My fiance was having car issues and a different mechanic said she would need a new engine. Before spending the money we thought we should get a second opinion from Marshall's. They told us they were "pretty confident" that it would just need a new timing belt which would run us 2,000 rather than the 5,000 to get a new engine. After they put the new belt on they called us and said after all it needed the new engine. So even though that did not fix the issues they said we would have to pay for it because they informed us it would be a gamble on if it actually worked. We took out a loan to pay for the repairs of the new engine and timing belt which came out to over 7,000. Now that is a lot of money to fork out on a vehicle so we expected to get the car back and it drive like a new car. Wrong, they gave us the car back and there was a part missing from the dashboard, the ac did not work, the check engine late came on , and it was unable to pass an emissions test. We called them immediately and asked if we could even drive it home. They told us yes. And when we took it back they told us they charged the ac and they think it fixed the issue. And that the turbo charger was not compatible with the new engine they put in and we would have to pay either 500 for the part or 1500 for them to fix it. We said that we did not want them to fix it that we were just going to pick up the part and figure it out. A couple days of having it at home the ac stopped working again. We called them and they said they would fix it with no charge to us because it was not an issue until they started working on the vehicle. Today we were called and told that in order to get our car back we would have to pay 100 dollars to get our car back. Do not go here. They were rude and the service was awful. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by avoiding this awful dealership.

Nice people. Honest and upfront. The cost of the repairs seemed insanely high and I was hoping the fact that I purchased a different used car from Marshall's would possibly lean towards a discount. If not on the labor, maybe towards a new vehicle? The answer was no. I know my vehicle was not wanted for a trade in and my situation was frustrating. Still, I would have hoped for some sort of benefit from being a prior customer. I made the decision to never buy another Chevy ever again am currently looking through used Dodge Trucks. No point in staying loyal to Marshall anymore.

Would give 10 stars if possible. The whole team at Marshall was amazing and fair. Will definitely be back even though they are 5 hours from me. Their dedication to customer service is unmatched.

It was perfect. Inventory is tight around the country and my perfect car was not in my home town of Omaha. I found the Traverse I was looking for 400 miles away! I flew from Omaha to St. Louis and then took an Uber 45 minutes to Jerseyville, IL. Greg at Marshall Chevy was amazing! Everything went quickly so I could get on the road back to Omaha. Greg even shot me a few texts throughout the day to make sure I was doing ok on the trek home. I just might fly out there again someday for my next vehicle! Perfect buying experience!
