Bruce is a true professional with a very cordial demeanor. He made the experience of purchasing a vehicle smooth and transparent. There were no surprises or "gotchas". Bruce was always available for me during the whole process whether on site or via text. I highly recommend you pay him a visit if you're in the market for a new or used car.

Had a great used car buying experience at Mastria Subaru purchasing a Subaru Outback. Alex Sierra was awesome to work with- made the whole experience smooth, non-stressful and pleasant. Alex went above and beyond and delivered the car to me, which was really helpful and amazing customer service. I've definitely had negative and stressful car dealer experiences before but am grateful my experience at Mastria was so smooth and would definitely recommend to anyone. My used Outback looks brand new and I'm really excited for lots of adventures to come.

We recently bought a brand new vehicle at this dealership. We have never been so happy with the car buying process. We even traded in a vehicle and got an awesome price. We were in and out of the dealership in no time and there was never any pressure whatsoever put on us to purchase. There was minimal haggling and no games at all. If you're searching for a vehicle, I would recommend this dealership with much enthusiasm. Our salesman was the best do make sure you ask for Alex!!! I promise you won't regret it.

Alex Sierra was my sales representative. If I could give 10 stars , I would have!!! Alex was very knowledgeable, patient, professional & very organized. Alex did not rush me when looking at the cars, he allowed me to take my time to compare the different vehicles to ensure that all of my wants and needs in a vehicle were met. After deciding on a vehicle, Alex got all the paperwork together, so that everything would be ready when I picked up the car. I had a very painless experience buying a new 2021 Forester. It genuinely seems like a good crowd at this place. I didn't feel pressured, didn't feel like I was getting fast-talked. Bruce was very patient and thorough and stayed past closing time to help make sure I understood everything about my new car. I would definitely feel comfortable doing business here again.
