Adrian Sanchez was a great a sales guy. He was very polite and helpful. I really liked the finance guy which i think his name was Bill. I had a bad experience with the last truck i bought and the finance guy there at the Nissan dealership. I felt he was honest and straight forward with everything. I will return for future purchases and recommend Martin Chevrolet to everyone.

I am loving my new 2021 Chevy Tahoe! I worked with Ashley and she made the buying process a breeze. Anytime I called her, she was very diligent in answering my questions and sending me pictures when necessary. I would highly recommend Ashley and look forward to working with her again in the future! Edit: I had to contact the owner, Janet Martin-Clark, to get clarification on what I thought was a discrepancy with my deal. At that time, I gave the dealership a call and was able to speak with Ms. Janet directly. She quickly assured me that if there was a discrepancy, it would be taken care of and put me in contact with the person I needed to speak with…..within a matter of minutes. At the end of the day, the finance manager took his time to ensure that I understood every detail on which I was seeking clarification, and explained it to me in terms that were understandable to the common person that does not have a finance background. I would highly recommend this dealership due to the level of support offered even AFTER the purchase (which is so important), and I’m still enjoying my 2021 Tahoe a month later!!

Went in for a recall and they tried to tell me my truck needed something it didn't. Thankfully my husband caught it and set it straight. Know what you are going for so you don't lose money on something your vehicle doesn't even need

One of our running boards had the be replaced due to an accident. They ordered the set of running boards in and only put the new one on the damaged side and said we can pay extra for them to install the other new one on the other side. Bad customer service. It wouldn’t take them long and considering it’s a $16,000 job you would think they would include that. Details missed like big chip missing from rim and marks on the tire, so now that has to be ordered. The girl handling our case although polite, has not been detail orientated. So far no other complaints. We are waiting for new rim and tire as well as truck to be buffed before we inspect it again.

Taya is amazing! I would not have bought a car at all without her. She had a ton of knowledge, was friendly, helpful, courteous, honest and had integrity. I completely trusted her, she was very honest and directed me to a car I could afford and would enjoy driving. I didn't feel like she was a slimy used car salesman. It was very refreshing to deal with someone like her. Ask for Taya Parish or don't buy at all.

I found this car online at cars. com. Brittany contacted me online and then I spoke to her over the phone. She was very pleasant and helpful making sure I knew was the dealership was located as I driving in from Beaumont. I was greeted by Taya when I arrived. She was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. We made a deal that was great for me and was fair. The vehicle was everything as it was listed as online. The deal making was a great experience for me I have had credit problems in the past and the finance person took extra steps to get me a good rate. I would recommend the dealership to all friends and family/

Took my envoy into service department for a pullie sound.they said it was my new water pump and replaced it all for almost $1200.00 within 3 days I was back in there my service engine light soon came on they reset it again it came back on only now my car was knocking,told me to bring it back on Monday and that was on wensday,on Friday car got worse took it back to them,the manager of the service told me they made a mistake on my car it was their fault and this repair was covered by them,2 weeks later I went in to find out what was going on now they told me $1,900 to fix it this time even tho the manager told me it was their mistake and they would fix their mistake for no cost to me.I ended up paying them another $1,000.00 in repairs.not fixed yet as I had to return the very next day my car was making more noises,they told me there was nothing wrong with me car and sent me down the road.now on the second day sounds were even louder.took it back well it turns out the problem now it a pullie went out some how.maybe the only problem in the first place was this pullie and they collected $2,200 from me.they had my car for almost 2 and a half months.ever time I have got it back from them it needs more work they say it a older car 2003 and this kind of stuff happens.no it does not happen unless you Dont know what your doing in the first place.who's to say that all was misdigonised in the first place.it was that one little pullie all along.
