I had a very enjoyable buying experience. I purchased a truck and brought it back to California. Due to low inventory, a lot of local dealers are charging over MSRP here. I don't play that game. I didn't need a vehicle in a hurry, so I decided to wait for a better deal. Mathews Dodge gave me a very fair deal, considering the current buying environment; enough, that it was still worth my time to take a road trip. I dealt with Chris Massey- who was very polite, attentive and honest. He even picked me up at the airport. I took a bit of a leap-of-faith, buying a vehicle from that far away, but it went smoothly. They never attempted to play any games with pricing or add-on's. The vehicle was ready to go when I got there, as promised, and there was no attempt to do anything even remotely underhanded. Even the docs fees, etc. were all correct and reasonable. They just don't play games and I appreciated that. The service department had no problem making a couple quick adjustments for me and both the parts department and cashier were polite and efficient as well. Given the correct pricing, I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Chris, even with the distance involved. A lot of local dealers here are smug and unappreciative- and Chris Massey was the complete opposite of that.

Last year My husband and I bought a van. We absolutely love it. Chris Massey was our salesman. We highly recommend him. He one of very few that honest, caring, listens to what them person wants and there needs. Ask for Chris Massey! You won't regret it.

If you’re looking for a newer vehicle or maybe a brand new vehicle, ask for Chris, he will make sure your buying experience is pleasurable as well as do what he can to get you the best deal to make you happy with your purchase. I know, because Chris is the one that sold me my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Great guy and great staff at Mathews Dodge of Marion.I’d definitely recommend them to purchase your next vehicle.

I am not happy with my service, i am young & i was looking to buy a used car! they had a great one on the lot & went & test drove it & i knew i liked it. I needed a new car so i decided to buy from here- worst mistake... the third day i had my car i noticed that the antifreeze was low, so i topped it off... come to find out i need new intake gaskets- not a cheap fix! then the second week i have the car the tire blows out on me... something the dealership knew was wrong with the car! i asked the guys at the tire place if this could have happened over night they said NO! it had been like that for awhile! SOMETHING this dealership knew! overall i am not happy with them! i would NEVER refer a friend or anyone to this dealership. they took advantage of me because i am young! - i will never buy from them again.

I di d most of the buying on line. I filled the credit application out on line, the saleman called me and I told him where my payment had to be and the model I wanted. He called me back in less than 24 hours told me he had me approved and the payment was where I wanted it and to come in and sign papers. Took the car for a test drive and signed the papers and took the car home. I bet my husband and myself were at the dealership for an hour at the most! It was great!
