Brought 2004 escalade for maintenance service, the service rep Jake was great, very professional. Highly recommend bringing your car here, I also have a honda that I've taken to Holler for service, the level of service is much better at Massey. They were fast, kept me in the loop and didn't overcharge me with tons of things I didn't ask for.

My 2018 Cadillac XT5 broke down while I was on a return trip to Orlando. My car was still under warranty, so I called Cadillac Roadside Assistance. A gentleman named Mark from Massey Cadillac was dispatched to come to my aid. Mark was great! He kept me updated on his travel time to my location. Once he arrived, he quickly resolved the issue with my car. Thankfully, it wasn’t a problem with my car, but rather a problem with a recent battery installation. And because I had just bought my car from another non-Cadillac dealer, Mark offered to give me an in-depth orientation on my car. I’m so glad I accepted his offer. With his knowledge and experience with Cadillacs, Mark helped me to fully understand my car’s features. He was so helpful and informative, and I so appreciated his willingness to take the extra time during my service call. He totally went above and beyond. Based upon my experience with Mark, I know where I’m going for all my car’s future service visits—Massey Cadillac.

Me and my husband had a great experience buying our new car at this location. First, we arrived 2 minutes before closing, I thought they were going to tells us the store it’s closed but no, they were very professional and showed us the vehicles very patiently, even being so late Eloy and Harold were extremely professional and kind. We ended up buying the car right that moment and we left the store around 10pm, not once they rushed us or rushed any part of the buying process. I highly recommend this dealership. Buying the car was a very pleasant experience at this location.
