Just purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain SLE-1 on the Costco buying program. Salesperson was knowledgeable about the program, had the SUV ready to drive when we arrived. Purchased a Buick La Cross from the Buick Open Golf tournament sale here in 2006.. Also was a good experience and they were easy to transact with. After we sealed the purchase they detailed the SUV nicely and sent us off with a full tank of gas. I have purchased/owned BMW and Lexus and my experience at MK Brown was as dignified and transparent as those brands. All in all a good experience. I live in North County. I went to my local GMC dealer first but it difficult to transact so I ended up at MK Brown after giving my local dealer the opportunity. They met my expectations once again on this purchase. Am enjoying the quiet and comfort of the Terrain.

Kyle was able to get us out of a 2015 GMC Terrain and into a 2016 Buick Verano, because we needed better gas mileage. Kyle worked hard to find us the right car and deal I needed, he was able to do so. Thanks Kyle, see you for our next vehicle. We love the new car.

Most pleasure car buying experience I bought to car from MKB. The Mitsu IMiEV and Mitsu Galant. Frank and Fred are very courteous and patient. They answered all questions I have and took time to show me many things on the EV because it is completely new to me. The finance was fast. They offered options but they are not pushy. I bought cars from other dealers. After hours with their sales person. You have to prepare to spend hours with their finance person. They tried to sell you add ons and make rude comments if you refuse. I would definitely buy from MKB again when shop for new car.

11/23/12 took car in for check of engine performance and transmission concern. I was advised trans bad and engine leaked oil and coolant. I should replace both. I had never noticed any coolant leak in my garage or in the fill tank before this. When I got home and drove the car for a while started seeing the leak. Strange, not before but only after the leak was reported by MKB.Took car to trans specialist who said trans ok no need to repair or replace.Have car at another shop to investigate sudden coolant leak.
