When I first arrived there Iris was the one who assisted me, but after that for some reason they handed me off to one of the guys there and he handled my case. When it was time to set up the loan he didn't tell me I had to open an account with a credit union (which is just the Latino Community Credit Union but they never disclosed that before either) right then and there so I had to drive to the place to do that. It took me an HOUR to get that set up at the credit union that was just 6 minutes away from them... When I got done with that I still had to drive back to the dealership where I had to wait even more for the actual agreement to be sent to me. I just wish they had at least let me know I had to open that account so I would've done it beforehand and not have wasted so much time. And I wish I would've been able to be assisted by Iris the whole time as I was more comfortable with her and she was nicer too.

They did an amazing job in fixing my husband car. We're from out state and they fix my husband car and the price was considerably reasonable. Actually it was a great price and service. Very nice people, very considerate of our budget and needs. THANK YOU GUYS AT MASTER AUTO.

Two weeks ago I took the 6+ hour drive from Atlanta to Raleigh to buy a very nice looking and competitively priced Tesla Model 3. The weather was horrible and I ended up at the dealership an hour and a half after they closed; they not only stuck around for me but waived the holding deposit. Before making the journey, I had been texting with the dealership, and they were fast in replies. On the phone and in person, I mainly dealt with Kevin, but Antonio also helped with the transaction. Both are very nice and professional. I was in and out in under an hour thanks to already being pre-approved for a loan. The drive there and back was totally worth it. If I could give the dealership, Kevin, and Antonio 6 stars, I would!
