The salesperson, Brian S., was very friendly and courteous. However, I was concerned about the car battery being over 5 years old and requested a new battery be placed in the vehicle before purchasing; I was reassured that the battery was tested and was not a problem and that it would not need replacing. 2 months later, our well-inspected and tested vehicle wouldn't start, nothing had been left on, it just wouldn't start. I was told, upon calling the dealership, to bring the car in and they would inspect it. I had the car jumped and was unable to get it to the dealership right away; however, after this happened 2 more times in less than 2 weeks, we took it in and I had to pay for the diagnostics on the computer components of the vehicle along with the 'new battery' that had to be placed because it was the source of the problem. I am very upset about this situation and feel that this could have been avoided if the dealership had listened to me and just placed a new battery before I drove it off the lot. I feel like I wasn't taken care of as a customer that may return and that my knowledge and sense of security in a reliable vehicle was not heard. I would not send any of my clients, friends, or family to this dealership and I certainly will not be returning to purchase another vehicle there. I still would like them to repay us at least for the $285 diagnostic and battery replacement charge, if not for the time and loss of client sessions I endured related to this lack of attendance to my concerns.

Great experience! No hassles, no pressure, and; no "let me talk to the financial guy to see if we can get a better price." The service department has the same feel.......plus free cookies, and several areas for waiting customers...including one that has no TV, no piped in music, and sufficient lighting to read. Great experience and this was not my first car purchased.

Smooth check in with Kelly and after diagnosis she arranged for immediate repair of 2007 Malibu steering issue, assuring it was covered by the the recall. I waited for the vehicle work in the showroom waiting area, and even had a pleasant conversation with Lee Marquardt, who was waiting their for an oil change.

Truthfully, I was a very hard customer and Diana was amazing!! She took everything that I was undecided about and gave me all options to look at so that ultimately the decision was ours. I took my 2012 CTS wagon in for service and warranty work on the tail lights. The parts for the tail lights were not available until after we left for 6 weeks in FL. I was advised to get the warranty work done at the Cadillac dealer in Sarasota, FL. What a difference in service quality between the two dealerships. Marquart's was helpful and went out of there way to get the work done before the warranty expired, but the dealership in FL seemed like the were unaware of the problem and didn't seem like they cared about fixing it. I received a call after setting up an appointment letting me know parts were not available and they would not know anything until March 4, which is after the warranty expires and after we leave to return to WI. I called Marquarts's and Kelly set things up so I can still get the work done after I return home. That is terrific customer service!! Thank you"

I still have the problem with the lower lights. The XTS looks cheap when the lights work sometimes . On I have seen no lights since service and now only one . I know from experience that when the XTS was in for the repair all lights were functional, when I got home I only had one the next morning none . It can change just by starting the car. I know Kelly does her best and she will find the problem.

I question the fact that the second call was returned so quickly because I stated that we were in Markquart's system regarded a prior purchase of a van. The experience on the whole was good however, upon returning I had NO idea where to go! I saw my vehicle was ready but had to wander through the bay to find someone to assist me. Some young lady said "Who was your service assistant?" When I told her, she gestured toward the wall and said "go in there and find him." If I had SEEN Jared when I came back into the service area, at his desk, don't you think I would've gone directly into him? This is why you didn't get a 5 star rating. If the young lady had walked me to his desk and seen for herself he wasn't sitting there, perhaps you would have gotten a 5.

when I try to schedule a service time on the internet I can only select Thus or Fri. When I called my service rep., He never answered or called back. I called 5 times in three days, finally scheduled a time thru the service dept. I think this process should be fine tuned, as a customer I want better service or I could take my car buying elswhere.

My whole experience was great. It started with Bert who sat down and discussed what would be done today. He was extremely nice, helpful, and most definitely took his time to explain everything to me. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had called ahead and confirmed that service would be able to take care of the autobody piece that needed replacement. However, there was some miscommunication from auto body to service about where the part was left. It took several phone calls and all day for the service, but it all turned out great and the staff was OVER THE TOP, helpful to get the job done and added convience to my day, by keeping me informed. As usual, the service personnel were polite as I entered the dealership, and explained what would be done to my car. While sitting in the waiting room, I was looking forward to lunch with a friend. Next, Kelly approached politely and informed me that the servicing would take longer than expected and I would be taken home to wait there rather than wait an extra two hours at the dealership. No sooner did I start getting ready to leave that I was informed that they had found a way to finish sooner. It was a welcome surprise. I appreciate their efforts to minimize the inconvenience and was able to meet my friend for lunch at the appointed time.

I was very impressed with the drive up service door. We were able to drive right in and immediately we were greeted. They even knew me by name. We were taken to an office where our information was taken. Felt like we were in a Doctors office, but without the waiting room to see a Dr. What a great experience. This is the first time I have taken my vehicle to a dealership for an oil change and to fix problems. I usually do it myself, but this was a lot easier and I knew exactly what they were working on. Hats off to your service department. What a great job. Oh yeah when we were leaving one of the ladies in the service bay noticed I had pine tar on my windshield and in a second she cleaned it up. Our 2015 Impala, which is advertised as very quiet, is actually quite loud inside the car. This is especially a problem as the Bluetooth does not seem to have any noise cancelling and is virtually unusable. We have used different phones and that does not change the noise picked up by the Bluetooth. Whether it is from the tire noise or the Bluetooth, or both, is what needs to be narrowed down and fixed. Cody was very helpful but the service guys were not able to figure out what or where the problem is. We will continue to try and get this fixed. That is the only disappointing part of our experience.

One major issues..................ALL tires were improperly inflated. Rear tires were inflated to 40 psi and front tires were inflated to 27 psi which were not in conformance to the standards detailed within the driver's side door panel. These issues were pointed out prior to delivery of the vehicle, but nothing was ever done to rectify the situation. Had to make a special trip back to the dealer to have the inflation of the tires adjusted.

Everything seem to go smoothly, nothing exceptional or out of the ordinary. When I arrived it was a bit unorganized, I have been used to working with Markquart Toyota and they seem to have a better system when you arrive at the service center. It was my first time so I was not sure what to do after I pulled in and no one was directing me. One of the managers was trying to sort something out and everyone seemed a bit worried about that one thing, and who 's fault it was and not about the person in from of them.

Did a great job, but took 1 1/2 hours to have an oil change completed. There was another vehicle ahead of me that was having an oil change that had a broken dip stick, so I do understand that they were trying to resolve a complicated unexpected fix. However, it may have been better to push out the easy-to-do oil changes, then work on the complicated issue.

Tremendous service. I brought the Cadillac Deville in at 8:30 AM on a Thursday and picked it up at 2 PM that same day. They changed the oil, did major break work, and checked the vehicle over. Every time I have taken my Cadillac to Markquart, I have always been impressed by very reasonable rates they charge for the services they provide. It is always below what I expect. Kelly Mueller is my service contact and she does a tremendous job. Sandy always moves my car in and out of the service lanes promptly. I just get out of my car when I leave it and jump into it when I pick it up.

So from not being in the market for a new car to leaving with a 2015 Chevy Trax lease, I was very satisfied. My time with Matt and his quick, yet most efficient way of doing the financial end of things was refreshing. went in to get blocks in the back to make truck level, it was level but when I put topper on it sagged in the back... had to pay about $420 for the blocks... Also had window replaced by auto vision when there, on way home tried using windshield wiper wash and just a drizzle came out so took it back today and techs found that a hose was routed incorrectly and pinched off fluid.... Lots of trips in there since I bought vehicle from New Auburn which has been a pain but guys are very professional, over all good experience.

Kelly did an excellent job of coordinating, and at my request she had me meet with the Service Technician to demonstrate the intermittent problem, and for him to directly explain the final Diagnosis later. She always provides good service and is flexible in meeting my needs/requests. With the final diagnosis I was skeptical that it was correct, but it turned out exactly right.

We got stuck with unexpected trouble with our vehicle while on a road trip. I read a few reviews of places to tow the vehicle and decided on your dealership. Burt, the service manager, was OUTSTANDING. He got the vehicle right in, advised me on other potential issues, and got the work done with minimal interruption to my family's travel plans. I am impressed with the Markquart systems in place! Very impressive! My purchase is not yet complete, but so far I have worked with Paul Boatman, sales and Corbin, finance. Paul impresses me because you can tell he cares about people more than the sale. When he doesn't know something he says so then promptly figures it out. Corbin is very sharp and effective as well. I appreciated him being proactive with ideas and suggestions regarding how to best structure the purchase. Great guys!

We purchased our vehicles at MM and are very satisfied in general with the service we have had. This visit we were guided, yes guided, by Cody Beeksma. I could tell that it was a busy service day but at no time did we feel unattended to. Although we were unable to afford to service all of our maintenance needs at this time Cody encouraged us to follow-up and complete the remainder of our needs as soon as we could. Cody also pointed out the benefits of doing so, for example to insure good and correct vehicle performance, safety and worry free vehicle operation and patterns of what he sees on a day to day basis when maintenance needs are neglected to long, as it can and usually does lead to bigger issues as time goes by. Budgets are tight for us and I am sure my wife appreciated a clean car this morning when she went off to work. Thanks Cody!

I went into the service department for a routine, scheduled oil change. I purchased my vehicle in October 2013 with a 2 year free maintenance incentive. Not only did my oil change take over an hour, I was charged for this service that should have been free. It was explained to me that the two year free maintenance program only includes 4 oil changes. This was the first I heard about this. I was not informed of this upon purchasing my vehicle or at my last scheduled oil change which would have been my last free one. This program should be better explained and advertised upon purchase and a reminder should be given at each oil change of how many free ones remain.

I have been very pleased with your service. This last visit was a follow up from the previous visit, needed to order parts. The parts arrived, set up appointment to have the problem fixed. you had a car to use and said the repair would take about 3 hrs. This was not a problem for me. The said he would call when ready for pickup. 7 hours latter our car was ready. Pickup the car, started the 60 mile return trip back home. Got about 10 miles out of Eau Claire. Found out that the problem was not fixed, called the service tec, got the recording, LEAVE MESSAGE, WILL YOU BACK. He called me back 7 days later, they got to busy to do the proper alinement. It is not that big a thing for us, but we do live 120 mile round trip, time 2 trips is 240 miles for the repair, and not fixed yet, and wait for 7 days to hear did not have time. I know he is extremely busy, but he never left me guessing on what was happening or when the problem would be resolved. I love the shuttle service, customer lounge, Kelly Mueller does a fantastic job, the very friendly people, the rent a vehicle program if it takes several days to fix, the car wash, the way the mechanics use plastic covers on my seats (plastic matts on my floors, caps, etc.). Everything is fantastic. The previous question said would you recommend Markquart to a friend, family member, or colleague. I do it all the time. My family, friends, and colleagues have been told how much I love Markquart. At the time this survey covers, it was a time where my boss had a rental from Markquart while they fixed his Suburban. He gave me a ride to Markquart as he was returning the rental and picking up his car. I didn't have to use the shuttle back to Markquart.

Kelly did a fine job getting the flat tire on my 2013 Lacrosse in for repair. I needed to bring the tire in to get the screw removed/flat fixed and nitrogen put in. Fortunately I had purchased a jack from Markquart and a spare tire from Gunderson Chev. Really not happy that any car is sold without a spare tire and jack.

The service manager Bert Knutson was very professional, helpful and nice. He took care of a recall I didn't even know about. Nice waiting area, also I talked to Scott Langman in the sales department well I was waiting. Scott was very helpful, professional, pleasent and very knowledgeble. This was an emergency situation and Kelly (my normal contact) responded fantastically. Got car in immediately, transportation home was provided, repairs made timely, etc. I even had a cup of capucino while I was at Markquart.

When I bought my car at Marquardt motors a\they were very helpful, but as the years went by they decided that my business was no longer needed. I have had my car in for service at least once a month and now since Christmas it has been every week for the same thing(flat tires), when I finally had enough the would not stand behind me and fix it unless I paid $80.00 a tire. All of a sudden I had three tires that had plugs in them when to my knowledge they only fixed two tires and oddly enough the one that kept going flat was not the one with a new nail in it. Two others had new nails. All I asked was for them to stand behind the car and they would for a huge fee. I took the car to another dealer to get it fixed for $50.00 less a tire. Funny how now after five years of bringing the car in they tell me it is because of the aluminin rims. I would NEVER go to Marquardt Motors again.

The folks at Markquart proved again why they're the only place we'll go to for body work. Pam Younger was friendly and helpful. Coley Murphy did an oustanding job of doing a temporary-fix making the car driveable until we could get it in for the actual repair. Mike Pire was super helpful and organized in providing a much faster repair turnaround than I expected. Because my wife's laid up after a recent surgery I wasn't sure how I'd get the car back home after the job. But Mike had called me to say the car was done and already in my garage! It looks fantastic. Markquart's the best and I highly recommend them. Scott Benson.

I liked the one on one experience. I was greeted right away and lead to the Sales person ( Bert Knutson ) for the paperwork and to discuss in detail what my concerns were with my Cruze. I felt I was respected and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly! Nice place!

I was traveling from Cincinnati to Minneapolis to visit my mother who was admitted to the ICU unit at a hospital when my car broke down on the freeway. Markquart Motors slotted my car immediately into their service schedule and fixed my car quickly, recognizing my need to get to the hospital. I can not thank them enough for their fast and courteous service and addressing my needs. This is the type of service that distinguishes the great companies from the average ones. Thank you again.

I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Markquart Motors and have been happy with every transaction. The salesmen I have worked with have been helpful without being pushy and when they didn't have what I wanted in stock, they found it for me. The service techs are awesome and their Detailing Department is the best I've ever seen. Even though the dealersip is not "open" in Chippewa Falls anymore, the young man working the car wash and detailing there has been helpful and courteous anytime I've needed something. I have highly recommended Markquart Motors to my friends not only for purchasing a car but also for their service work. Kudos, Markquart Motors. Kudos.

Purchased vehicle from Marqaurdt in Jan of 2012 and could not be happier. Sale was quick and easy. Service dept has been great. Screw in tire repaired this morning in less than 1 hour from time I emailed service until I drove out of dealership. So happy that I switched 2nd vehcile purchased from another GM dealer to Marquardts. Defintely top notch in my book.

Dealer's remodeled facility is impeccable. Getting appt for factory required maintenance and normal maintenance is simple and easyand timely. In and out with no hassle. I've got a great sewrvice consultant. In addition, when I'm in "the house", my sales guy looks me up to see how my vehicle is behaving.

Over 20 years of dealings with Markquart Motors including the purchase in excess of a half dozen new vechicels, I have come to trust the dealership. At times I have had the feeling that I was paying slightly more for the purchase than necessary had I been willing to go elsewhere for the best price. However, there is more to buying a new car than the lowest possible initial price. The service I have received has more than compensated for any premium I may have paid. My service manager is personable, extremely capable and always has my best interest at heart. When there has been a service issue she avocates for the best resolution for me. On balance I find Markquart Motors to be my best option.

We had been using Marquart for years because it is the only new gm dealer in town. But recently bought a new equinox that we had test driven. Picked it up and brought home, but didn't seem right, lower power and lesser equipment. Called dealership on three separate occasions, and was told it was same car. But after digging up the paperwork from the test drive, we found out they sold us a lesser car. Still tried denying it until we showed them. We brought car back for full refund, and will never use them again.

Called about a really terrific price on a car, told it was a "typo" and they couldn't possibly honor that price. I feel they should edit their promos, or honor the price they advertise. I'm not sure whether I will consider this dealership again even though I am still looking for "my" car.

They offered an exceptional deal on a car I was very interested in - had been on the net a few days. When I called, they had the car, but the price was a "typo" and they couldn't possibly honor that. The car was actually $10,000 more than they advertised. There was no apology for the error, no offer to give even a $500 discount, nothing. I feel they should proofread their promos or honor their advertisements.

Tried to contact them three times about a MINI in which I was interested. Once by email, once by phone and once at the dealership. I did not receive a call or any correspondence after the email and call, an when I visited the dealership I had to go into the dealership just to find someone to help. I had to wait 15 minutes while 3 salesmen were standing around laughing and talking. The receptionist finally got irritated with them and told them that there was someone VERY interested in a car. When one of the salesmen finally rolled his eyes and walked over to me, he said "Which car are you wanting to buy?" I looked at him and walked out. New building, same old lousy service.
