The owner (Allan) is very rude, dishonest, and a scammer. He sold me a 2009 Kia Optima with a store warranty and promised me that this car was in great condition. A week after my purchase, the car breaks down on the highway and I have to call AAA to tow it to Allan Motors. I bring my car in to Allan motors and he says the wrong oil was put in the engine and caused issues. Keep it mind I purchased the vehicle a week prior and never went to get an oil change. Allan says the “warranty” doesn’t cover this and there’s nothing he could do. Maybe next time you put the correct oil and not scam people into buying used vehicles when you cannot keep your promise. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place has caused me nightmares and least I can do is let this story be known.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Marshall Motors North. Jack and AJ were so friendly, helpful, and communicated every step of the process clearly and efficiently. There was no pressure, and they explained everything up front. They got back to us so quickly with any questions we had! We were operating with a tight timeframe, and they helped move things along so we could get into our vehicle quickly. We absolutely love our new car and will be returning, as well as sending friends their way. On top of all that, we got an amazing deal!

An amazing experience on service and quality from a new purchase of a used Mazda CX-9. Had some serious engine problems, but it was replaced in record time, included with car rental from Marshall Motors, while it was being repaired AND the new engine repair work from their mechanics is and was TOP notch. The engine runs perfectly and I will have this car happily for years to come! Thanks to all at Marshall Motors North- will refer them to anyone who needs a reliable car! So many helpful actions that helped me out as a customer in need.

Buyers beware, I am a girl in my 20's and went here to look at a car. The salesman wanted me to sign a purchase and sales agreement AND give a deposit JUST to be able to find out what my monthly payment would be for the purchase. He asked if I expected them to do all the work, meaning run a credit check and do the math to figure out the monthly payment, without a deposit and signing and agreement. Of course I did, to think he would expect me to sign an agreement to purchase without knowing my payment is insane. It's too bad to because the car seemed nice, he just totally killed the sale.

Marshall Motors is an amazing place to shop for used cars. I recently bought a car from them, and it was the most amazing service I ever received. The dealership is family run, which makes is unique, they are very caring and were genuinely concerned to meet my needs. I wasn't pressurized to buy a car and the whole process was seamless. I was assisted with things that usually car dealerships don't assist with. Two weeks after buying my car, I had a flat tire due to a curb and I hadn't yet signed up for AAA, I called the dealership panicking and they sent someone over in 15 minutes, and i was heading on my way in another 5 minutes. It was the best thing ever, I went back a day later and they just gave me a new tire and i was out so quickly. All used cars from here come with minimum two years warranty. I'm so happy that I bought my car from such great people. Thank you Alan :)
