I recently bought a used Ford Explorer from Matthews Ford in Norwich NY. They provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. I would have liked a pamphlet that explained the extended warranty information besides just a verbal explanation. Even though I bought it in Norwich, it can be serviced at their dealership in Binghamton which was very important to me. Good service is a deal breaker for me. I hope Matthews does not disappoint me.

Went to Planet Pre-owned to go to Creative Sight and Sound. Ordered supplies for my new car that it didn't have on it when I bought my car. The workers were very helpful in ordering what I wanted and installed them for nothing when they came in. Won't hesitate to send friends and relatives to supplies and service in the future.

This was my first car buying experience and Mathews made it a breeze! The sales person I had was a huge help was very willing to work with me to get me the best possible options out there. I was taking care and my calls were returned in a timely fashion, when I was spoken too it was in the manner that was respectful and so that I could understand it all. I want to thank Mike G at the Norwich store for all the help and putting me into a great car.

My salesperson at Matthews Ford was great, just the right amount of balance of follow through, without being too pushy. Was patient with me (and my family) and very easy to work with. In addition, followed through and CSS called me to set up the remote car starter, Mike Grant had called them to have them make the appointment

When we decided on a Mazda2 for our daughters first car, we found that Matthews Vestal location was the import dealer. Fortunately, working here in Norwich with Andy Wheatley, we were able to handle everything locally and not drive the hour down to Vestal. Andy brought one up for us to test drive, then sourced one with all the options we wanted and everything was handled right here at home. Couldn't be happier with the service and loving the car so far.

Recently my wife and I started our buying process for a new car. we decided on a Ford Fusion. After driving many cars and stopping at many dealers we choose Mathews in Norwich. Our decision to purchase our new Ford there was based on their ability to deal with us patiently and professionally. Andy Wheatley at Mathews was outstanding in his ability to guide us through the process as my wife and I determined what exactly we were looking for in our new car. Once we arrived at the option package we desired, Andy had a couple of vehicles for us to choose from within days. After our choice was made the car was prepped and in our hands and was everything we had been looking for. It was time to go from a convertible to a truck and the experience at Planet Pre-Owned was very professional and you could not ask for a better salesperson than Andy Wheatly. I was asked if the truck was right for me and never was pressured for a minute. When the time came to do the paper work and receive the truck the team there worked together to make it a smooth transaction. I went to a few places before Planet Pre-Owned and by far recommend the people here to be the best choice for anyone.

My husband and I traded in our 2012 escape for the new 2013 escape. We found that Matthews prices were extremely reasonable compared to other dealerships in the area. We were happy with the overall service from sales all the way to finance and closing. The staff are freindly and do help you with any questions you may have. I have been with them for three and a half years. My work requires a lot of driving. I go in for service every three months. There points of inspection vehicle review is a confidence builder when your vehicle has over 100,000 miles. They always check with you, and Mark, in the service department, is very helpful. There are many new car seductions out there. I would purchase a new vehicle there because of the service.

I would like to update my review. I received a call and a email for the sales manager, he said bring the car back and they would steam clean the seats and carpets. They provided me with a loaner car. I just picked up the car and it was cleaned inside and out and I am very happy with the job they did. I guess rather than writing a bad review so quickly I should have given them a chance to correct the problem. They seemed very concerned and wanted to make me happy. Two thumbs up!!!!!

My salesman Mike has always taken care of me since I first bought my F-150 a little over a year ago. The name has since changed to Matthews Ford and the Service they have provided me is fantastic. They went above and beyond to fix my wife's Lincoln in a pinch when we were headed out of town on our wedding anniversary. They got us up and running in a rental even though we hadn't yet bought a vehicle under the new owners. Mike knew that I was really hoping to get my hands on the 2013 Focus ST and he sent me a picture of it as it drove onto the lot. I was able to get the details settled over the phone with Mike, took it for a spin the next day and drove home with it about an hour later. Incredibly fast turn around if you know what you want. When you walk into this place you get greeted with a smile and someone who is there to help you find just what your looking for.
