I bought a used car from Mastria Kia last month and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or the experience!! I found it online and reached out to the dealership. I set up a test drive and when I decided to purchase it, Dereck and Harlan made the entire process super smooth and painless. The finance department was also very helpful in getting me set up with a great monthly payment and on my way. I haven’t purchased a car in 11 years and cannot get over how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience!

Harlan was the best, so easy to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. He made sure to keep in contact every step of the way to make sure we were never left in the dark. After going to multiple different dealerships and having trouble, we’re so lucky we found Harlan! We will definitely be back to work with him in the future!

Due to lack of inventory everywhere lately, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Sarah took her time asking me questions and making sure I was absolutely comfortable in my new Carnival. I cannot say enough about how great the whole Mastria Team is!!
