The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. I will consider this dealership in the future and will make arrangements to travel to their dealership some day. Lee

Purchased used vehicle through the online pricing. They were unwilling to negotiate further on this price. Salesman was responsive and friendly. After I purchased a fairly new, 2011 Milan, and paid, noticed that rear tail light was cracked - this was not disclosed by the dealer.

I recently paid $14,000 cash for a uced ranger.I was shunned of by the salesman when I asked him if he could throw in a pair of floor mats.After I was home upon reviewing the Mathews auto group equip+accessories listing It said "Floor Mats". The truck odometer read 16,000 miles yet the tire wear was showing a red flag. Upon further investigation the sapre tire was found to be a 235 70 R16" HOWEVER the 4 tires on the ranger were 235 75 R15's. How could this have been over looked Basicly the sare is useless without putting servere stress on the drivetrain
