Everyone was very friendly. Told me about how long it would take. I also had a choice for a shuttle, it wasn't going to take that long so I stayed. The waiting room had two flat screens, many very comfortable chairs, and a coffee machine. It ended up taking less time and out the door in less than 45 minutes. The place was very clean and comfortable and the customer service was outstanding.

New sales room is very nice! They offer everything to keep you comfortable while you wait for service on your car or while you wait for the sales team to decide on their next offer when you turn down the first ridiculous offer they make. They will not give you their best offer first, or second, and possibly so on. So keep trying, and do your research! They are definitely more worried about their money than yours, which is understandable...aren't we all? But this does not make for a warm and fuzzy buying experience and it takes a lot of your time which they are getting paid for while you are not. I've had no issues with service, and the service prices are reasonable. I have leased from here for 2 years now and my payments have all been made on time. You would think I would be a valued customer, but in my experience on the sales floor they only see dollar signs not people. All of the staff here is friendly. I will update this review when I turn my car in next year. At this point it looks like I will be getting my next car elsewhere due to how the sales department is run. Edit: Please shop elsewhere. I was literally bullied and treated like complete garbage when I went back here. I was actually asked to promise to sign before given a price! When they realized the sale was going downhill it got ugly. I left there feeling uncomfortable and awful. They were smirking. When I described what went down to someone, who happened to be a LMSW, they said that it was emotional abuse I experienced. So that's how this place is run. They're super friendly while they have you on the hook, but when they feel you slipping the abuse starts. If they think you're a lost cause they actually turn into bullies. I've come to find out I am not alone in this experience. They are awful people and they do not deserve your business. (This update is a year after returning my lease, but don't let them convince you they've changed staff/policy or any other nonsense. They will try anything, nothing is beneath them. Clearly.)

Excellent service from Eddie! He was upfront, answered our questions to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond in his attempts to correct the error made by the management when the email they sent regarding the car title was not responded to. We would be happy to recommend Matthew's Kia to purchase a car, especially from Eddie! Thank you!

It was an unexpected visit today, pouring rain and car needed to have something checked out. I had our puppy and groceries in the car and we were also celebrating our puppy's 1st bday, just coming from groomer. The service team welcomed Cozmo very willingly and happily. Everyone came over to visit him as we sat on the show room floor waiting for the car to be taken care of. He happens to be a service dog, so he was very well behaved but was happy for the attention they all gave him. :) They got us done in 30 minutes and did a great job with clean up of the water that had come in from the plugged a/c valve. Thank you Matthews for taking great service to the next level!

Had a wonderful experience! Jerome guided us every step of the way, and made it an awesome, stress free experience. He worked with us throughout the week so we could have everything ready to go when I picked up the vehicle, making the whole process efficient and seamless. I’m very happy with our vehicle purchase and will definitely recommend him and Matthews Kia to friends and family.
