Found a gently used vehicle with very low miles, called up and scheduled a test drive. Brian was my sales consultant and he was great to work with, even being knowledgeable about a vehicle that wasn’t a Nissan. After the test drive, I spoke to Brian and he was very chill and not the typical car salesman. There was no pressure and I felt like he gave me room to make decisions without breathing down my neck like some other experiences I’ve had. The process was quick, and they were able to work around my schedule and have everything taken care of. I fully recommend Marlboro Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Great dealership!!!! Mark worked extremely well with us and was more than patient as I was try to decide on which vehicle was going to be purchased. My husband and I were there for sometime and we never felt rushed or pressured at all. The staff were knowledgable and interested in our needs. They dealt mostly with my son. We were happy with pricing and SUV features included in purchase. We were excited about driving home in our 2018 Nissan Rogue.. I would go back to buy a vehicle from them if needed.

This is my first time going to Marlboro Nissan for service. I used to go to Westborough Herb Chambers Nissan for my previous cars, but that Nissan store was closed and turned into an Infinity. I arrived the store on time and waited for about 50 minutes until my car was driven into garage. The waiting time is a little bit longer than I thought. Besides, the "Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection" form was filled less formal than the forms I got in the past. The first part "Service Advisor" "Technician" "Repair Order" was not filled out. The form was filled out by hand. My appointment was for oil change. All the checked marks are green except engine oil. I saw a men checking tires for cars waiting for service outside garage and wrote down the readings from a tool. The tire and break part are the only parts that need to fill out numbers instead of making mark across the dots. My car is a used certified car bought few months ago with mileage about 63K . I don't know the service history of my car but I know Nissan usually don't do transmission oil change and power steering fluid change when certifying a used car according to my experiences. I am wondering the technician may not do the Multi-Point inspection seriously. I really appreciate Nissan offering complimentary multi-point inspection and that's the reason why I always go to a Nissan dealer for service. I refer to the report to see when I need brake fluid change and power steering fluid change or some other maintenance. Update: I visited Marlboro Nissan few times after the first visit for service. My most recent visit is very pleasant. There was only one or 2 people in the waiting area. I waited for less than 5 minutes until my car is serviced. The oil change was very fast. I used the coupon sent from Marlboro Nissan to my email for oil change and tire rotation, so the price was fair. They did make some improvement.

I live in Granby. MA and traveled to Marlborough to get my Nissan Rogue. Marlborough Nissan has the best prices in the area and also in the next states. Please ask for Jim McCall! Great guy and he has a lot of patience. He won’t push you to make a quickly decision! Go see him!
