What an amazing experience! I happened to bring my son to pick up his new vehicle, and ended up buying one from Mastria at the same time! Mike Davey was exceptional as a salesperson, as was Dave the sales manager. It was one of the easiest transactions I have experienced in purchasing a car. We have purchased a total of 10 or so cars over the years and just had the privilege of buying our 3rd vehicle at Mastria. There is no bait and switch, no deal or no deal, etc. I told them what I needed and what I wanted to pay and they got it done in an hour. Not kidding. If you have no patience, Mastria is your place! The General Manager, Brian Connelly and Jamie Lynch were terrific and made our car buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Transparent, no games. We highly recommend Mastria if you’re sick of the same old car sales nonsense. Mastria is #1 in our book - highly recommended.

The salesperson was the absolute best! Honest, friendly, and very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted for the fairest price. I had never been treated this fairly and honestly, they said that they didn't have exactly what I wanted and showed me other vehicles but didn't push, they got me exactly what I wanted from another dealership still for the same price the very nest day. Known vibrations in truck. Dealer had truck for 2 days the 1st visit and 3 days the 2nd visit. Mechanics can feel the vibrations but can't find the problem. On 1st visit they rotated the tires. The second visit they said there is nothing they can do, but they did test drive new trucks with similar features and they vibrated too. So therefore it is Normal ?!? I have called corporate and awaiting a ' master tech ' to further evaluate. Not to mention someone scratched my steering wheel and I had also had to bring my truck in 4 times prior for a faulty front sensor that a master tech had to finally fix. I just had the airbag recall fixed and I have been experiencing the front sensor turning on and off by itself. Also there is noise from rear end area and mechanic said it was a normal noise. My last truck with 90000 miles on it didn't make noise!?!? I think I bought a lemon !!! Sincerely

Like most consumers I dread buying a car, expecting the usual back and forth secret discussions between the salesman and the manager. This was not the case at Mastria Cadillac. The salesman Paul went out of his way to make this an easy, open, honest and smooth transaction. From the initial introduction to the final paperwork , and the detailing of the car (and replacing the battery) to the actual delivery and follow up he was 100% perfect. I will never fear the car buying experience again... mostly because I plan on buying from this dealership. Great Company, Great Staff, Great Selection and Great Prices. All around winner!

Worst dealer I've ever had to deal with! Our family needed (mainly wanted) a newer/bigger truck, so we decided to stop in. After 'making a deal' - it was all down hill. My cousin, and I, broke down a few days later 4 times! It failed inspection twice! I was stranded in California, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma and again when we finally got home - but not after my cousin being stranded with our important/needed siezure medication. This cost THOUSANDS, that she doesn't have. 100% taken advantage of. Then on top of that, they refused to give her the same loner they give to all other customers because she is disabled and has a service dog. Thanks for nothing!

Beware of Mastria Caddilac. They lied about my tire depth when I purchased the vehicle, when I went to get it inspected 2 days later they measured less than passing. I contacted Mastria & they refused to do anything for me and was told by the sales manager "you didn't even have 2 seconds after you drove it off the lot to bring it back". In addition they were supposed to fix a tear in my leather, instead they painted it. Awful company awful customer service.

i recently bought a truck from Mastria. Awful experience! When we received the truck, it had not been cleaned inside or out. Also, a 2nd key was not given. I have been trying to get them to fix the situation for the past two weeks. All I seem to get from them is the run around. This morning,I had the manager of ALL their dealerships, hang up on me! i thought the customer is always right? I guess that's true except at Mastria. I am sorry that I have been driven to write a negative review.

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Mastria and Matt Silva. I normally hate dealing with car dealerships but Matt and his finance manager made it very easy. I sell cars by trade, I normally hate dealing with new car dealerships but in this case I had too. Luckily for me I was able to find the 2015 gmc 2500 that I was looking for at this dealership. I had sent emails to 4 different dealerships that had similar vehicles. told them what my trade was and the price I wanted to pay. Mastria was the only dealership to give me a proper response. Don't get me wrong they all responded but Mastria responded in a way that I thought I might get the best deal. My sales manager Dave greeted me at the door new who I was and introduced me to my salesman David Travis (nice Guy) He didn't push me treated me like a professional set me loose in the truck I told him the # I wanted they counter offered with a # I could live with and we made the deal. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 30 min. Your time may vary I paid cash. trucks great dealership is awesome. highly recommended.

Wow, I really hope you read this, this is NOT what was expected. I pulled in, not needing a truck, loved mine, but I did need something bigger - for towing. So I figured I'd just see what they had. I drove around & saw it; a 2012 GMC 3500, diesel, dually - Denali, in white! The exact truck on my "Wish" list. But my truck still had a loan on it, so a "wish" is all it was, I thought. Nope! James, my salesman, showed me the truck, but didn't just give me a recited page of info. He was very social, seemed truly interested in why I needed it, then after knowing that (I'm into rock crawling), I could tell he was actually interested in knowing more about the sport. It was relaxing knowing that I could have a regularl conversation about something other than someone saying "buy the truck" over & over again. Long story short (I'm just so happy with this, as it's not normal, haha) I spoke with not only him, but the sales manager as well; yes, I was nervous when he walked over, as that's usually when the "push" really comes, but it didn't. He wanted to just chat, make sure I had a great experience, asked how I liked the truck & told me that if there was anything he could do go help, let him know. I went home with a great feeling. Everyone, not just James & Paul, were kind, everyone had smiles, there were no awkward silences (there were plenty of customers there too, some taking test drives, some taking their new cars home, it gave me a good vibe).The next day, I went back & bought the truck! I got thousands more for my trade than anyone else had ever offered (went to two other dealers with in the past 4mo). Also, their truck was priced $3,000 below retail value! *All my research, not from them.So, I had to go to the dreaded finance office. But... No dread there! I ALWAYS have the Clear Bra (protects front from rock chips) and Resist-All (as I hate sap!), but I have always done that on my own; didn't have to! They offer it there, for so much less than what I would have paid. So between that and my extended warranty that raised my payment by $8 a month (totally worth it), I was told that they waive the deductible when the warranty work is done with them. Rock on! Thank you Steve! I know, my 'Short Story' was a bit long, but being in the equine industry, I'm big on being in depth with details. I hated going to dealerships, I'm a girl, no that shouldn't matter, but our subconscious sometimes tells us other wise. Not with Mastria! I'd send my mom, daughter, best friend & stranger there, nothing was shown but respect. No not everyone is going to like everywhere and yes, with reviews, you only get one side of the story. Hopefully you go see James, Paul, Steve (Brian too, my service rep that scheduled the clear bra and FREE loaner for me, so I didn't have to wait for it) & the rest of the crew on your next car shopping trip. I'm pretty close, but even if I move 1000 miles away, I would make a vacation of it & come see them for my next truck. Thank you everyone!Best wishes for 2016!

For the past several months, my old 2004 Buick Regal has been garaged more at Mastria, than it has been at our home. Getting very frustrated with all the service calls, I decided to look on-line at Mastria's website to see if there were any newer Buick Regals available. I did find one that was in line with our budget and my husband and I went to look at the car. As we approached the front door, Jim Conti swung the door open and welcomed us. He had a very friendly demeanor and he asked what he could do for us. I showed him the print out of the Regal I had seen and he invited us over to his desk to discuss it further. We decided we would like to take the car out for a "test drive" to see if it met our needs. As there was a problem in locating the keys to the car, Jim assured us he would find them. In the meantime, he also showed us another Regal that had just come into the lot. It was a much newer model and it had all the "bells and whistles" -- having much more to offer than the other car. We decided while they were looking for the keys to the other one, we would take this one out for a "test drive". Well, very immediately we focused our sights on the newer model. It drove like a charm, and was very pristine as well. Once we returned from our "testdrive" we had found that Jim had located the keys to the other one. Deciding to compare the two, we also took that one out for a "test drive" -- there was no comparison! Back to the showroom to negotiate financing for the newer car as our minds were made up to go for this one! We were introduced to Laura in Financing and she was eager to help us secure the financing we needed to purchase the newer car. Both Laura and Jim were professional and extremely helpful in closing the sale. I will be going in soon for a "tutorial" with Jim on the new car as it is loaded with many features that are unfamiliar to me. We chose Mastria Buick because we got our last car there and were extremely happy with our experience. It gives me great pleasure to award Jim, Laura and Mastria Buick, a 5-star rating! Thank you!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are friendly, caring and NOT pushy. Peter was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and easygoing. I've had difficult car buying experiences in the past and the last 2 cars I've bought from Mastria Mazda were relaxed and I felt both times like I got a good deal. Also, the service department at Mastria Mazda is honest and friendly! When I brought my newborn baby in and had to wait a few hours, they brought me to a quiet, private children's play area where I could wait in comfort for both me and my baby:) I will definately be using this dealership for both service and sales in the future.

I have always felt that undertakers and car sales men were one in the same. Both preying on you in your weakest moment. I hated the experience and went into it with a big chip on my shoulder. UNTIL I went to Mastria GMC. One phone call to Vincent Mastria, I had the vehicle that I dreamed of. The whole experience was virtually painless. Vinnie called me within one day that he found my vehicle. One visit into the showroom (Only because it was a weekend) to sign papers and then another to drop off vanity plates. Then I was done! Within one week I had my vehicle! The service that I was delivered was above and beyond my wildest expectations. Going to the registry and the insurance agent so that the plates were mine. Delivery to my home. Getting the rain guards on the vehicle.... Just the whole experience was a dream... I would recommend this dealership to everyone. This made me feel confident in my decision to choose this vehicle after a year of test driving many many SUVs. Although when dealing with financing there was a problem that in the end was rectified, that did take away the excitement of buying a new car. My wife's Cadillac was totaled in an accident. Luckily she escaped with minor injuries. I felt Dereck was very honest with us and made our car buying experience a great one!!! I also loved the kids room which kept my 3 year old occupied the whole time making it much easier for my husband and I to purchase our vehicle. The room has a full glass wall so we were able to watch him the entire time while going over paperwork.

Spent 3 hours at the dealership and made the deal then they tell me to go home and the truck will be ready in an hour. Then I get a call saying they the rims on the truck was an add on and need to raise the price another $4000.00. This is after I spent 3 hours, dealt with 3 different people including the sales manger who finalized the deal. How do you miss that. Manager approves the deal, new exactly what truck it was then waits for me to get home all excited about the new truck to pull this bull move.This is a second time they tried to pull something. Shame on me but never again. Stay away! Very unprofessional and not the way to do business!

We made a 50 mile drive with our one year old daughter to buy a car from Mastria Mazda. it was so worth it!! Alex Chaput of Mastria Mazda was an excellent sales person. My husband is 6'7" and doesn't fit in many cars. He showed us multiple cars of multiple makes and models patiently moving cars and going on five test drives with us! We took our one year old daughter with us car shopping and he went out of his way to make sure she was taken care of as well. Mastria Mazda was the third dealership we visited the weekend we bought our car and by far the most accommodating. We went to one toyota dealership that decided our process of having to sit in different models wasn't worth their time and told us to come back after we had done our research?! We did do our research but sitting in a car and seeing if my very tall husband's head hits the roof or legs fit under the wheel is necessary! We originally went to see a used Mazda 3 but it was sold 20mins before we arrived. We ended up getting a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and the manager Steve worked with Alex to give us a terrific price. The price was better than all other dealerships with similar cars within a 100 mile radius!!! This was after we spent hours trying to find "the right fit" car. Additionally as they are a Mazda dealership and not a Hyundai dealership and the front floor mats to the used car got misplaced, they gave us money to buy new ones and also gave us money to have another key made all in addition to giving us an unbelievable price?!!! We have been telling all of our friends about our experience Mastria Mazda. If you are a tall person you know how hard it can be to find a car. Please don't go anywhere else! The people at Mastria Mazda will take really good care of you. Five stars on all counts!!!!

This a multi purchase review. I have purchased several vehicles from the mastria motor group over the years and from a couple different lots. Their staff are always smiling and happy to help you with any questions, no matter how strange they seemed to be. My first vehicle from the Mazda family was the 2013 Mazda 3. Dereck Viveiros met me outside and we walked around the lot for a while trying to figure out what vehicle would be the best for my situation. Once we had decided to go for the Mazda 3 he sat me down and walked me thru the process, then he was off and running getting everything together for me. Unfortunately about three months from that purchase I was in a hit and run that totaled my car. Crazyness is all I can remember but once again Dereck Viveiros and Mark Striggles helped me jump into the Mazda 5 which was even better! They have put in many hours making sure that I was taken care of thru all of I and I can not wait to go back for my next car!

The entire experience was effortless, Mario Ferriera and Dave McAvoy took the time to listen to me regarding my trepidation about buying a car, past mistakes in purchasing the wrong car, and promised they could help me get the car I really wanted, and assured me the payments would not be outrageous. Well, they did what they promised and more, really. I am in the car I always wanted, my payments are significantly lower, and I still find it hard to believe. Dave, who greeted me when I first walked into Mastia, asked me if I needed help, I joked with him and said there was no way they could help me, but I was my birthday and I was just looking to satisfy my curiosity, when I explained to him the situation I was in with my current car, he said I bet we can help you, and he introduced me to Marioo. I purchased a CTS several year ago, that broke down on me and spent September-December at the dealership while they were " fixing it". I literally had a loaner more than my own car- they continuously told me it was " fixed" I drive all of the way there only to have my car continuously break down over and over and over again! ( ONE time it broke down just after I left the dealership and got on the highway- 2 exits away)Stupid me traded in that car for a brand new ATS less than 2, years ago and where is my car? Back at Mastria!I broke down Saturday, called them to come get the car and bring me a loaner and initially they told me to call AAA! Then they hung up on me and 12 additional attempts later I finally spoke with someone in service. I was told a tow and a loaner were on the way and would be to me in 40 mins. 135 minutes later, after sitting in the freezing cold the tow and car showed up. I got a low end loaner and 6 days later I get a daily phone call stating that my engine is apart, they don't know what's wrong or how to fix it, but they'lol keep trying.

My Husband (Remi Talbot) went to Mastria to buy our 2014 GMC Terrain on 11-29-14. We have done business with them in the past and swore we would never go there again. However, we did, like idiots! Here it is December 16, 2014 and we still do not have the GMC we purchased on 11-29-14 registered or inspected due to the lack of knowledge of the people at Mastria. They have had to fax us a purchase contract for the 3rd time with a new date to protect us just in case we happened to get stopped by the cops for no plate sticker or inspection sticker. I have a specialty plate and do to that they can't seem to figure out how to register this vehicle and get the correct paperwork from the previous lease company! What the xxxx is going on here? I hope the owner of Mastria sees this review and does something about this TODAY!!!!!! We turned in our lease vehicle when we purchased the new vehicle, however we are now paying insurance on 3 vehicles, one which we do not have anymore due to the incompetence of the Mastria people!!!!! Until the paperwork is completed we will continue to pay insurance on 3 vehicles one of which Mastria has back and has sold already!!!!!! What a way to do business!!!!!

I was looking at a 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV. I called in and filled out a application online. I told them the down payment amount as well as giving them my pay stubs. I drove all the way from New Haven Ct. By the time i got there they told me the car had been sold. Mind you I already put down $100 to hold the car for me until the next day. So they told the guy they sold it to i was there first. They told me they would give me an opportunity to buy the vehicle first. Then they tell me they have to see if i qualify (xxx) THEY TOLD ME I QUALIFIED THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!! So they ran some scheme about how I can't afford the car and I would need a cosigner. I didn't have a cosigner so I couldn't purchase the vehicle. Wast of gas money and time. However I found another dealer with a newer model of the Cadillac and got a better deal, they wanted too much for the 07 and I got an 09 for pretty much the same price.

I just had a horrible experience with Mastria which dragged on for 10 days due to management's dishonest, manipulative actions. I strongly urge people to stay away from this dealership. Once I finally walked away from the "crooked deal" I was able to negotiate a telephone purchase with another dealership which took 15 minutes. We negotiated a deal with Mastria, for a vehicle in NJ, with a salesman, then was told that we would lose a $1,500 rebate if we wanted the 0% financing. As we were leaving we were introduced to the sales manager, Paul Deppisch, who told us that he could absorb $600 of the rebate but that was the best that he could do. We called back a few days later and were told that the deal was the best that they could do. We agreed and put a deposit on the vehicle. The dealership was supposed to contact me first thing the next morning to update me on the timing of the swap. After not hearing anything all day I called the salesman and was told that the "vehicle was no longer available, the dealership had not updated its inventory", but they had some "more expensive vehicles that they could offer me". The lack of communication from the dealership gave me a feeling that something was up so I asked another dealership to do a search and found out that the vehicle was in fact available. We then contacted manager Robert Lefrancois and told him that we knew the vehicle was available. He said that the NJ dealership did not want to do a swap at the end of the month (this was taking place on the 31st) and to call them on the 1st. I made multiple calls to Rob on the 1st and did not get any response. However, he did have the salesman call me to again offer me more expensive vehicles. After demanding a phone call from management for the next morning, the salesman called and said that the swap would go thru on Monday and that we would need to come down and do the paperwork. I asked for confirmation on the price and financing terms. He noted that we would have to "revisit" that as it was now a new month. I responded that we had left the deposit on the 29th and that Mastria was responsible for dragging this into the next month. For 2 days we asked for an email confirmation on the price and financing terms. We received the specs, info on the rebates available, but no price. It became very apparent to us that Mastria had no intention of sticking to the price and financing terms that we had agreed upon at the time of the deposit. Their plan was to charge us the non-refundable deposit, get the car from NJ, then have us go in and find out that the price was not what we agreed upon. At that time we would be faced with losing our deposit, or be bullied into paying a higher price. At that time I emailed the 2 managers and salesman, backed out of the "deal" and let them know about our dissatisfaction. Of course, I never received an apology. This "deal" went on for 10 days. My husband and I have purchased 4 cars, 2 new and 2 used, in the last 11 months. We have probably been to 20 dealership and never dealt with such an unprofessional, dishonest dealership. I would also like to note that I am not naming the salesman as he was used by management as a pawn. He is a nice guy who was put in the middle because Paul and Rob did not have the decency to be honest with us. Unless you want to be manipulated, lied to, and treated with no respect, I urge you to stay far away from this dealership.

Every time I go for an oil change I look at the new cars , this last oil change I caved and purchased a new vehicle . I traded in a mazda cx7 for the cx 5. Great purchase and the salesman Sam was excellent and not pushy like other salesman . Also adl who works at the service desk is excellent always smiling and very helpful. And he always remembers my name when I go in. Some people don't remember you even when you buy a car from them. Lol great experience will trade my new car in here in the future when the time comes. My first experience was a few months after I purchased the car and there was an issue with the cooling blower in my seat. I asked for a rental and one was provided reluctantly with no charge. My car was repaired and picked up the next day. The following month I had an issue with my plug not working properly as well as a harsh shift from first to second from a stop. The plug was fixed the shift issue I was told could not be duplicated. I was not offered a rental again. I still had the shift issue but didn't know what else to do except drive my car that I needed for every day travel. While bringing in my car for the third oil change and then an alignment I mentioned that I still had a shift issue, the back plug still didn't work properly and the clock would not stay on the correct time. None of that was fixed even though they said the clock had been reprogrammed. In 10/12 while briinging it in for an oil change I noticed that my car made a loud noise while turning and my USB was now also not working. None of these issues were addressed. One day while pulling out of my garage. I noticed(on my brand new garage floor) that there was a pink fluid. It was also making noises and I called to have it looked at. My navigation was also not working properly which had been going on for awhile. The technician replaced my whole radio unit(which was an inconvenience as I lost over 1000 songs I had stored on the HDD. It seemed to fix the navigation problem however I was told there was no leak and it must have been from another vehicle. This pink fluid happened for months randomly and the noises only got worse. I brought the car back in the following month and was told the same thing...no leaks and the noises couldn't be checked because one tire had a bubble. My husband said we have tires for life. Guess what that didnt cover it! We picked up our car once again very upset. After five more leaks I brought it again two more times and I was beyond frustrated. I brought in the mat I placed under the car that was soiled pink. I took a picture of it and showed the technician finally they said it was the water pump and it was replaced. My next issue was getting into my car one morning and having no juice whatsoever. My car would not start and the lights were going crazy. We were able to finally jump it and get it to the dealer. The battery was replaced but it was only a quick fix...a couple weeks later I had he same issue and this time had to have the vehicle towed to Mastria. I was told there was an internal failure and that now past my regular warranty I had to pay for a deductible! Again this was something that should have already been fixed. I had no choice but to pay mind you I was onky 1k over the 50k warranty mark. Now shelling out more money than I should be and fighting to get rentals each time not to mention being inconvenienced I was very dissapointed with my once beloved car. Lets now talk about my last and finla experience with this sad service department. My car's noises were getting so much worse to the point it was embarressing to drive. On 11/11 of this year I brought my car in and explained again of all of the issues and the noises. We were called later in the day and told that it was because whomever did the last oil change shorted us and we were 3 quarts low on oil. Mastria is the only dealership to touch my car so apparently you shorted me oil. My husband explained we should not be charged and that I would call if I wanted them to do the oil change. I called and asked for an oil change and the tech was again condesending. . Now the last part in this story is by far the worst to me. I went in to pick up my vehicle in the early morning and was surprised to see all of the techs and service reps hanging around talking. They were talking bad about a customer and his wife who called back to have the oil change done!

They did not offer me a fair trade for my current vehicle which was a STS-V so my husband had to talk with another dealership to purchase it outright. I was in love with my custom ordered Buick. I am appauled that with such pooor service they have the nerve to talk openly in front of other customers about me and my car! I let them know how horrible and unprofessional that was and I said I was looking to purchase a new vehicle just to never have to deal with their service again. I meant it! I picked up my new Lexus yesterday and I had the best experience with sales and service in my life.

I was looking for a Ridgeline to upgrade to from my Access Cab Tacoma. The Tacoma was under a lease and it was hard getting deals with other dealerships because they just didnt want to work with me on a deal. My husband and I went to Mastria GMC recently and purchased a brand new 2013 GMC Acadia! Not only am I in love with the SUV, but the quality of service here is phenomenal! We walked around the parking lot for about 10 minutes without being rushed by over zealous salesmen. And my husband and I had recently purchased a brand new Chevy truck where the experience was much less desirable, so needless to say we had our guards up! But never even needed them! Our salesman Scott Fuoco was not pushy, they didn't even take my keys and trap us there like many other dealerships have. He was knowledgable and friendly and was just so "matter-of fact" you knew he genuinely cared & enjoyed what he does! After taking the vehicle home we noticed a tail light was holding some moisture in the casing.. The service department made an appointment for it to be looked at.. We waited less than an hour in a cozy waiting area & since they didn't have the part they needed they would order it & contact me.. The best part was they vacuumed the inside of the car & washed the outside of the vehicle before I went home! All complimentary! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Ask for Scott! Although this review is a few months late, (I thought I had posted one immediately after, but think I failed to hit the final key!) I still continue to have nothing but the highest of praise for Mastria Mazda and our salesperson, Michael Mantell! Moving from a minivan to an SUV was a big change and Michael made the process pleasant and easy. He's the antithesis of the "salesman stereotype." Michael listened to our needs, our budget and helped us make the right decision for us. We LOVE our CX9 - the transition from minivan to SUV has been not only seamless, I only wish we had done it sooner! I've also been really impressed with the service department....my oil change was scheduled quickly and done fast! Waiting lounge was great. I was pleasantly surprised when my husband brought me to the Mazda dealership. They weren't on my radar when I began my search for a new vehicle. The dealership was very clean, all the staff was very nice and did not pressure me when I first began to take a look around. When I was ready to begin the serious discussion the salesman, Mike Mantell, was super helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. While I love my new Mazda CX5, I wish I never bought it at Mastria Mazda in Raynham, MA. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any company. From the salesman who left a rude and inappropriate message on my husband's voice mail after we bought the car, all the way up to the owner, Rick Mastria. I was completely disappointed and shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity. I can promise I will never step foot in another Mastria dealership. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle steer clear of any Mastria dealership!!

I brought my Mazda CX-7 in for a 'new noise' which we all know is annoying. They knew the exact problem before they even inspected the car. Re-assured me that they would take care of everything. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were more than welcoming. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Icing on the cake = they even washed and vacuumed my car! Talk about service.

They were highly recommended to me by family members who live in the area and I found Mastria to be very pleasant to deal with. They are more of a "family style" business which I found refreshing after shopping numerous competitors throughout MA. I ultimately purchased my car from them as they were very professional and accommodating. I look forward to revisiting the nice staff for my maintenance needs in the future (something I cannot say about my 2 previous Mazda service dealers). Barry in the service department was great to work with and made our experience very easy. He was very professional, called us with estimates as he said he would, had the work finished on time, provided us with a full size rental car without charge and made sure everything we needed done was taken care of prior to us coming to pick up the car. Bob & Matt were both very easy to work with in determining if a new Mazda 6 was the right car. Originally not on the list of cars to check out, I decided to give the redesigned 6 a look at the insistence of an inlaw who knows his cars. The Mazda 6 GT looks great both inside & out, drives very well, and can be had with all the options desired on a higher end car for much less $$. Combined with Mazda's reputation for reliability, I decided to go for it. I'm rooting for Mazda and hope they produced a winner that will change people's minds. I tend to take the long term view as to whether the car will live up to my expectations. Being a new model, only time will tell if I made a good choice, but so far so good. This is my second car I have bought from Mastria (1st Mazda), and both experiences have been excellent. As the saying in the car business goes - make sure you shop them last! PS - if you have a "good" trade make sure you have them bring in a manager who can evaluate your car for re sale with some of the local dealerships they have a relationship with rather than straight wholesale.

All staff were courteous and friendly, and... fixed my problem engine light. Two prior attempts, at other repair shops, were unsuccessful in correctly diagnosing or fixing this issue. Thank you

The Great Nimo snow storm of 2013 was my breaking point. I needed a bigger vehicle that would handle in the snow,so I did not feel as if I was sledding in the snow with my car! Went to Mastria Buick/GMC to have my previous vehicle checked for a recall. A gentleman named Bill O'Neil was suggested to me from a stranger at the gas station, who was driving a Terrain Denali. He Raved about the facility and the performance of his truck! So I took it from there......The Service was awsome. The facility was clean, even under construction! The deal was made. The price was right. I was glad they had explained to me, about leasing a vehicle. Love it! I drove home in a 2013 Terrain Denali. Now I can work overnoc,with pending snow storms,without the fear of driving to and from work! Thanks Mastria Family, You're the BEST!

I would recommend the salesman I had to anyone his name was Paul Oliveria. He was willing to listen to what vehicle I wanted and all the stuff that I needed. He promised everything to happen the way it was suppose to. He was really good and easy going, very friendly and great with me. I am just wwaiting on fog lights that they ordered for my GMC sierra because they were broken. So a great experience so far until the fog lights are installed.

Drove from pretty far away, test drove the car I was looking at and wanted make a deal, salesman was extremely disrespectful. They offered me less than half of book value for my trade in and acted as if I clearly couldn't afford the car I was interested in. On top of this, when I was leaving I came out to my car to find the license plates on my car were gone. It turned out they mixed up my car with another car that was being traded in. Overall completely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Would not go back to this dealer for any car no matter how great a deal they were offering.

I booked a test drive. When I arrived the car was not ready. I met with Paul, the manager who could not find a sales person anywhere. When he did the car was buried up front not ready the go for the appointment I had. Then the car would not start. No apologies for my wasted time. Why sched appointments and don't you think that they should make sure the car works before offering it for sale.

I bought a 2011 Yukon. The sale of the vehicle was great. Very fast and to the point. After taking delivery of this truck I found out it had been in an accident as well as used as a rental care by the previous owner. None of this was told to me at the time of sale. Paul Oliviera assured me that this vehicle was "perfect". After 3 trips to the service dept for multiple problems i brought all of this to the managers attention.(Bill Fegley). Bill proceeded to intimidate me in the lot saying "it's fixed the wreck is not our problem". M y wife witnessed the entire altercation. Today I sat down with Rick Mastria himself and was told that it will cost me a few thousand dollars to "get out from under it". So 30k buys you a previosly rented and wrecked vehicle from Mastria Gmc.

I gave this dealership as well as Colleen Trotman the highest ranking because I have no complaints about my experience there...something that isn't very common at most other dealers. While everyone at Mastria seems to have a good team and good system working together to make it easier for the buyer, Colleen went beyond that with her friendliness and understanding of what the consumer wants and how to give them a level of comfort that makes the big decision clearer and less pressured. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata at a comfortable price and Colleen has been very helpful with the transition from my old car to this one. I can tell she is well respected by the rest of the Mastria employees and I recommend her to all of you.

While friendly, we found the staff at this dealership to be dishonest & were not upfront with us at all. We drove 100 miles for nothing after having provided a credit card for a deposit on a vehicle that was sold the previous day & we were never notified. Trying to remain open minded when the sales manager said he could search a 500 radius to find a similar comparable vehicle we were in agreement & willing to continue to work with them. They did not come through & rather than being honest & apologizing that they couldn't find anything comparable within the price range we were looking, Colleen told us the similar car they found at a dealership in CT was no longer available, that is was sold. We confirmed the vehicle she was referring to, hung up the phone & called the dealership to confirm. Surprise, we were told the car was still available, had not been sold, did not even have a deposit on it. We asked if they were absolutely sure & after a short wait on hold for the confirmation it was confirmed that the vehicle was still available for purchase. Our assumption was that Mastria simply was not willing to match the price of the original vehicle we were interested in, they were not willing to follow through with the price they originally quoted for a trade-in vehicle, and they simply have no integrity at all. Thank you Mastria for validating exactly why I dislike car dealerships and car salespeople.

I recently bought a Cadillac CTS & Mark Coogan was one of the reasons. We drove 2 hours from East Hartford because of the great communication we had the the dealership & Mark plus the awesome price. We had been to many dealerships allot closer but felt comfortable with Mark & the Mastria staff. The drive was well worth it because we saved quite a bit of money. The no pressure approach was quite welcome. I felt more like I was having a conversation with a friend. This, along with the amount of knowledge Mark had on this particular car helped me with my final purchase. I would highly recommend the whole Mastria family when buying your next car. I required some special services and Mark,along with Gregg Connor,Rudy Britto and Rick Mastria all went to bat for me to do right by me. They all were awesome and Put me at ease. Good price, awesome follow thru and doing the Registry part , I had many cars but Mastria made me feel comfortable about making such a major purchase. There was no "nickle and dime" attitude at Mastria. I have allready told a few family and friends that I highly recommend this dealership,,and I had never set foot in it before looking for this car! I really was made to feel like part of the family there! We have purchased a few vehicles from Mastria in the past several years and each time it has been a very enjoyable experience. Our most recent purchase was the Buick LaCrosse. Our sales person was Joe Oliveira who right from the start was very friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable in assisting us with selecting the right automobile. We also worked with Bill Fegley, the Sales Manager, who went above and beyond in helping Joe secure the deal. In addition Tom Thompson in Finance also did a great job. At no point within the purchase did we ever feel pressured to make any decisions we were not comfortable with. I'm sure we will continue to go to Mastria to purchase future vehicles since the sales and management team really make us feel like we are a customer instead of just another number in meeting their sales quota for the month.

This is the third vehicle my wife or I have purchased from Mastria. I have previously purchased 2 Saturns. My wife needed a vehicle, we saw 2 on line to look at, and Paul took us right to those 2 vehicles. He is a very friendly, outgoing person, he is not your typical salesman period! He met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. Paul made us feel very comfortable, and Tom (finance) was great as well. There was no "sweating us out" like we read about all the time. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and will be sure to look up Paul and Mastria when we need another vehicle.

My husband and I went to buy a new car and selected a Buick Regal. After the weekend we decided to try a GMC Terrain and asked if the sale could be changed. There was no hassel or confusion, Bill said certainly and we were able to change our minds for a different vehicle. Bill made us feel very comfortabel and gave us the time to think about our decision. A little more paperwork had to be done but not once were we made to feel like we caused any confusion or inconvenience. It was a very pleasant experience and Bill stayed with us the whole time. Our daughter and son-in-law wanted to see the vehicle , so we took a ride to their house. Our grandsons thought the Terrain looked very "hip" and "cool" for Gram and Grandpa to drive. With an out-of-state move approaching, I needed to find an affordable car quickly. I had done my homework and had a particular car in mind (which I found online at Mastria), but I visited a few other dealers first for comparison. I soon found myself in what I call the pit of despair of used car shopping: dealers who only pitch cars far beyond your price range, who don't care to answer questions, and who push you to purchase ANY car rather than helping you find the RIGHT car. One of these dealers was located just down the street from Mastria and actually carried the very car I was looking for - at a better price - but the sales approach was so off-putting that my fiance and I couldn't leave the dealership fast enough! We made our way to Mastria and met Paul, whose warm personality and ability to answer questions put our minds at ease. Purchasing a car is a big decision, but it was an easy one for me with Paul (and a great management team) there to help.

I found an ad on Ebay for a 2011 LaCrosse they were selling. I contacted the Mastria via an email and they got right back and set up an appointment. I believe the person who returned my email was Ron, the Business Manager; This was on the weekend. When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with the receptionist; she called the sales manager who in turn call Paul Oliveira, the Sales Consultant. I met Paul immediately and we went right outside to look at the car. He had a great smile and very friendly; I felt at ease right away.
