I love that I had a sales person that was so relaxed and calm with me. He really matched my personality. Although I already knew what car that I wanted, John Merringer was very professional, relatable, and friendly he didnt pressure or overwhelm me with reasons on why I should by a car. John kept things real with me and made me feel comfortable about my decision to buy my 2013 Honda Civic. John and his team did everything that they could to make me and my finance feel welcomed and even shared their lunch with us. Everyone that I encountered at Honda treated me like family and worked hard for me to walk out smiling. My sales person was Tony who was knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I would highly recommend him to others. However, the parking lot is much too small and/or crowded. Appointments for servicing need to be more realistic so customers are not kept waiting "forever"!!!

I like the proximity of dealership to where I live. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership and was happy no one tried to " up-sell" me or be pushy in anyway whatsoever. I dealt with Ali and had a great experience as did my husband who bought his Civic with Ali about 8 months ago. Love my CRV and had a great buying experience. Another thing I liked was the technology review , Bluetooth instuctions etc right in the car I just bought by a nice young lady. I felt that was a nice personal touch and very helpful in getting my car set up!!

Steve was really helpful, and understood what I needed and what I was looking for. This was my first experience buying/leasing a car. I didn't have much credit history and had just moved to the area, but they were able to get me a deal I was happy with in my price range with Honda's college graduate program. The salesman listened to which car I stated that I wanted and offered a price that my research indicated was fair. He answered my questions and did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. I also appreciate his willingness to wait until I moved because my location would affect personal property taxes and insurance rates. He also provided the information needed by my insurance agent. I thought Steve was open and honest. I was surprised that when I was transferring my things to the car at the dealer there was upholstery damage and damage to the interior of the liftgate. I would not have expected this to happen in a certified pre-owned vehicle. I was told that someone will contact me today regarding repairing the upholstery but there will be no effort to repair the gouges on the interior of the lift gate. So far, no contact.

I had purchased a brand new Honda CRV it had 60K miles on it when it blow a head gasket. I thought it was way too soon for something like that to happen but I traded it in and got a good deal on a brand new CRV. Then I got a recall from Honda for the pistons sticking. I spoke to the tech about it because I was adding 2 quarts of oil between changes and he said that they would not initially honor the recall or trust the local mechanic I was going to stating they probably caused it to happen. Really!!! I just bought a Subaru done with Martin Main Line Honda. Be careful buying from them they don't honor the companies recall actions. I was till waiting for the air bag recall that was bad enough and not their fault but this buyer will never do business with them again.

Tried two weeks to return my leased car and no luck, finally walk in to dealer and they were very rude about not having an appointment. Gary directly denied to take our car return because i'm not buying another car. Tried to talk to nicholai the most rude manager i ever faced. He directly denied to return my plates that i transfer from my previous car, they are claiming this plates belongs to honda. Those are my plates and i want to transfer them to my next car and i'm sure those plates belongs to me. Manager is very rude and just hang up on me and did not even give me any receipt of receiving my car with actual milleage disclosoure.

Great! Found the car I wanted at Martin main line Honda. I was able to complete the credit aspect via the Internet. I drove about 125 miles on that same day and purchased my CR-Z. I was at your facility maybe only 45 minutes to finalize the purchase, and returned home with my new car. Definitely my favorite experience at a car dealer by far. I liked the way Mike Freeman and Mitch Lasman expedited the new lease for me and understood my requests in order to stay with Main Line Honda. I feel a personal relationship has been built over the 4 leases I've had there. And it was really nice since I turned in my car with a full tank of gas that when I drove my new one off the lot it was full also (the little things do matter!). Bob Plotnick of Martin Main Line Honda of Ardmore PA (a suburb of Philadelphia) deserves an A+ for the honest, conscientious and friendly way he walked us through the shopping and buying process when we acquired a used 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. Before, during and after the sale, Mr. Plotnick was friendly, upbeat and completely candid. When we returned the next day to pick up the car, Mr. Plotnick was there to go over all of the details of operating the car. He took a lot of time with us after we signed on the dotted line: he didn't simply move on to the next sale, he stayed with us and answered our millions of questions. Definitely a good salesman and good guy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mike Murnane is the reason I bought the car from this dealership. I did my research before coming to the dealership and realized I could've gotten a few hundred bucks off the the MSRP at another dealer, but because Mike was genuine and just overall extremely nice that I had no reason to shop elsewhere. Also, I liked how streamlined the process was from showing the car, driving around, cleaning, the tech guy etc. and everyone I encountered was genuine.

I had to bring in my 2010 Honda Accord for a check on what the noise in the front of my car was. Rudi is me customer service rep and there is no better person to deal with than Rudi. I am greeted by name, told what my car problem could be and, wait for this... was given a free loaner for the day until my car was ready. Needless to say I was very pleased with the way I was treated, how Rudi pays attention to keeping my bill to a minimum, and the car was finished as promised. A great experience at Martin Main Line Honda in Ardmore, great customer service, and the only place I take my car to to get serviced.

I went to the dealership to test drive the new HR-V's, they had asked to test drive my current car and the sales manager wrecked it since he failed to stop at a stop sign. Instead of informing me about the incident right away, the sale's person tried to haggle me by offering another grand on top of what my car was valued at. Half an hour later they finally told me that the driver had crashed my car. Needless to say that this was the worse experience of my life. I would not refer this dealership to another since they caused me a lot of grief!

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it necessary in this circumstance. I bought my very first car back in September from Martin Main Line Honda. I went into the situation prepared with what I want and price range, expecting to be hassled, but that totally wasn't the case. My experience buying my Honda Fit was a great one and I love my car.About a month later, I notice that my passenger side mirror is floppy and just sort of hanging off the side. Other than just being unaligned, there was no breakage or dents or marks. It was the weirdest thing. I brought it into the dealership to have them look at it and they said it was going to have to replaced and that it was going to be close to $700 between parts and labor, and that it's not covered by the warranty. Naturally, I was very upset at the circumstance. I called Mitch, the associate who sold me my car to explain the situation to him, and within the day I got a call back from the dealership stating that the parts and labor were going to be free due to the oddness of the damage and the fact that it was a brand new car. This was definitely beyond anything I would expect from a dealership! I truly appreciated the effort and responsiveness. I brought my car in and it was fixed within hours.I told all my friends just how awesome this was and to go there for car purchases. It's nice to see that there are good people out there. I'm now completely sold on my Honda experience, I will continue to go there for maintenance and for all future car purchases. My Mom and all her friends have also bought their cars (mostly from Mitch) as well.

No haggling over price. I had an internet quote which was honored. Financing was fairly quick to set up. Some upselling was presented, re. varnishes, extra warrantees etc. but not pushed once I said I wasn't interested. After talking price on the phone, I set up appt. to meet Bill that same day and immediately moved forward with the purchase which included a trade-in. Bill was a great salesman and as it turns out my neighbor has also purchased Hondas from him. Technical info given by Manny was excellent. Touch screen is a new experience for me. Have to say I was also impressed with the garage crew who moved cars around. They were quick to move any car out of the way. When I returned the day after purchase I didn't have a spot and the associate who saw me just took care of the car, moved it into a location which was easy for me to exit. I really appreciate the efficiency.

My transmission on my old Honda was gone( after 200,000 hard miles ), so I needed a new car fast. I went to Martins in late December when they were having a sale. The place was so crowded, it was hard to find a sales person. The show room looked very beat and it was hard to find a place to sit. When we finally got a sales person, he was such a hurry. He got very upset when I decided to change my order and buy a much more expensive model. I did finance the purchase thru Honda, but put down a large deposit on my credit card. The next day I looked at my statement on line from my credit card company and saw that I was double charged the deposit. I called Martin and was told that it was the credit card company's fault and that I needed to work with my credit card company. The credit card company showed me where Martin had double entered the deposit. After a week of calling Honda( who were useless ) and Matin, they admitted the were in error. It then took them another week to enter the correcting entry. The sales rep said that he was so busy that he did not have time to show me the features of the car and would I come back in a week to let him do the instruction. When I came back he said that his sales manager was after him to do follow up calls and he only had a very short time to show me the cars features. I have used the service department and it appears very competent.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EXL-V6 from Martin Mainline Honda and after 40 years of car buying and 21 cars, the experience with this dealership and its imployees has proven the be nothing short of a horror story.The personel were rude, arrogant and not in the least bit professional.After several trips back to the dealership to try to get them to repair the many defects in the car, we were basically told that you bought it, and now it is your problem.We paid $23,000.00 cash and assumed they would at least detail the car prior to delivery.The worst car buying experience that I have ever had.

The salesman, Steve, was upfront, straightforward and efficient on things. We liked it that way. He has been attentive to several issues that came up before and right after delivery of the car. The tech guy Manny is very helpful in introducing some interesting features of the car. Overall, a good dealership I must say! Some issues arose when I got the "brand new car" though. I would like to encourage this dealership to look into those service guys who prepared/detailed the car before delivery the car to us.

Your Sales Representative, Lucy Hu was great. She immediately approached my husband and asked could she be of service to us before I got out of the car. She was patient and took her time with us as she took us on our road trip to get a feel of the car. Also, Manny Woodard your Technology Specialist was great,friendly and very patient with us seniors as he took his time to show us how our new car operate. He really knows this technical stuff and he made himself available if we had anymore questions or had any problems with our new car. Ms. Hu and Mr. Woodard are two of your finest employees and a great asset to your company. My husband and I could really see that they love doing their jobs. I would like to begin with requesting that the owner of the business & the General Manager both read this, so that they may have a clear understanding of my recent car purchase experience at Main Line Honda. People are so quick to spread negative experiences when they have a bad experience with a business , well I am going to make some positive comments regarding my experience, and they are surely due. This was the first time I had ever been to Main Line Honda. I tend to pay close attention to how employees interact with customers and that seemed to set the tone for my experience. I had a great experience working with salesman Bob Plotnick (yes for an entire afternoon) and did purchased a car. Bob was patient, had knowledge of the product he was selling, spent a great deal of time with me, took my search for a car personally, had great personality, he knew when to give me space to do some thinking, and this all was a direct reason why I chose to stay at Main Line that afternoon , and not look elsewhere to purchase our vehicle. Bob listened, was patient and hung in there with me (yes while going from car to car to car). I do not know Bob but I wanted to express my appreciation for how he worked with me. My wife loves the vehicle we purchased and she could not be happier. I had such a great experience that I plan on getting much of the service work now done on her car at Main Line Honda as well. I general do not do surveys, but to be honest we had such a great experience I felt I had to show my appreciation and to let you know when things are being done right. Word of mouth is such a powerful advertisement, (whether it is positive or negative) a business can often live or die as a result of word of mouth. When one has a bad experience with a business the amount of business which can be lost is often significant. When one has a positive experience I personally like to share my experience so that others can patronize a business that really has it together. Although I am much appreciative of Bob Plotnick, I would also like to express my thanks to several other people at Main Line that I had interaction with during the purchase of our vehicle which included Michael Freeman, David Baratka and just before I left with the car I got to meet Manny Woodard to go over the vehicle. What a wonderful team you have. Each of these individuals and how they interacted with me left me with a real positive feeling. Being from a family which owned its own business one knows that often it is not the brick and mortar which makes a business successful rather it is the employees that create the experience as well as the success of the business, and that is what I would like to thank you for. Each person that we dealt with: the salesman-Ted Altes, the business manager- Jason Osner and the tech support- Manny Woodard were all extremely patient, professional and personable. We started our visit looking at used cars but the salesman, Ted, explained the cost efficiency in purchasing a new car. The business manager, Jason, made the financial transaction a smooth and painless process, showing us the the warranties that would benefit us in keeping our new car protected.. And lastly, Manny, the tech support, walked us through all the advanced systems with the patience of a saint. He showed us everything we need to know to enjoy our new Honda.

How ironic he was my salesperson again when I purchased my 2013 Honda. They say third time is a charm, and it was. Mike salvo made buying my new accord the best car buying experience I ever had. My lease was up on my previous car and I kept seeing all the advertisements for honda on tv. So I gave mike a call and told him what I was looking for and my budget. When I got to the dealership the car I wanted was right out front. It was perfect. It was way better than the car I had. It had so many more features. Also he was able to keep my payments the same.His product knowledge made learning about my new accord simple and easy. He went through all the specs of the car and even hooked up my phone to the bluetooth. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Gail in finance also made this experience great. She was so nice. She had me in and out of finance in record timing. When I got in her office she had everything organized and ready to go. She went through the whole process and had me on my merry way. It was so nice to see that my time was important to her. I had a very positive experience at Martin Main Line Honda. The Sales Reps were very attentive and thorough in explaining about the car I was interested in. I was not keen on purchasing a new vehicle, but there was no pressure and everyone worked as a team to accommodate my needs. From the test drive to the pricing and making the payments work within my budget, everyone did a great job, and I did not have buyers remorse afterwards. Roman Tobak and Nino was very patient as we went back and forth with the car pricing and additional items I wanted (i.e. remote starter, extended warranty). Steve Bloomer was very detailed in explaining every function within the car. Jason and Dave made the paperwork flow smoothly. Everyone was able to answer any question I had, and if they did not know, they asked a collegue of theirs. It was nice to see team work and everyone on the same page. I want to thank Martin Honda Mainline for such an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I spent months running the specs, safety issues and pricing of several vehicles. I needed to kill some time, so I visited Mainline Honda. I was immediately greeted though the sales floor was busy. My sales consultants Roman Tobak and Gary Kutner were very knowledgeable of the products and especially the CRV. The questions I asked were answered in full. What he did not know off-hand he found out immediately. Everything was done upfront. There were no back door changes in agreements made. The staff was friendly and honorable. I will see how this vehicle holds up to its reputation and if it does I will be back at Mainline for my next vehicle.

The staff are always friendly, professional, and straightforward, which suits my personality and buying habits quite well. Everyone from the receptionist to the Finance person was friendly and helpful, which is why I keep coming back.My salesperson, Mike Salvo, listened very carefully to my preferences, and was very direct about showing me what I needed, rather than trying to "steer" me toward any particular vehicle. As such, this was probably my fastest and happiest purchase so far! Beyond that, he actually did me a huge favor by driving my OLD car back to my house for me, since I failed to bring another driver with me. I had my 2010 Honda Accord serviced there opn 11-15-2014. The young man who took my car for service was so sweet and honest--my wife thought her key didn't work, but he told us the key worked fine after he checked it. He even delivered a cup of hot chocolate to me when I was in the waiting room. He made me very happy that morning. When I came into the main hall, the lady receptionist gave me warm greetings. I met the representative ,Lucy Hu, who helped me a lot when I bought this car 4 years ago and we had a friendly brief chat. I saw a female service advisor kneeled down to clean up the trash on the floor in the waiting room. The girl cashiers were very nice too. Even the man(tall) who delivered my car at the end was also friendly---he ran to get my vehicle after he checked my document. Last year when I had my car serviced at MainLine Honda, they miscalculated the price at the beginning, but they corrected it afterwards even though I didn't notice it. The only thing was the 2 hour waiting time. However it was not their problem because it was a Saturday and I was pre-cautioned by the lady when I called to make this appointment. So far I do not have any complaints about MailLine Honda. Good people, good jobs.

Last week, I visited Martin Main Line Honda knowing that I needed another Honda but unsure of what make, model, type, and financing. I met with Sales Rep Michael Salvo and he was a tremendous help. We test drove three different Honda Models and discussed the pro / con of each decision. The end result is that same day I leased and drove home with my new 2015 Honda Pilot. We worked with Steve Bloomer, Jr on the purchase of a used CR-V. He was very quick in locating a vehicle that was in high demand and letting us know as soon as it was on site for us to look at. We ultimately went with a newer used model that we saw online. Steve was always easy to reach and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions there on the spot. When we decided on which vehicle to purchase, we still needed to secure a loan check from our bank and knew we wouldn't have it until the next morning as it was after banking hours. Steve accommodated that hiccup and made sure that vehicle was ours, eliminating the risk of someone else shopping it.Our experience was great start to finish and we will be certainly be repeat customers of Main Line Honda.

As a Martin Customer since 12/2007, I have always maintained an excellent perspective of the dealership and the employees. Customer service is professional, knowledgeable, friendly. The staff are more like friends than business staff. Car service has always been perfect and the service rep always keeps me informed about what preventive maintenance or repairs are needed or will be needed. I loved my first experience in 2007 when I bought my 2008 Honda Fit and traded my Hyundai. They gave me a higher trade in value than the other dealers. My trade in value on my 2008 Fit was great as well. And, I was able to purchase a 2015 Fit with upgrades for a great monthly payment. First time here, last time anywhere else. Easily one of the most enjoyable car leasing experiences ever. Allan called us back with information promptly and firmly giving us an idea of what leasing a Honda would be like. Since he was the first to respond and even follow up with a barbecue invitation, they were our first stop of the day. Our salesman, Patrick, made us feel like long time customers and in that probably made us one. Highly recommend if you want a no-nonsense deal. We walked in, saw the car we'd like, test drove it to be sure, grabbed a complimentary barbecued hot dog and soda, made an offer, and signed the lease within an hour of being there. Having planned to go elsewhere, it speaks to the quality of the car and service that our day started and stopped after pulling into Martin's Honda. Though it's probably not totally in your hands, Patrick was especially helpful as a salesman and someone to ask for. His stories alone made the necessary administrative waiting game breeze by. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant leasing experience.

Mike even took the time to pick me up at the rental car place and bring me to the dealership to get my car. The entire staff there was friendly and helpful. Comfortable place to hang out while waiting for paperwork. Ive bought a lot of cars and this by far was the best and easiest experience Ive ever had and the car was great. Its nice to go on a lot that has used cars and see they have quality cars and not junkers. I highly recommend this dealership over going anywhere else. Bob Plotnick showed us many possible cars that fit our needs. We test drove 3. I'm sure that if we had wanted to, Bob would have let us test drive as many as we liked. Everything went really well. I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership handled the tags and registration part. That saves on the 101 things you have to do when you get a new car. Great job!

I was in a bind - my car was totaled and I was leaving town in a few days - I needed to acquire a new one within 48 hours and I was a little anxious about the situation. I worked with Bob Plotnick and he put my fears to rest. He understood my situation and came to the rescue. He was sensitive of my time, understood I was comparing the CRV against another car/different brand and helped me weigh the pros and cons. I never felt pressured. He was available when needed and was prompt about returning calls and arranging test drives (all in a couple days). Because he made me feel completely at ease, I called him when my daughter needed a used car and I would recommend him and the dealership. The service team is A+ as well.

I visited Main Line Honda with my 17-year old son a couple of weeks ago with the intention of purchasing a used car for him. Bob explained to us, in a very patient and detailed manner, what we needed to know about buying a used car and obtaining financing. Our original intention was to purchase a used car for under $10,000, but we learned that such an automobile would not be "certified pre-owned" and that we were much better off spending a few thousand more and obtaining financing to do so. When I was about to buy my 3rd Honda a friend recommended Martin Mainline Honda because she loved their service department. She was correct. Everyone was always very helpful, professional and genuinely nice from checking in to the valets who returned the car. I can not speak so highly of their finance department, however. The man who sold me my extended warranty looked me straight in the eyes and said if I never used it, I would get the full amount refunded back to me. The car I purchased was unfortunately totaled out after 3 years. Out of 4 messages to finance department asking what needed to be done to get my warranty refunded, none were returned. The 5th phone call in a 3 week period was finally answered and I started the process to get my refund. After 10 weeks passed, I called and left 3 messages to find out why I still hadn't received my check. No return phone call. I finally had someone answer after 2 more phone calls and was told that the refund was going to be mailed next day. Check came for 187$ on an 1,100$ extended warranty. 2 more messages to finance department and management asking why I wasn't given full refund like I was told and no one has bothered to call me back to explain why I was only given 187$ on a contract that had never been used. I was lied to outright and then treated with unprofessionalism and rudeness by having all of my phone calls ignored.

I only bought my car from them because I couldn't take going back again and spending more time in a car salesroom. Joe, the boss, was terrible. His "hard sell" was offensive and in-your-face. I overheard other salesmen saying pretty sexist and patronizing things to a 21 year old woman there to buy a car. The car itself is nice. We didn't get the best deal, but it wasn't the worst deal. Overall the experience was average. I hope I don't ever have to go back.

I recently used the facility for State inspection of my car. Lady at the customer service was rude and unhelpful. I had a coupon sent by their company and when I gave it to her she throw it away and repeated the amount very rudely. They asked me to pay for the emission test that was supposed to be exempted and I had to explain them that too. While I was there I spoke with a Car sales person as I am in the market for a SUV. That person seems to be nice but I gave up the idea after the previous experience.

I was called and emailed numerous times to come in for a visit. I explained I knew what model I wanted but was shopping around for price and colors. I was told I could get an estimate of a trade in and that they match Kelly Blue Book. Well I later find out that is just a ploy to get me in. When I first approached the lot about 4 men were standing staring in the parking lot, looking like they were waiting for their next victim. Very intimidating! I explained I wanted to see white and metallic CRVs but instead I only get to see a maroon one and a black one. I sat down in the showroom and was extremely uncomfortable. The Sales Manager was yelling at his employees. When I told Tony that I got a better quote at another dealer he instantly said not to trust them at that price and they would charge me other fees. He said that is a ploy to get you on their lot. I said there were not other fees and he said, "Look we are all in this to make money. If we are selling it any lower, we aren't making money." Right then and there I was confirmed this was NOT where I was going to buy. They also did NOT give me even the lowest price of Kelley Blue Book as I was informed on the phone.So I said "This must be YOUR ploy to get people into your dealership." He had no comment. He then got very angry at me for not purchasing that day and wanted to know what he could do to change my mind. I told him I was looking to buy in May and he didn't like that. He then gave my estimate to his sales manager and they were yelling that "the girl isn't buying" and they looked over at me. So slimy and rude!!! I have never been to a business that yells! It literally made my heart race. I wanted out of there FAST.

Purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord. After going to 3 other Honda dealerships to find an adequate manual transmission option vehicle, we came to Martin Honda with not much hope left. Our salesman was very helpful, very personable and we searched the lot high and low for initially a Civic (due to cost restrictions) that we couldn't find but lo and behold an Accord was on the lot which we were able to take for a test drive. We were able to get the Accord into the price range that I was looking to spend, I ended up with the car I really wanted and they were even able to get me an AWESOME finance rate! It was a very comfortable and expeditious experience for someone like me who gets very nervous and antsy with the car buying process. Thank you very much Martin Honda!!!!

By far the most unprofessional and unfriendly car dealership I have ever dealt with. On both of my visits I was insulted behind my back and after the employees realized what they had done, there was no remorse or apology. The service department (both mechanical and body shop) have the attitude as if they are the only game in town and they are rude and inept in my opinion. Do not trust anything that they tell you over the phone. I was told by the sales manager that what ever they say over the phone means nothing.. THIS IS FROM THE MANAGER !!!!!Go to Piazza.. good guys and a Honda is a Honda. If you need to use them to negotiate, get a quote from their web sales department and use give that info to a reputable dealer and they will beat the price. Do not go their unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

I wasn't expecting to buy a new car the day I stopped in...I thought I would just be gathering information for comparison to other dealerships for the best buy. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I didn't have to haggle. It helps that I know Patrick and trusted that he was giving me the best deal.

I loved the "numbers" lady who said, "If not now, when?" How appropriate. With that said, I drove off in my top to bottom luxury CRV. I feel blessed to be able to reach out and phone the vice president, general manager, sales person or the shop for anything, any time. Since I have been the recipient of fine service. I've sent co-workers, my daughter, my daughter-in-law, and my husband...My family just rode off in our sixth car, and everyone is happy. No one has anything but praise. Compared to another dealer in the philly area, Martin is both informative and pressure-free. Instead of continually prompting "what can I do to earn your business"? they approach potential buyers with respect to their situation and the very real fact that sometimes people need time to make a decision. That's what we needed, and in the time that we were given (not pressured), we made a decision and are very happy with our purchase.

We had a great experience getting our '13 Civic this weekend. We weren't really sure if we were buying on our first visit, but after my wife found a great deal on-line and with Honda's 0.9% financing, we were able to drive away completely satisfied with our experience. Bob Plotnick (our salesman) was great and the financing department was very easy to deal with and we never felt rushed, or pushed the entire time we were there. When we first moved to the area we had an '03 Civic that we would bring in for service to Martin Main Line and we were always happy with the service department also, so we feel it's a great fit.

I came to Martin Main Line Honda after seeing a used car advertised on their web site, and after calling twice to confirm its price and availability. Upon arrival, I went for a test drive and decided I wanted to buy it. This is when the waste of time began. After a while, I was told that the vehicle had not been inspected by their mechanic yet, and I would have to wait for that before we could proceed. When that finally happened (over an hour after I had taken the test drive), I was told that IT DID NOT PASS THE INSPECTION, AND THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT BE SELLING THE CAR. I was stunned, but we were not done yet. There was another vehicle that was similar, but was older w/ more miles. It was suggested I should consider that one, and they would price it attractively because of the screw up with the first vehicle. I test drove that and, once again, i was interested, especially because this vehicle had a 90-Day Warranty sticker. As we sat down to make the purchase arrangements, I was told that THE 90-DAY WARRANY STICKER HAD BEEN MISPLACED ON THAT CAR, AND THEY COULD NOT HONOR IT. So, after 4 hours and 2 misrepresentations later, I finally did what I should have done hours ago Walked out in disgust.

I walked in with an appointment I had called for Dec. 30, at 11AM & drove out with a new lease at 2PM. I was turning in my CRV-EXL about 2 months early if the price was right, and it was. I went down in model bells & whistles, but with the same driving experience as the 3 CRV models have. My previous salesman from 3 years ago was there & moved me right along. The experience was great since I am a widow and not great at the car "game". No hassels or extra unwanted solicitaions on getting a more pricey edition. My only request was Bluetooth radio & they're all equipped with that, and because I'm short and like to sit up high & close, no problem, even thought the seats aren't power. I drove all 3 models and was satisfied with my choice.

This was my first car and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by all the CR-V had to offer standard. I wasn't looking for the bells and whistles, just a good reliable car to get me around when necessary. The other car dealers I visited were horrible. But the Roman of Mainline Honda was knowledgeable of the vehicle, direct, and not too pushy. The whole team made the sales process as seamless as possible. Just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord and the customer service experienced far exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was purchased through the USAA buying service and the quoted price was offered without issue. The dealership had ample in-stock vehicles to choose from and the paperwork was processed in short order. It was a mob scene. At lunch-time, two large trays of hoagie slices were brought in for everyone. Great customer focus ! Just took delivery of a 2014 CR-V EX, my fourth from Martin ML Honda. We are a 3 Honda family along with a Fit and our beloved 2003 S2000. My family has received 10 Hondas from MML Honda. The buying experiences have all been positive and their service department is outstanding. My latest experience got me into the new CRV lease with a year left on my 2011, $0 down and the same monthly payment. I put a refundable (in writing and signed by dealer) deposit on a car. We were not able to come to terms on the deal and when I contacted the dealer to get the refund - multiple times by phone and email, I was not successful in getting anything but sales pressure.The primary sales person I dealt with, Lucy, was fine - helpful and honest. I am not happy with the rest of the crew. No return calls or emails as promised by sales 'management'. The dealer has my phone number and can call me any time!

I went on the internet and considered 5 different Honda dealers in the Philadelphia area. I visited two,. including Main Line Honda, which were the two lowest proposals. I did not want to be running around from dealer to dealer, so I did the majority of the negotiating either by phone or internet. I wanted to be sure there were no so called add ons such as Dealer Documentary charges (Hidden Dealer Profit). Some proposals had them and the Dealers were reluctant to remove them. Before I visited Main Line, I called to make sure there were no additional charges to their proposal before I visited them. I met with the sales person, Lucy Hu and she pointed out many of the features of the Odyssey and then we went for a test drive. When we returned, we went over the figures, which were as we had discussed, no hidden charges. The clincher was the value received for the trade in, which was not as high as I had hoped, but much better than the other dealer that I visited. All in all, it was a very good experience, as all of the people that I met and dealt with were very helpful and friendly .

David Tierney helped me through the process of getting into a new CR-V recently and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was able to navigate through some complex contract arrangements coming off of a current lease, into a new purchase agreement. In the end, I think all parties were happy and I felt taken care of. We have now purchased 4 new cars from Martin Mainline Honda and they have always made the purchasing experience pleasant. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time, Tony Longo, and he is an asset to the establishment. He has always been able to beat the competitors prices. The service department is top notch and treat you well. I've never had to bring any of my cars back to service for an issue that wasn't addressed properly.

I traveled to this particular dealership because I saw they had a posting on Edmunds for a used 2008 Honda Accord V6 EX-L. After making my 2 hour drive to see this specific car listed for 13,985 online with 47,000 miles on it, I was greeted with a slow moving sales team. The particular sales person whom I was scheduled to meet with had already left for the day knowing I was scheduled for a visit, therefore I was transfer to another sales person. When I did an overview and run through of the vehicle I had noticed that the rims were severely scratched in the front from both the driver and passenger side. I made it clear to the sales guy that this vehicle is not certified and I wanted to make sure why it wasn't, in which he answered that: due to the the exceptionally nice after market rims the previous owners had put on the car and that it was not original rims and wheels, they can not certify this particular vehicle (keep in mind these are the scratched up rims that i had seen and questioned earlier in which he consider exceptionally nice). Being wary that it was not certified, I asked for an extended warranty package and what it consisted, which he seemed baffled that I had even mentioned, and he responded in a manner that seemed as if i should be honor to buy a vehicle from them. When we sat down to discuss "numbers" he informed me that this particular vehicle has been sitting on the lot for over 30 days therefore it was given a red tag reduction and would not be reduced a penny more. He then informed me that for an extended warranty package it would cost $1,395 more and would allow me 30,000 mile/3years bumper/bumper, whichever comes first. As normal in any given sales situation, I counter offered and said I was only hoping to walk out the door only spending $12,500 or $13,000, in which he replied again that he will not budge a single penny below his asking price. I thought this was not a smooth negotiation so I thanked the sales person and proceeded to walk out the door when he stopped and asked to double check with his sales manager sitting in an office 3 feet away from his cubicle. As he discuss my offer, I overheard the sales manager along with 2 other sales associated in the office say that "If she was looking for a deal like that she should have gone to china town". This was the final straw for me because you see, I happen to be the ONLY asian person sitting in this office at 8:00 PM. This was an extremely insulting thing to say can i cant imagine someone so ignorant and so simple minded enough to even put those thoughts into words. When I confronted this particular manager about his comment, instead of apologizing for his remarks, he brushed it aside as a misunderstanding as any uneducated person would try to do. He went on to say that i seemed "nice" as if he didn't expect me to call him out for his highly uneducated and ignorant remarks. I walked out of there in disbelieve that in this world today there could be such a closed minded and blatantly idiotic person as he, and he's sitting in the Sales management office of Martin Main Line Honda. Never again will I ever step foot in side this establishment even if they were giving me their whole inventory, and never again will anyone I know come to this place of employment for such idiotic personnel.

I went in for service on my 2007 Pilot. After three hours I received a call that the strut needed to be replaced. Included in the price was supposed to be an alignment (which is standard any time you replacement parts of the suspension and was noted so on the paperwork). However, the alignment wasn't done. I called the next morning and left a message for my service manager, Rudy, at 7:30. I waited until late morning and didn't receive a call so I tried the service department. For over an hour I kept getting voicemail. The live chat option was working, so I tried that (at 11:30). Andrew was very nice and took my information. I still hadn't heard from Rudy by 1:30 so I called back and was told they were waiting until he came back from lunch to give him the message. At that time, I told the person on the other end of the phone that I was going on a road trip over the weekend and I needed to get the alignment done since it is pulling to the right. It is now almost the end of the day and I still haven't received a call. Needless to say, I won't be visiting this dealership anytime soon once this issue is resolved.

I had gone to the dealership in search of a new Civic, seeing all the commercials lately I figured I could get a good deal. The salesman I had was very friendly and informative which was great because I am kind of a newbie with car buying. He was able to answer all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with the choice I had made. I ended up with a great deal and drove my new Civic off the lot that day! Condesending person who spent more time telling me the beat up vehicle he was trying to sell me was mint than trying to fix its issues. Said it was in the shop getting inspected while I was there to make sure it was ready to go and all they did was reset the Oil change button. Another Salesman made racial dlur about Jews within earshot of customers. Plus, another customer was complaining that they stole her parking permit from her inside windshield while her car was there for service. I would never return to this dealership.

I came here a couple days ago thinking I'd get a good deal as the end of the month was near. I had a special Internet pricing and called the dealership asking if the price was firm or if it can be negotiated a bit. The salesperson told me to come in and no reasonable offer would be refused. So that very same day I drove 45 min to the dealership. The salesperson showed us the car and features etc but when it came to the deal they wouldn't budge one bit. No point in negotiating at all and they just looked at us as if we were born yesterday. It'd be hard to earn my business after that as I came in food faith on the salespersons word that we could both come to a price where we were both happy. But if they would've told me they weren't going to negotiate then I wouldn't have even gone there.

First they told me there were no deals,even though Honda was advertising them nationally. They quoted me a price by email 10 days earlier, then upped the price by $600 when I came in. The salesman told me a lot of things I knew were not true about the car, and the sales manager was extremely obnoxious and insulting. I bought a car there because of location and time, but I would never go there again. They even sent me out on Christmas eve with a new car with tires that were 10 lb. low. The salesman told me the light that was on was fine. I had to go to a gas station that evening and fill them myself. I do not call that good service!

I went to this dealer after getting a decent Online Quote.Sales man MIKE was really friendly and Co-Operative, helped us by anwsering all the questions.When it came to the numbers - Sales Manager came to us: Offered about 5K less on the trade compared to other dealers & KBB or edmunds values.When we did not want to go with trade and go only with New Car direct purchase, Manager started using offensive language & words and walked away.Sales Manager was not ready to reduce $100 for a new car sale.I have never seen a Sales Manager not wanting to finalize a ($27800) sale for $200/-I would not want to go back there and deal with that Sale Manager again and would not recommend any one else to go there.

I was at this dealership a couple of weeks ago as I heard squeaking from my rear brakes and they were wearing out. I needed new brakes urgently. The service guy gave me a quote of 249.99 for rear brakes. Had the work done, since I did not have any other option available.There's expensive, and then there is day light robbery. This goes beyond the second one.

I recently purchased a Certified Used 2011 Honda Pilot from Martin Main Line Honda. I had already visited several other dealerships in the area, such as Conicelli and Piazza. I was 100% positive on the model and features of the Pilot I wanted by doing my research. At the other dealerships I felt like I was going back in time and dealing with the typical BS Old School Car Salesman where you spend hours haggling and being BS'd to death by cheeseball tactics. If you end up at Conicelli and deal with an old dude name Charles Blue, just run. Hes still stuck in 1984. The prices at the other dealerships were obsurd. Conicelli was also trying to sell me a damaged vehicle. They were trying to sell me an LX model with 44k miles on it for over 30k. I know more about cars than Conicelli does. Terrible place. Who cares if you are nice to me while you are ripping me off. I inquired about a Honda Pilot online at Martin Main Line Honda and was contacted by Joe Sabatini. We scheduled an appointment and he was right on time and available to work with me. We took the vehicle I was interested in on a test drive and I immediately loved it. However, during the paper work process someone swooped in and bought the car before me. Sometimes that happens. Joe Sabatini was awesome at finding me an even better vehicle with lower milage and at the same price. Amazing!!! Joe also did a great job working with me on finding a good price that would fit my budget. Remember people, the salesman doesn't know how much the manager has invested in the car, so its really not up to them. Joe made the entire buying process easy and relaxing. It was the first new car I bought in 10+ years and a lots changed. A lot is better, especially when dealing with Joe Sabatini and Martin Main Line Honda. The finance department was awesome. They never once pressured me into buying all the extended warranties and junk. A couple weeks after purchasing my vehicle I noticed some damage on the rear subframe. I informed Joe Sabatini and the Service department and they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. The replaced the rear subframe for free and it only took a day. They also put the car up on the lift and let me inspect it further for peace of mind. I was amazed that they let me do this. I can't say enough about how great my experience has been at Martin Main Line Honda. I wish I needed another car because I'd go right to Joe Sabatini and Martin Main Line Honda. Steve Bloomer and Dean in their service department are awesome to work with.

I had previously purchased two new accords from this dealership. I scheduled an appointment with someone I was referred to but he was busy when I arrived. I was sent to Joe Sabatini instead. He chose not to meet the price I was seeking , so I thanked him for his time and left. I purchased the Honda I wanted for the price I was seeking 2 hours later from another dealer. This morning Joe Sabatini sent me an email stating that he will do whatever it takes to get my business and will be calling me to get me the accord. I responded that I purchased it already for the price I was seeking. Joe Sabatini's professional response (in writing) "I've never met anyone in my life more condescending than you...I'm glad you did buy from someone else. Good luck!"By the way, Joe, teachers buy a lot of Hondas and they don't need to buy them from Main Line Honda.

I was recently here to fulfill the requirements of a recall notice. It reminded me of why I try not to go here and stopped going a while ago when they broke a bolt that holds down my engine and didn't bother to tell me. They also make up stuff that is wrong with your car ....and then if you choose not to have them fix it, they will see this in their computer the next time you go and they will tell you that the same thing is wrong and that you would not pass state inspection. Simple solution to that... I don't get my car inspected there under any circumstances.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Tony Longo. I appreciated Tony's low-key attitude and knowledge about the car. I also appreciated getting a competitive price out of the gate. He was very helpful in arranging my lease financing and had the car ready with accessories when promised. Overall, the experience was very easy, smooth and straight-forward and I will be back to see Tony at Main Line Honda when my lease is up in three years!

After inquiring about a car I found on line, I was told to come in and see the car. I called later that day and salesman said car was "sold". I watched the listing on the dealerships website over the next few days. Listing for the car went from sold, to contact us of the price, but was still listed 5 days later. I decided to go to the dealership to see why this car was still listed when I was told it was sold 5 days ago. The salesman told me that he car had'nt been inspected before being posted on line and they found out that the car had structural bandage. He said that the car was sold to a used car dealership 5 days ago because they can't sell cars wih that kind of damage at Honda; and that someone must have forgotten to take the listing off the site.I asked him why the listing had changed on the Honda website from "8,500", to "sold", to "contact us for price" all while this vehicle was supposedly "not sellable" someone obviously updated this listing. He did not have an answer for me. I'm not sure what happened (possibly the fact that the salesman quoted me significantly less then the posting on the Honda site and they didn't want to lose money). Whatever happened, the whole experience was unprofessional, unethical, and just wrong! I did not expect this from a place like Honda! I have had very pleasant experiences at other Honda dealerships, but I would NOT go back to this one or recommend this dealership to ANYONE!

Got very competitive price on '08 Pre-certified Honda Odyssey during summer '11. During an early 1st snow a few months later, we noticed the rear defroster only worked at the top of the rear window and made a service appointment. Steve's team concluded the defroster's grid had missing spots that would have been impossible to test during the summer. It was probably due to the original owner's magnet breaking down the connections. Although a pre-cert warranty does NOT cover this component, Steve followed through with a customer-first spirit and did the right thing by replacing the rear window. This is not always the case during these bottom line first times, so I appreciate him looking at the problem as if it was his car. Please keep up the great work!

I purchased a pre-owned Accord from Martin Main Line Honda. While the price was good, the overall sales experience was horrible. Tobak lied about how long the car had been in inventory (confirmed by paperwork that it had not been on the lot for "only a month," but at least 6 months), Tobak and the sales manager went through the usual good cop/bad cop routine, the F&I process was high pressure and unprofessional, and the dealership did not have the car ready to be picked up after we had confirmed a time. Take your business elsewhere.

I bought a new 2008 Ridgeline from Main Line Honda. My experience with the salesman (Tony) was fine. When I was meeting with the Finance Manager, I requested a promotion that was to start the next morning, 0.9% financing. The finance manager at first was unwilling to offer me the promotion and asked me how I knew about it? Actually, I found out from another Honda dealership trying to earn my business. Reluctantly, I was given the 0.9% financing. Now the real problem began.....I was talked into purchasing a third party extended warranty for 100k miles. I was never offered a Honda Care Warranty. I was told that this was the best warranty I could buy and that all Honda dealerships accept their "Easy Care" warranty. This has proven anything but easy! I have tried to take my Ridgeline to two different Honda dealerships and both do not accept "Easy Care" nor have they heard of it before. Now my salesman tells me that both dealerships are lying to me and they actually do take it. I now have over 90k miles on my truck and need warranty work, I am finding this warranty I purchased anything but "Easy".After further investigation, these dealership Owners have an interest (financially) in these third party warranties. I spoke directly with Honda America and they admit that most dealerships will try to sell these warranties because they make much more money selling them.I recently purchased a 2012 Odyssey (not from Main Line Honda). Needless to say, the Honda Care Warranty is the only extended warranty I will purchase, regardless of how hard the finance manager tries to talk me out of it.PLEASE...DO NOT PURCHASE THIRD PARTY GARBAGE WARRANTIES!!!

When we decided to replace our terminally ill 21 year old subaru with America's apparently most favored and dependable as well as affordable common sense vehicle, the Accord, we chose Martin Main Line Honda because of a personal referral from one of our friends who is in turn friends with the sales manager. Salesman Bill Mears got our case and he was terrific in getting us what we wanted in a short time and in explaining the details of the car upon arrival, and in helping us get a spare third key for safety at a reasonable cost. It was a pleasure getting to know him as part of the process, since although it is "just business" buying a car, establishing a human connection between the parties involved makes it more than just that. I hope the long service relationship we will have with Martin Honda will live up to this auspicious beginning.

I went here looking for a new car and was greeted by Gary, who at first impressions struck me as a typical used car salesman, which I put aside and sat down with him telling him what i was looking for (a 2011/2012 Civic SI, 4 door.) He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't tell me what cars he had without taking all of my information, which is a load a crap; however I reluctantly gave him my information. He then proceeded to tell me that he has the perfect car for me, a 2008 Civic SI coupe, which is completely not what I was looking for. When I repeated to him what I was looking for, he stated that they didn't have any Civics, let alone SI's on the lot nor coming in because of the Tsunami in Japan until October. Furthermore he told me that no Honda dealership has any nor would they get any until after October. At this point, I thanked him for my time and tried to leave the dealership. However was stopped by the Sales manager, who asked me for teh same information I had just discussed with Gary. The SM fed me the same line of BS that Gary did and asked me again if I was interested in the used SI they had. Finally, I had enough of being patient and left the dealership. I went directly to another Honda dealership, who did confirm that the SI's were in short supply, but said that they had one slated to arrive at the end of August (interesting, no?). Regardless, I ended up with a different car. A few days later, I received a call from Gary asking if I was still interested in the 08 SI, to which I responded that I was never interested in that car and that he told me that he wouldn't have the car I was interested in until late October. I then informed him that I had purchased another car and asked him to stop calling me, which he did for 4 days and then called me again. Again, I asked to be removed from his calling list. Finally, the calls stopped and I removed my self from the email list, but I'm still getting snail-mail from Gary. This dealership is ridiculous and probably one of the worst dealership's I've ever dealt with. I will do everything in my power to NEVER do business with this dealership, which is a shame b/c Honda makes a good car and they're close to where I live.

My son had to climb out from behind the seatbelt becuase the seat belt was stuck. The service guy at the desk couldn't unlatch it either. I explained that this was the 2nd time it happened (we unlatched it the first time after a lot of effort). I left the car for repair, and Steve (desk service guy) called 20 min later to tell me it was fixed - that the service person was able to unlatch it "in under 12 minutes". Steve didn't see a need to replace the seatbelt. After much arguing (including that if we'd gotten stuck in a flood during hurricane Irene, God forbid but we wouldn't have been able to get my son out), I finally had to threaten a lawsuit. Steve finally agreed to replace it, but even said that "if this was the first time, I'm not sure we'd replace it". What the %^*%&(??? They are an awful dealership.

I went to Main Line Honda because my roommate bought her Honda Pilot from this dealer and had a good experience. I crashed my car 2 weeks ago, so I was planning to buy a car ASAP. When I first arrived at the dealer, I waited around for a salesman to talk to. The first salesman walked right past me--he said "I didn't think you looked you were buying a car".....I should have walked out at this point because it just got worse.I went on 3 test drives...ALONE. He told me, "go down the street, hang a right at the gas station, another right at the next gas station....etc etc." Then when I got back, he was always talking to another customer. I waited around for him to finish with someone else to talk to him. Then he scheduled an appointment with me for Monday evening. Then comes Monday. When I arrived, he was meeting with someone else and made me wait about 15 mins before he met with me. I asked to test drive the exact car that I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the keys and told me to take off. He said "Take an extra long spin around the neighborhood." When I returned, he was working with another couple! I don't know if it was because I went alone or what, but he didn't take me seriously. Let me say that I was going to be buying at $22,000 car and putting $8000-$10,000 down. Why wasn't I being treated like a legitimate customer?So while he meets with this other couple, I am told to sit at another desk with Mike. Mike doesn't know anything about me or the car I want to buy, but he asks me all sorts of questions like "where are you from? how old is your sister? where are you working?"...he was the "Mr Nice Guy" that they put me with to prevent me from leaving for another dealership. I told Al that I didn't have time to sit around and wait. I wanted to see some numbers or leave for another dealer. Over the next hour, they go back and forth giving me outrageous numbers and refusing to tell me what the APR is in their quote. They said they didn't know and that the banks were closed. I decided to leave and the financial manager waved me off. Not goodbye, a hand motion like "get out!"Over the next few days I get calls from Al telling me that he'll do whatever it takes to earn my business. Today I talked to him and he asked what happened with Mike. I told him it wasn't Mike, that it was him! I felt so disrespected and I found a MUCH better dealer. Only advice I have: Don't go to Main Line Honda unless you want to be left alone and to pay more than KBB.Go to Conicelli Honda. Ask for Juan. It will be the best decision of your life. I named my car after him! :)

it was a great experience. 2nd car purchased here. the salesman bill was very helpful. rose ann mignogna was the bomb. they got the car we wanted with the price we wanted in a short period of time. my wife bought her accord there 6 years ago and this was my son's first purchase.

They were the lowest priced deal in the area and they guaranteed to beat any other price which they did. I called many dealerships and this was the lowest price.Mitch did everything he could to make the deal happen as you know deals are tricky as both parties want fair compensation.Patrick was very informative and we are very happy with our new CRV.

We have had I beleive five different cars service at Main Line Honda and not all of them were Honda's. When it came time for my daughter to purchase her first car, wetook her to Main Line Honda. We called first to let them know we were coming over tolook at cars.They had two CRV Honda's reading for both inspection and test drives when we arrived.They were paticent since this was my daughter first car on a very busy Saturdayafternoon. The process of the paperwork went smooth and my daughter left with her first new car

this is the fourth honda i have purchased here.it has always been a very pleasant experience.what i love about them is the relationship does not end with the sale.the sales person sends birthday and holiday wishes all the time.the same salesperson and management have all been there since my first purchase in 2004.the whole transaction takes no more than two hours from the time i come to the showroom to the time i leave the finance office.i feel i get a great deal and i would recommend them to everybody.

Buyer beware! I did not like how this dealership does business. I was in the market for an Accord and requested an internet price quote. The quote I received was lower than anyone else so I visited the dealership to test drive several models to make sure I got the right car. The internet sales rep (who made the appointment) was "busy" so I was given to another rep. After we test drove several models, I was asked to come in the office to give them some info. I told them (from the outset) that I was not there to buy a car until I test drove other makes (Toyota, Nissan, etc). The rep tried to pressure me into giving him price points because "he just spent 2 hours with me". When I told him no, he said I hurt his feelings. This happened several times during the conversation. I felt no respect from the sales rep. I left a bit frustrated.The original price quote expired (48 hour quote) by the time I test drove the car so the rep sent me out a new one. This one was approx $1,500 higher. The next day he sent another quote that was another $600 higher than the last. The following day, he called me and told me he had a "deal" where he could drop the last price down $400-$500 dollars. He argued with me when I mentioned that I had two lower prices. I showed him the quotes. He agreed to honor the middle one but told me the initial (lowest) quote was for the wrong trim package (eventhough the original quote listed the correct package next to the price). I may be wrong but I got the distinct feeling that the low quote was to get me in the door where they would try to pressure me.I then checked out this web site and saw that the dealership had a 1.9 rating (it has just gone up amazingly to a 3.8 in 2 days ... interesting).I feel that these folks could not be trusted. I would never recommend them to anyone.

After deciding on a purchase at Mainline Honda I was directed to Patrick Dowdall, the finance manager. He was amazing and very professional at explaining the finance aspect of the sale. Using great detail and accuracy, he made signing easily understandable and to the point. No time was wasted and I was in and out in a timely manner greatly informed on where my finances were going. I highly recommend Mainline Honda. Not only was the Mr. Dowdall a great help, the salesmen were also very knowledgeable in their field and very personable, even those who were not helping me with the sale. All in all, my entire experience at Mainline Honda was perfect.

The entire staff was very polite and helpful. The dealership itself is well organized and very convenient. While I was there, the dealership was upgrading it's furniture so that it will be even more comfortable in the future. We are very happy with our 2007 Honda CRV.

The thing a like most about Main Line Honda is the service after the sale. In some ways, the experience isn't unlike what I receive at the BMW Dealership down the street. It's great to have the covered drive-in (which isn't exposed to weather), and the service advisers right there to help.

I leased two Honda's in the last 12 months from Martin Honda. A 2010 CRV and a 2011 Accord. I was so impressed with the sales team and how professional they handled me and my son and nephew. I wanted to educate the 18 year olds on how to lease a new car. I have reccommeded many people to Martin and just last fall i saw a friend of mine in the showroom "window shopping". After I talked to him and sold him on the service, professionalism and just the way they care of you...he purchased a car from Martin too. Therefore this is why I rated Martin Honda so high. I have owned Porsches, Mercedes, BMWs, Audi, and I must tell you that Hond's team at Martin blows away Audi, BMW and Porsche and is right up there with Mercedes if not better!!AGain they never pressured me, they just gave me what I asked for and enhanced the process because they took care of my kids!! When someone is nice to your children and honest with them.....there is no better feeling.....I'm sure you'll agree!!Oh yeah....my son did get in an accident and Martin took care of that too!!! better than any collision center I have ever gone to.

PLEASE READ! I purchased my car in 2008. I loved it, the sales staff was helpful if not a little pushy. Why not be helpful if you are going to make a sale though? The car was purchased and it has been my daily driver. The issue comes into play now though. A recent road trip to Florida I found my back hatch was leaking. I took it to Vatland Honda in Vero Beach (I highly recommend them if you are in the area) and they took the spoiler off. Lots of damage underneath it. There was a large dent causing the leak and scratches underneath it. Martin Main Line Honda had covered up the damage underneath the spoiler and just let it go as is without fixing the problem. Instead of a warranty claim, now it is something not covered and the dealership down here won't touch it with it being outside of warranty. Martin Main Line when contacted washed their hands clean of the situation and told me to pack sand, that it is not their problem. That I must have had some reason to remove my rear spoiler, dent the hell out of the back of my car and then put it back on. Thanks Martin. In the end it all comes down to the fact that they sold me a damaged car when I bought it "new" from them and then they won't take care of the damages when it is causing problems inside my car. Please, for no other reason than your own sanity, find another dealership. They will treat you great to get the sale but you are JUST A SALE. Go elsewhere and save yourself some peace of mind.

Don't take your car to Martin Mainline Honda. You will be bombarded with automated messages about servicing your car forever after. They will do this even if you are on the federal and state do not call lists. This is a company that does not respect its customers. When you take your car in for servicing they are always suggesting expensive repairs. They also fail to notice legitimate ones. On my last servicing they didn't notice that my tires were balled. My car was slipping on the road so two days after the servicing I took it to a Firestone repair center who immediately saw this. Also, he noticed that they hadn't changed the brake fluid like they were suppose to. The service consultants at Martin Mainline Honda are really salespeople. It would be better if they had mechanics at the desk like the Firestone repair center.

They charged me $500 to fix the sliding door of my Honda Odessey and they charged me for the parts. The door is not fixed and they have no clue why and they didn't reimburse me the money I paid. I strongly recommend not to deal with them. I was not happy with their service or their wait time. They didn't provide me with a loaner car even when they took my car.

Made an appointment to meet with Dave. After greeting us, he introduced us to John and said he would be right back with us. After an hour and a half doing small talk with John and looking at vehicles other than what we came in for, we left. Got an email from John the next day saying they might be able to do a deal we talked about. We discussed terms over the phone and they were quite good. I asked to have the terms emailed to me so there was no confusion as to what he offered. He made up excuses why he could not and kept telling me verbally they would honor what he was telling me. Two days later John called again and I again asked to have everything put in writing. At this time he denied he made some of the promises he made. Later that day he told me the only vehicle they had that I wanted was sold. Called back later and talked to another salesman who told me the vehicle was still available.

I went to main line honda thinking it was a professional dealership to buy an accord from, boy was i wrong. They under valued by trade by kelly blue book standards by $1000 and lied about the car they were selling me. I was told it was new. When i got home a friend of mine ran a carfax because he noticed paint work on the left front door and found out it was a used car. They will tell you anything to sell you a car. They are dishonest people and are corrupt. I will never refer anyone to this dealership to buy or service a car. I tried to return the car and they told me i could only trade it back in because it was a month after i realized it was used. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I went to Main Line Honda looking for a used car. I have a baby and a leased car that was running up on time. When I went in I told Mitch what I was looking for and my price range and he was VERY accomodating. I test drove a CRV and ended up buying it. I did not feel pressured by Mitch or Joe and I had a very pleasant experience. I got the car that I needed with the price that I needed and a very good warrenty to go with it. I would not have thought that I would own a Honda. Mitch, Joe and the finance team worked very hard to make the deal happen. They even got me out of the car to tell me about a lower interest rate! I would definately recomment shopping for a car at Main Line Honda!

I am a car salesman and I used to work at this dealer for a while. I am embarrased to admit that and I advise people not to go there if they mention that they are looking for a honda. The MO there is that you will get "worked" relentlessly until you buy or run out the door. They treat the customers like dirt and they care very little if you come back. They don't treat the sales employees any better - if you are nice to a customer you are "weak". The thing is - the staff is not a collection of bad people, its just a few very bad managers that make it unpleasant - starting with the head sales manager Mike. The cars are not stored on the main lot so its very inconvienient for everybody involved. The detailers couldn't clean a car to save their lives (its hard to find good detailers to work for what they get paid, but these guys take "half assed" to a new level). It usually takes forever and a day to get into the finance managers office to do your paperwork (go on a weekday afternoon if you must buy there - the wait will be slightly better but probably still frustrating). The showroom is filthy (no cars inside either). Bathrooms smelly. Barely any parking. I will say though; I never saw an angry service customer - It seems like they care a bit more about getting repeat business.

I have cousin who used to work there..the managers(nino, mike) are horrible they fired people all the time and they always talk shit about customers...i been there once and i heard them yelling to the sales person in front of customer it so unprofessional.

This was an absolute horrible expereience. I purchased a brand new car last year and wrote them a check for down payment. Well they lost my check, never notified me and attempted to cash it 7 months later. I had been in contact with the owner who would never get back to me. In the end I had to bring them a new check, so I went in and waited and waited amd waited for this guy nino who was just chit chatting with the other sales associates and then walked past me and gave me a terrible attitude. After waiting for almost an hour I left and on my way to my car Nino starts screaming "get back in there! You owe us money!They're taking u to court!" Meanwhile my personal business was aired to the entire parking lot full of customers, and salesman....no one said anything! So we had a lil spat in the parking lot and I was treated like some sorta criminal.

I purchased a certified Accord in January. Since that time, I've discovered that the car had previously been involved in an accident. Despite independent corroboration, the dealership continues to deny this fact. They have behaved in a patronizing, indifferent manner. The salesman (Patrick) pretended to ignore me when I returned to the dealership for follow-up. They have also misrepresented an issue with the idle--I had to go to another dealership to get the problem remedied. I recently purchased a new CRV from them. Before going there I did a lot of research on prices and financing and so on with different dealers. The financing Greg from Mainline offered was good (he told me over the phone between 6.39 and 7.39% APR) and the price was decent. At the dealer when asking Greg for the financing, he said: "That's a different department. I don't deal with that". I didn't have any insurance yet, so he called the insurance agency they work with and we got 'the best quote': over 1500 dollar. I did some research on insurance before and so I called an insurance company myself: 900 dollars.Anyway, that was the sales. Then we had to go to do the financing with Mr. Sheldon. He was very nice at first and then said: "OK, the financing is 8.99%". O, and what happened to that lower APR then? "No one at this dealership ever said that APR you just mentioned" Basically they were calling me a liar. Greg even came in the office and said he never said that APR. Anyway, I had 6.99% in my head so wanted to negotiate on the financing. He came up with 7.99% and a better deal on extended warranty. But when I wanted to see the actual numbers or table for the warranty, he didn't want to show me ("It's very complicated and so on").We went with it in the end, but I still have a bad feeling about things.My advice in general (is maybe true for most car dealerships): if you hear good deals on prices AND financing: get it in writing before you go to them. And ALWAYS ask them to show you the numbers they come up with (on warranty and other things for instance)!!

Her insurance didn't kick in until the following day, so Martin said they would keep the car under their insurance so we could drive home today. About a block from the dealer she was hit from behind and pushed into a pole. I walked back to the dealership and told them what happened, and the salesman and manger jumped right into action. Had the car towed and had my wife in a rental. They fixed the damage at their bodyshop (which is one of the best in the area), and the car came back looking brand new after a pretty serious accident. I was so impressed with the service, I bought my new 06 Civic Si at Martin. The initial sales guy I dealt with seemed a bit shifty up front, so I requested a different sales guy. I had done my homework previously and Martin agreed to "match" the lowest price I found. We struck a deal, got great financing, and even a decent price for my trade in.I would and do recommend Martin, and will most likely purchase my next car from them. YMMV.As far as the bad reviews on this site, it seems to me that these buyers went in with an "I'm gonna get screwed mentality." It seems unfair that some reviews rate as a bad experience when they didn't purchase, or even talk about pricing. I'm not saying that I'm not defensive, but I do my research before I set foot in the dealership. I call before I go, and verify the price they advertise is the price I'm going to get. The salesman already knows that I'm an educated consumer, that way there's a lot less room for shenanigans. For the people who just up and decide they want a new car, go to the dealer, and swallow the first price offered then complain how they got ripped off, I have no sympathy. For the reviewer who is having problems with their service department, it may be time to consider a lawyer.BTW, Martin's website is truly a step above any other dealerships'. They show the car, inside and out, mileage, history, and price. Their pre-owned prices are about the best you'll find at any dealer, and I don't think it takes much to get them to agree to a price match if you find a lower one.-Steve
