I honestly have not been inside this business BUT I just want to say thank you for putting on the drag races a couple weekends back. And give appreciation to Martin Swanty and the staff for the event. The cars, bikes, people everything. It was very fun hanging out watching it with my family. Not often will you find car dealerships that would close and put on such awesome event!! I enjoyed it with my parents, sister and grandfather. It was awesome and just gotta appreciate a man and company who would put out an event like that for everyone to enjoy! Still have mad love for the Gremlin!!! 🏁

It is no exaggeration to say that your representative, Jason White, came to our rescue yesterday when we were passing through Kingman, on vacation from New York City. My wife, my five year old daughter and I were halfway on our journey to Prescott Arizona when I damaged the underside of our Kia going over a curb while attempting to exit a driveway. We couldn’t complete our trip without having the car checked out. After another garage failed to help, we called your dealership, and a kind employee on the phone invited us to drive right over. That’s when we were fortunate enough to meet Jason. After deftly helping another customer, he had a mechanic look over our car. The damage was only cosmetic, and to our surprise and delight, there was no charge for the service. Within thirty minutes, we were back on the road, safe in the knowledge that we wouldn’t be breaking down in the middle of the desert with a young child in the back seat. We arrived at our destination safe and sound. We even made it in time to have dinner with our friends. Thank you for building such a great business, and hiring such a willing and able employee.

I baught this vehicle from Chuck and he is awesome to work with and we worked with Clint to in fiance. We started the deal over the phone and time we got there chuck already had vehicle up front so we can look at it rate and done the look over for it. No one would help us to get out the vehicle we was in but Chuck found away to do it, with a little down we got something we always wanted. When it is time again, we will buy from him again. HE IS MY CAR GUY.

Could not decide between a Jeep or a Kia. Ron was my salesperson. He went way and above helping us out. Going on a vehicle test with us on both cars . Explaining in detail all of our questions. Pointing out the pros in both cars, etc. etc. He spent three days with us showing us cars, talking with us, went out of his way to try and find the color we wanted elsewhere. Also a model we wanted to look at, he got in for us. Ron and Martin Swanty dealership handled our experience well. And, Mike handled the financial and transfers wonderfully. We were very satisfied, and will continue with them for servicing, and sending our friends and family. Thank you.

Another salesman sold the car while I was having it inspected. Salesmen/women don't talk to each other and aren't required to. When I said I should work through the managers, the one I talked to indicated that might not help either. I certainly wouldn't waste my time on buying an existing car if you're out of town lest you suffer the same fate.

I was working with one salesman and told him I'd buy it if nothing major showed up from the inspection. I paid an outside company inspect it, and after the inspection was done and I told the salesman I'd take the car. Someone else had already sold the car.I certainly couldn't recommend dealing with them unless you are in-town.

The new Kia Soul gets better fuel economy than I was told! They went out of their way to pick me up at my house 45 miles from the dealership then take me to the bank then back to the dealership to buy the car. Top notch service. I love Bacon!

I recently found 'THE CAR' through Cars.com. Unfortunately, the vehicle was located in Kingman and I live in Phoenix (about 3 hours away). I worked with the sales guy - Bacon - and told him I was very serious about the car. They had already shipped it to Vegas to sell at an auction but were sure I'd like it. They drove it back just for me. Once it arrived at the dealership Bacon got me on the phone and went through the car inside and out describing any issues, flaws, etc. After the call he took photos of some of the areas he was describing just so I knew everything before driving 3 hours one way. On the day I was finally able to head up I met Bacon and the vehicle was even nicer than I was expecting. Bacon was INCREDIBLY honest and straight with me. I wish all car salespeople could be as honest and trustworthy!

The experience was great from beginning to end because of the knowledge and eagerness of Yvonne. We hit a glitch due to another dealer (Air Park Chrysler of Scottsdale) not following thru on a trade with Swanty for a vehicle we had tried to purchase (and not taking calls or returning calls to the various folk at Swanty that got involved), but Yvonne and others found another suitable vehicle and all proceeded well from there.

The reason why we gave the review we did, is because we were treated great, they really listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted, and worked with us on our requests. Customer service was great we did not feel they were being pushy. We are very pleased with the end result. Customer Service - As a coincidence one of my clients produces nationwide seminars for auto dealers and body shops on effective front office staff and their reflection on the business as a whole. So...I'm aware of the good, bad, and the ugly. Robert (the rep) did an exemplary job of taking care of the details. He served me as the customer - so many places don't get this right.Sales - Al is an old hand at four-wheeling so his explanation of the Jeep was spot-on. He was thorough and personable. He took the time to show the benefits and features - a time-tested, effective selling technique. He understands Jeep culture which is really not that different from the brand loyalty that Apple consumers show.
