After speaking with a salesman on just getting approved on a very similar truck and price at another dealership even giving him my exact credit score that I just received... salesman stated he could do better than that on rates and has options for my score. Well after sending out my score to multiple lenders he shoots me a payment $200 more than I had just told him that I could get on my previous dealership... and never heard from him again after telling him that was way to much. Guess I should have known better with a 3.8 rating

Thanks again to Jon Lamet! With this inventory crisis I wasnt sure if I'd be able to get the Renegade I wanted. Within 2 days he had the Jeep sitting on his lot that I wanted!

I just purchased a new compact tractor for use around my house. It was a great experience. Sales person Jessica Chapel is a rock star in the sales dept. She made the process so easy, I purchased my Mahindra while working my own job. It's as easy as a phone call.

I Had scheduled an oil change appointment at 8AM here at this dealer. Waited 15 minutes nobody showed up and doors were locked! Looked next to the door the schedule says they are closed on saturdays, on their website it says they don’t open until 9AM!! I scheduled this appointment directly off their website!!! Extremely appalled by the unprofessionalism. I work Monday thru Friday from 8-7 and had made this appointment a week in advance! If the time didn’t fit a phone call would have been appreciated! Now I have to move my schedule around to rebook a new oil change appointment which I am not happy about! The last time I had an oil change here it took them 3 hours and no phone call about my vehicle being done! When I stopped in and inquired about it, turns out the vehicle was done 2 hours before hand!! I will NOT be taking my Jeep’s to this dealership for service any more!
