We experienced terrible customer service from this dealer. My spouse was yelled when she touched a car handle to look inside. The service staff are nasty and arrogant. Further, it is obvious that they write fake positive customer reviews on this website to drown out all the bad ones. Read the older comments from real customers. Everyone I know in Cleveland stays away from this place and has the same view of its service.

I flew into the airport and they had me picked up, then arrived to the dealership and the car was waiting there for me with all of the paperwork completed. This place knows how to sell car cars and service people. I drove the Porsche turbo back to Chicago and wow it was awesome. The whole experience at MGM was Top tier. Hats off to these people. I flew into Cleveland to see the Ferrari's they had advertised, and sure does it they had over 40 Ferrari's to select from. I bought a 1995 355 spider with 2,000 miles and 1987 328 gts with 5,000 they were perfect. These guys here know Ferrari's. go there and buy some like I did you will be very pleased.

But if you are in the market for a Quality and Very Low Mileage cars you have to either go their or call Gene. He will steer you in the right direction.

My wife and I purchased a Mercedes G63 from the salesman Gene Hauck at Marshall Goldman Motors. We had a very smooth and wonderful experience with Gene. We live in Hawaii and actually did not have a chance to view the vehicle before purchasing it. But, Gene assured us we would love the car and the G63 was in pristine condition and we should have no problems. Gene also went the extra mile to assure the transportation process was smooth. Sure enough we received the car a month later and we truly love our new car!!! I would definitely recommend Gene and the Marshall Goldman Motors Cars.

This is not a place to kick tires and touch exotic cars on Saturday afternoon with the kids. On the other hand, if you are looking for an extra nice well maintained vehicle this is the place to go. No, they won't give you the keys to test drive their cars until you have reached an agreement and have made a refundable deposit. I like that because it keeps their cars extra nice for the person who eventually buys them like I did. I worked with John Ashe and he was always responsive and straight in our negotiations. He was not pushy and did not pester me for the sale. He was patient and respectful of my time and professional in his dealings. Their detail department is lead by a person (another John) who has been with them for many years who brings their cars into like new condition. A great guy too. I shopped for my Aston Martin for several months and considered multiple dealers. The best car and the best overall value was the one I bought from Marshall Goldman.

I went to Marshall Goldman to buy a 2005 porsche 911 turbo s. I had a cashier's check in my pocket for 35% down payment and wanted to wrap up the transaction within three days. The salesman quickly informed me of the company's unusual business practices: they do not accept cashier checks; bank to bank wire transfers are the only method of payment acceptable; their insurance policy prohibits test drives; pre- purchase inspections not allowed unless a porsche technician comes to their facility to do the job. I calmly let the salesman know that I will not buy a car I have not test driven. It's called trust but verify!! The car appeared to be a prospect and not a suspect and I was willing to wait for the funds to clear the bank - to ensure that the dealer had his money- before taking possession. The salesman was inflexible. I still like the car and want to buy it but not without a test drive and a pre-purchase inspection.

Recently, I purchased a car from MGMSL and I brought my kids along. The dealership didn't let my kids take pictures of the cars nor was the dealership friendly to my children. If you are trying to purchase an exotic car there are plenty of other places where you could do that.

Have always wanted a Lotus Elise and was watching on the internet for months. Found what I was looking for being offered by Marshall Goldman (actually 2, both in yellow!) Joe the sales guy was very helpful, I had lots of questions about a Lotus, maintenance, etc., he took lots of time and multiple phone calls to help me. I live over 300 miles away, and they picked me up at the airport (and took me back) so I could go and actually see the car. All were very professional, courteous, quick and easy deal to close, and they will even make arrangements to deliver the car to me. Great car, good price, excellent dealer to work with! And enjoyed looking at all the other exotic cars in their inventory - I could spend a whole day there!

I recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG from Marshall Goldman and I couldn't be happier. The car was better than described and their finance rates were lower than my credit union. The entire transaction was extremely smooth from beginning until the car was delivered to my front door. This is a top notch business and it's people like Joe, my salesman, and Jean, who handles all the paperwork, that make it great. I was amazed by the display of awesome vehicles on the immaculate showroom floor. Cars I'd read about, but never seen in person. The place is more like a museum than a car dealer. Being a female, the sales manager Joe Levak helped me pick out the 911 that fit my needs and wants and it was well within my budget!!! purchased MB s 600, great cover up artist Terry assisted with sale. car was reported as very clean with no paint repairs. I trusted these people HAH HAH, DONT DO THAT!!!!! car arrived, !st thing, noise in engine! sun glass case fell off in my hand, distronics seat inop, lumbar leaked down, front- rear strut both leaking p/steering fluid, r/ front tire had been hit,had a big bubble, p/ strg line blew out towed to dealer for repair. when purchased offered two keys, sent two, one didn't belong to vehicle, had to complain bitterly and finally agreed to replace it. The rear bumper complete repaint, front was partially re-sprayed with dirt in the paint not professionally painted. engine oil leak, valve cover left loose ???? I got rid of this vehicle within two months. Sad business deal!!!!

These are the most rude sales people I have ever encountered. I buy many high-end cars, and these people act like they are doing you the biggest favor in selling you one of their cars. Used high end cars are not that big of a deal, and you can get a great sales experience from many dealers. I was so put off by these people on sever occasions (in case I got one bad guy on a bad day) that I stopped calling them to look at their cars all together. If there is a car I want, I can always source it for a better price and experience somewhere else. Don't waste your time dealing with these scammers.

I bought a Ferrari from Joe at Marshall Goldman a couple of years ago. Now, I am in the market for another and as I am looking at used exotics and looking at a few cars Marshall Goldman has, I considered if I would ever purchase another car from them. The answer, unfortunately, was a clear no. While Joe is a nice guy, I think I trusted him too much. I bought the car sight unseen but did a PPI at a local independent place he recommended. I think that was a mistake. The car arrived and was not a bad car but did have several issues that were not disclosed. Other problem I found was their absolute unwillingness to accept credit cards which is not that uncommon when dealing with buyers that have the ability to pay for the whole thing via one swipe of their plastic! Overall, strange experience that I am not willing to repeat and thought to share it with whomever is interested.

I don't know what to say about these people, they don't return emails or messages, I was going to purchase a car from them and made an offer a few weeks ago, with multiple emails, and even followed up with phone calls, and they don't call back or return emails, very unprofessional staff! How do you make a deal if they don't reply emails, and the phone calls I made, the man said, "oh we have somebody here ready to buy the vehicle, so sorry. How could this happen on different vehicles?
