. He asked for insurance information, drivers license, etc. But also started asking about financial and income questions...REALLY?? We asked why are you doing this again??? We have already explained more times than necessary, we don't want a loan! So, he played it off like he forgot, again, and moved on. Finally....the paperwork, which took a good 2 hours for Sergio to "put together". When the salesman came back with it and was going through what we needed to sign, we came across the credit applications for both myself and husband. With all of our information printed on them, we just needed to sign for them to check for loan options. We said we didn't want to sign them, and were told he believes we have to. Okay, no! We then came across a "buyer beware" statement. Which upon reading, stated that Mark Mitsubishi doesn't hold any liability for anything that should happen to the vehicle after purchasing it and they actually do not recommend that we do purchase this vehicle because it may not be functional....it's a 2014 mitsubishi outlander....what could be wrong with it?? And why would that not be a conversation we were having before signing anything? We again, refused to sign it. The salesman had to grab his manager again, who came over in a huff, (pretty sure just an act) that this form is only for the $4 or $5000 cars on the lot, not the one we are purchasing. Finally....after Mark had told us, more than once that the car was detailed, and "gassed up" we went to the finance guy's (Anthony?) office. Honestly, he was the best part of the whole situation. He made it quick, easy, and actually explained what he was doing without needed a manager to reiterate everything for him. He again mentioned the car being detailed and "gassed up.

We started driving and immediately noticed there was no gas. NONE. We had to put gas in a car that we just spent $17,000 really?? Also, it was night when we bought it, and didn't really inspect it as thoroughly as we should have, but the next day, when I got into it I realized it was disgusting. They clearly didn't detail anything. It had very clear areas of dirt, dust and some sort of white substance in one of the vents. Whoever owned it before us smoked in it unfortunately, and when we turned the air on it was very apparent, however not as much the night we got it. But I won't complain about the smell because I knew it kind of stunk when we bought it. But, the dealership thought they could cover it up with NINE air fresheners....that I have found thus far

Abby was our salesperson and treated us with respect, she was very professional, friendly, and was an excellent listener as to our concerns and needs. She worked closely with Sergio, the sales manager, who also was very kind and suggested alternative ways that we might consider in purchasing the vehicle. Abby made many calls to make sure we rec'd all the accurate info on the history of the 2015 Outlander Sport that Ray decided on. Abby obtained all maintenance history records which were useful to us for making our decisions --- thank you Abby for everything!!! Do not buy from this dealer! I would give this dealer negative stars if I could. The buying process was horrible. The sales manager kept coming in with prices but he wouldn't or couldn't show us how he came up with this number. When we finally agreed on an out the door price, hours later I might add, the finance people had a different amount, thousands of dollars more. They said the other price didn't include TTL fees. After all this we finally left with our new car. A couple days later the finance company called to tell us our original deal was no good and we'd be paying more monthly with more money down. We called Mark Mitsubishi for a week straight trying to talk to someone in finance but never heard anything back. Finally we went into the dealership to talk to finance in person since they would not return our calls. We weren't able to come to an agreement that we could afford so we told them we'd have to return the car. We were told we would have to talk to a sales manager about returning it. One of the sales managers SERGIO came out and told us we couldn't return it and that was that. We told him the financing changed and we couldn't afford it after all and we had to return it. Sergio SNATCHED THE KEYS FROM MY HUSBANDS HAND AND RAN OUTSIDE WHERE WE HAD PARKED THE CAR. HE DROVE THIS CAR OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP LOT AND PARKED THE CAR ON THE STREET WITH THE KEYS IN IT. HE SAID IT WAS OUR CAR AND OUR PROBLEM, NOT HIS. HE YELLED THAT HE WAS CALLING THE COPS AND TELLING THEM WE HAD ABANDONED A CAR OUTSIDE THE DEALERSHIP. HE WAS YELLING AND CUSSING AT US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS ALL WHILE I WAS HOLDING MY 5 MONTH OLD BABY!!!! Very unprofessional all around!

The process was pretty much stress free and went quicker than anticipated. This was not our first purchase from Mark Mitsubishi and won't be our last. The original salesman I dealt with was courteous and professional. Extremely personable. However, when it came time to negotiate, the manager Sergio sauntered out. He was immediately overly schmoozey and smarmy. They were trying to add on to the online advertised price with all of these "repair fees" and add ons and the out the door price was almost $5K OVER what they had advertised online. He tried to make me feel bad saying the offer he was making me was going to leave the dealership in the negative and with a loss. He didn't seem to understand that my concern was for my bottom line, not theirs. I was offering blue book pricing and he didn't seem to want to accept that they were overpriced. Finally, he asked what my best offer was. When I stated the price, he stood up and walked off without a word. He was completely unprofessional and rude.

I expected to put up with a certain level of back and forth negotiating and high pressure sale tactics when I sought to buy a used car. What I did not expect was a complete lack of integrity and follow through on promises. This is a list of some of the problems I encountered:1. After bringing in my trade-in so they could inspect it (which they did) I was told 2 days later I had to bring it back because they needed someone else to inspect it.2. The first salesman told me he would send me a breakdown of all the fees and costs that same day. At closing the next day I called him because I had not recieved anything and he told me "we are having a problem with our server", even though I recieved 2 other e-mails from them during this time.3. When negotiating the price they made errors in the math twice making the price thousands more than it actually was.4. Upon delivery of the car they gave me one key (keyless entry fob) for a car one year old. Not a big deal until I found out the dealership wants $400 for a spare key.5. Did not even wash the car I spent over $23,000 on even though the salesman (AJ) promised me 3 times he would get it detailed before we got it.6. When I replied to an automatically generated customer service survey they called me and told me how important happy customers were and they would call me back and see what they could do for me. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything.

Excellent service, no pressure sales pitch. However carfax information on my trade-in was grossly incorrect just because of a insurance claim. There was never any damage on my trade-in. As for the finance dept. Seems like nothing' s changed since the last time I purchased a vehicle..Overall the sales staff & managers were excellent, but the trade-in appraisers and finance guys need some work... Also Ben the salesman and Chuck the manager the follow-up has been great as regards to some repairs that had to be made on the purchased vehicle.

I took my son to Mark Mitsubishi to look at a couple of cars we saw online. This was going to be his first car so he was very excited. Gage was our sales rep and he was very pleasant and helpful. After looking a few used cars, my son had his eyes set on a Lancer. The car was not quite yet ready for sale it still needed to be serviced and detailed so we were looking at another 5 days before it would be ready. My son really liked the car and Gage was very communicative with me on what would be needed for us to purchase the car and basically a timeline of when the car would be ready. He also provided me with updates within the next day or two after we looked at the car. Unfortunately, over the weekend I ended up finding a great deal on a car from a private owner and we were able to buy a car outright with no car payments so we ended up buying a different car. Had I not found that car, we certainly would have purchased the Lancer from Gage, his service was great and not alarmingly overpowering.

Let me start by saying my credit score is not great and we had minimal money to put down.With that said, I initially emailed Allie to let her know what our situation was. We got there and was greeted at the door. We were given Brett Martin to help us. He showed me a model that was a little smaller than I was looking for, and we took it for a drive. It got 44 MPG. I told Brett that that model would not work for me. So he went and talked to the finance manager. A little while later he came back and took me out to show me a Lancer.I really liked the look of it and took it for a drive. This was more to what I was expecting.So, we waited for JC to get me financed. Brett then gave me the good news. It was going to be mine. We purchased a new Mitsubishi Mirage for our daughter, after speaking with Sales Rep Brett Martin. Brett's vehicle information was extremely detailed during the Mirage test drive-Brett was honest as he described advantages and disadvantages of a 3 cylinder vehicle. Brett assisted us in considering both new and used vehicles as well. Brett's leadership and team skills came through multiple times with the Mitsubishi Departments in negotiating the purchasing, correcting a small scratch immediately, gaining a loaner car, assisting our 16 yr old to feel comfortable when bring the vehicle in for oil changes with the service department. The loaner car we used during the small scratch repair had a theft proof device installed, and when it activated 8 miles from the dealership, Brett immediately drove to us to deactivate the device, even though it was after 5pm. Our daughter loves her car! It's great on fuel usage, and perfect for travel to job and school. Brett's high energy, above and beyond attitude, and focus on filling his customers' needs is why we would return to Brett again for another vehicle purchase. Thank you Brett ! -Steve Allen

Everything about my experience there from calling to inquire about the part and make an appointment to being out the door was as wonderful as the people who helped me. When I called to ask about a timing belt the person I spoke to was really helpful and I already felt good about going there. When I took my car in a few days later for that and an oil change, I was greeted by Jon Kroll who has a happy confident demeanor and immediately inquired as to how he could help me. I told him why I was there he asked if my car was a four or six cylinder and then said "okay well that will require a timing belt and balance belt and will cost $400.00, which I already knew but was impressed that he knew exactly what to ask and how much it would cost. Then he said that mitsubishi was offering a coupon on oil changes so he could save me some money there. He asked me if I wanted a ride home because it could easily be a four or five hour job, which I also already knew because the person I spoke with on the phone already told me what to expect. I said that wouldn't be necessary and there was no rush, I knew how long it could take and brought some paperwork with me. He had me out the door in two hours! When the mechanic, Steve Hyson, noticed that my drive belt was also showing wear Jon came and sat with me in their lounge area, told me how much it was and that they could change now with no labor cost and then to top it off Steve rotated my tires for free! In total I was out the door in half the time and $250 less than it would have cost me without the rotation or drive belt than the previous large dealer shop I had been using since 2008. I will never go anywhere else.

Went in to purchase a $54,000 truck they had on trade in and had absolutely the worst experience of my life - honestly I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. the original guy who helped me was super nice and great to work with. Went in with my true car.pricing certificate, and both salesman and manager said they never heard of such a thing. Ended up having to argue. Their finance guy tries to add so much extra garbage to the cost of your vehicle without even remotely.explaining the cost. He acts like he's discussing your warranty and maintenance that comes with the vehicle. If I did not already have my calculations done, I might have been scammed. complete sleaze here.

I used to be a loyal customer to Mark Mitsubishi. Recently, my experiences with Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale have been unbelievably awful. I have never experienced worse customer service or treatment. I have encountered two unpleasant experiences in the last month.My first visit to Mark Mitsubishi was in the service department. Since Jon Krull has left, customer service has gone down the drain. He and Nathan were the only decent service advisers I have come into contact with. They showed that they cared about their customer while exhibiting their years of experience and knowledge. When I called to ask where he had moved to, I was told they did not know and then they explained why he was fired and talked down about him. How unprofessional and catty. Talking down about the only useful adviser Mark Mitsubishi had ever had the pleasure of acquiring is not a redeeming quality of your employees. The same man who told me this, was also the one to have me return to the service department after my first scheduled appointment to make a claim to my warranty provider. He believed the three problems I was having with my car would be covered. I was confused with his presumptions because it did not say that these parts were covered under the warranty papers I showed him. However I returned to the service department Friday hopeful that I was wrong. Unfortunately, after Michael Navarro had built up my hopes and confidence that he could get my car parts covered under my warranty, he failed. He put no spectacular efforts into helping my car. Working at Mark Mitsubishi for him is just a job to get a pay. Through his treatments and his efforts he showed no compassion for his customer. My second offence with Mark Mitsubishi has occurred today in the sales department. I had called Mark Mitsubishi about a week before trying to talk to someone about purchasing a new warranty for my car. I had called twice leaving voicemails asking them to call me back with an answer to one question. On my second call I even explained that they never got back to me and that I would appreciate a response within 24 hours. I still received no response. Finally I called a week later and set up an appointment for Saturday. I called today telling Andrew that I would not be able to make a purchase today so I would like to reschedule my appointment. He told me to come in anyways so that he could introduce me to some of the warranties available for me to think about. I went to dealership and waited 45 minutes to talk to a finance advisor. Finally Andrew told me they were too busy to talk with me any time soon. I am perplexed to how this happened. I even called him telling him I did not need to come in today. If he knew they were too busy to talk to me, why did he ask me to come in? I am constantly working and do not have time for these random visits to one of the worst customer service establishments I have ever been to. It takes 30 minutes for me to just get to the dealership alone. Mark Mitsubishi is a significant waste of time. Looking back on my experiences, when I first purchased my car here a year ago, it took the dealership a week to prepare my car to be sold when they said it would only take a day to be picked up. When they finally had my car ready, all they did was give it a small wash and a poor vacuum job. It is my best hope to advise others from wasting their time with people who dont even fain to care about their customers.

I purchased my 2012 Lancer from Patrick Lockwood of Mark Mitsubishi in Glendale. This is the third car I have bought from Patrick and he always treats me very well. Unfortunately, my Lancer was damaged while parked in my driveway two days later. I contacted Patrick, and he made all of the arrangements for it to be sent to Nathan at the collision center in Scottsdale. Nate was very professional, kept me informed of the progress, and also communicated with the other party's insurance to ensure all my expectations of the repair and parts used were up to my standards. It is no fun to see you two day old car damaged without even leaving your driveway. Fortunately, Patrick and Nate got my car back to looking new again.

I had been looking for a car for roughly about 6 months and decided to look at what you had for the $10k and under program. I had originally found and test drove a KIA Sorento. However, because of financing reasons, I wasn't able to get it.However, Chuck and Jacob showed me a new car with less miles. Test drove it and fell in love.It was my first car purchase and had heard horror stories about being there ALL DAY. That wasn't the case for me. Called dealership regarding $6,000 minimum trade-in on any car as I had 2 daughters in college - one of whom desperately needed to get out of the 1993 "whooptie" she was driving. The process was explained to me, and an appointment was set for the following Sunday (the only day both girls could get off work in Flagstaff, where they go to NAU). The salesperson I was to work with was called out of town for an emergency, and before I ever even left the house, I got an e-mail from the dealership letting me know this and letting me know the name of the alternate salesperson -'Dublin' O'Murchu. Dublin then called me to introduce himself and assure me that we would still be well taken care of. To say we were care for was an understatement. My daughters are 20 and 21, so let's face it, financing was going to be an issue. I could not co-sign for them, so it was on the dealership's shoulders to get this deal through and get my daughters in quality, affordable new cars....ones that could be paid (or almost paid) before they got out of school, so that when they entered the workforce, they had reliable, PAID-FOR transportation and could concentrate on repaying student loans. Long story short, they got it done...and it was a long story. Dublin even called in the 'big boss' of financing - who left his one day off at the golf course - and stayed until 9:30 that night to get this deal done. In the meantime, Dublin made sure the girls understood their cars, their maintenance schedules, their warranties....everything! I can't thank everyone enough, and it was WELL worth a drive over from Surprise!

I saw a vehicle listed on-line and filled out a pre-approval form. The following morning Mandy called to see if there was a specific vehicle I had in mind, if I had a trade and such. After informing her of my goals, she returned the call within a few hours telling me it was workable.When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a friendly guy named Alberto. Mandy then had Alberto take the test drive with me which went well. After a quick appraisal of my old trade we decided to do the deal without it and there were no surprises or unexpected fees in addition to the usual and customary fees one would expect.All in all the service was friendly, the pricing was fair and the process was easy. I would buy another car there and probably will within the next few years. That's the best recommendation I would give.

I recently purchased a used 2007 Mitsubishi Galant. I flew into Phoenix and needed a car that day, and everyone I talked to at this dealer was both helpful and friendly. The dealership was real easy to find and not far from the airport. I had researched their website and picked out a few options. I was disappointed when I initially arrived to find the car I wanted most was not exactly up to par, as it had been advertised. However, the salesman was glad to show me all other used vehicles in my price range. He was very helpful in assisting my search and only showing me vehicles in that range. The initial offer (after taxes and fees) ended up being way higher than the initial quoted internet price, but after some negotiating we met somewhere closer in the middle. They also offered some pizza for lunch. Financing went smooth. Overall, they were very friendly and helped me find a suitable car.

We called this dealership to find out if they could help us. My daughter needed a car and she had some hurdles to get over. She had a large down payment with some credit issues. We were told that this dealership would be able to help us, no problem. After going to the dealer 5 days in a row, I finally had had it and told them to just forget it at which they jumped up and started working on getting us a car. The paperwork was done and we drove off the lot. Unfortunately we had an empty tank and had to stop for gas on the way home. Several days later I realized that the tire valve stems had no caps. I had asked the dealership to make sure they replaced them. I also noticed that the Galant name on the car was broken, it read Galan. There is also a cracked headlight. We didn't contact the dealer because I knew we had to go in to pick up the plate. It is 30 days later and we still don't have a plate, the paperwork showed the wrong address to send the payment so the payment is lost. Apparently Chuck knew the address was wrong but failed to contact Kisha until after the payment was past due. Kisha paid with a money order so it isn't as simple as stopping payment on a check. The bank assured Kisha that the money order would be forwarded to the correct place. So far, it has not. Kisha traded in her Dodge Durango which had to be picked up from Earnhardt Dodge. We got a call from Earnhardt wanting to know why it wasn't picked up. We gave them your phone number. Got a call today from you saying you can't find the Dodge. This whole experience has been awful. When we were waiting around the dealership we were treated as though we had a disease after the 2nd day. It was obvious that everyone was tired of us and wanted us to just go away. When Kisha had to go into the dealer by herself she was ignored and when she finally got someone's attention and they got Chuck to come out he was condescending and rude to her. She is 26 and this is her car, she is the customer. She should be treated as one. Your showroom is the epitome of minimalist with very little offered to the customer for comfort. There is no waiting area, strangely, you make people wait a lot. I originally felt that I would return to purchase a car from Jack but after this I will not do any business with Mark Mitsubishi again. Jack was courteous for the most part and really out of the loop for the bulk of the transactions. Apparently once the customer agrees to a vehicle they get turned over to finance where they get lousy service. This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car ever.

The salesman at Big Two stated that his boss would jerk me around and to only deal with him. The woman salesperson at Big Two stated that they were the only dealership that had the Outlander Sport. Every time I have used another mechanic that is not tied to a dealership or dealer service, I have had a bad experience one way or the other. Every time I use Mark MITSUBISHI for my service and repairs, I get the service I that I need, and I can trust the work is done right and per manufacturer specifications. Every once and a while they may forget to top of fluids, but the important stuff is always done, seems to be done right, and always in a very timely manner. We pulled up to 8 sleazy sales men standing only feet in front of the door smoking. Witch was great to walk by with our 6 month old son. Then when it came time to start making a deal they refused to negotiate and intently low balled my trade thousands below any other dealer. They then tried to tell me that they could not give a better price since I would not allow them to pull my credit, even when I am a cash buyer! No service, all scum. These are the "car salesmen" you see in the movies that make your skin crawl! Avoid this dealer at all cost.

I came into the dealership during a months end sales drive. I was not sure what I wanted to get. My salesman, Ciaran "Dublin" O'Murchu was the best. He spent lots of time with me narrowing down the vehicles that might interest me. They also sell Kia's there. Once we decided on a vehicle, he showed me used inventory to save me a couple of buck. Let me test drive them all. Not pressuring me the least bit. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. I ended up getting a new 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander and a pre owned 2007 Chevy Impala. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale. The first time was for a 2008 Raider truck. I had such a good experience then that when I was ready to trade they are the ones I went back to. I have had excellent service on the Raider and they were very informative. Prices were in line with what I would have expected to pay. My salesman Alberto was very friendly from the first contact by phone and all the way through the new car buying process. He worked well with the information of what I wanted in a vehicle. He and the rest of the staff kept me in the price range I wanted for payments and overall length of contract. There were no unexpected unpleasant surprises during this sale. The financial department worked well with the numbers. This was virtually a no hassle car deal with very friendly polite people.
