The entire process was made easy with Marketplace!!! I started shopping online, created the deal I wanted, applied for financing, and knew exactly what was needed (trade-in, down payment, etc) before I ever even laid eyes on the car in the first place!!! The internet team was so very helpful and Heather was super sweet! She relayed messages back and forth between myself and Corey, the finance manager. We made the deal before I ever even drove down the interstate to buy!!! The sales rep, Nathan, was extremely helpful too and answered all of our questions!!! Very happy with the dealership, service department seemed super nice and profession, and I absolutely love my car and the great deal I got with it!!!!!

The only draw back was the part the Tahoe Hybrid needed had changed part number this delayed my repair for over a week. Otherwise I was impressed with this dealership. I moved to this area in 2012 and regret not bringing my Tahoe Hybrid sooner to this excellent dealership.

My husband and I appreciate the customer service and shopping experience we were given at Marketplace Chevrolet in Stonewall. Both the owner and the general manager checked with us and our salesperson to ensure we were being taken care of and to let us know that our business was appreciated. My husband drove away with his dream-truck and very happy. We'd just spent weeks shopping at other dealerships in Shreveport for my vehicle and ended up buying a Nissan under a stressful situation. Great customer service,friendly personell, and outstanding service center. Bought my vehicle in February for a great deal.. Thanks 007 aka Terry Dunn.... And just this week had some minor service work done and Chris in the service dept was most kind and very knowledgeable about the repairs and part needed. He also check the system and found out I hadn't gotten my complimentary oil change and performed that also. He always kept me informed and I received my car back when promised. Great job! Awesome service!

This place is a joke! Completely rude and leaves you sitting for hours with no offer to show you bathroom amenities or offer any refreshments. When test driving with the sales person, they stayed on their phone with a personal call and did not inform Me of the vehicle I was driving. Once the driving test was done, the sales person left me yet again only to have the manager come and ask me questions about my family and exclaimed that my family had lots of money that I shouldn't worry with the price of The vehicle I was driving at all.....they offered me a price that I could not afford and would not work with finding a more decent vehicle and exclaimed I would have to purchase this one or walk away. I am not being swindled into something that is not beneficial for me or my family. This business is a joke and a complete lack of customer service with a completely unfriendly atmosphere. They are only after money and not willing to help customers at all.

I have been doing a lot of shopping around and found that many car dealerships are only out there to better their dollar at any cost so it drives me away. Many dealerships have poor service and much worse! Although, this dealership has given me great customer service making me feel comfortable even when I'm making a tough decision! I will be giving them my service again!
