Great Experience. Staff went over and beyond to get me driving that car out and leaving my old one there. Very reasonable prices for good quality. When it comes to used vehicles, if the price is too good then it is and you don't have to worry about that here. Good fair prices based on each independent vehicle and it's history. No one likes surprises and none here. I went to all the big dealers in and around Wayne county and surrounding counties . I literally went to all Chevy dealers around , all the big names you see on those license plate frame. Glad I chose this one will never forget next time I or someone I know needs a vehicle. Good website too, stock was accurate and photos too.

I have to amend my glowing review. This MH dealership doesn't care about it's customers or the Chevy brand. Upon leasing my last truck from them what a horrible experience. From the salesman to the sales manager. Shady! Then I take it in for service because the radio doesn't work spend an entire day there only to be told having only one radio station is "well within manufacturer's specifications." Upon taking it to a competent dealership it turned out the antenna wasn't plugged in all the way. I'm afraid they have lost a customer. Was very pleasant from beginning to end. I recently leased a vehicle from jeep for my wife and had a terrible experience at another dealership. Cory made the entire process easy with a lot of the paperwork being able to be done online. Alex the finance guy made going through the paperwork easy to understand and seemingly quick in comparison. I got exactly what I was looking for in a professional, friendly atmosphere. I'll tell everyone I know to shop here.

Service was fine but oil change price was astronomically higher than other dealers. Only reason I tried this dealer was because they were the only one that had an appointment. I will not return to this dealer until their prices are in line with other dealers. My oil change did not include a tire rotation either. Other dealership o had gone to included tire rotation. Also would never consider buying a car here because if their service prices are that high why would their vehicle prices be better compared to the competition.

Dropped off the car on Thursday, mid afternoon (via appointment). Understand that it might not be looked at on Thursday, but no call on Friday, no call on Saturday. We had to call Monday to find out what's going on. Car was finished Monday afternoon. The cost, wow just wow! The wiper fluid reservoir was cracked and had to be replaced, and we understood that it was more involved than we thought, but really? Over $600? This is exactly why people do not take cars to the dealers. We believe (and will be checking) that all warranties are expired so we will look for a dependable, reasonably priced mechanic. Sorry.
