Best dealership. Do yourself a favor and ask for Morgan when you’re buying your next car. She was amazing from start to finish. Kind, extremely knowledgeable, and had my husband and I laughing the entire time we were in the dealership. She answered all of our questions during the buying process and did not rush us to make a big decision. She was more than patient in making sure we understood the car, the payment, and the paperwork we were signing. Even after that, Morgan was quick to call me the next day to make sure everything was going well with my new car and I thought that was very thoughtful because it is not something most people or businesses do these days. Morgan made a normally very stressful and somewhat boring process EXTREMELY easy. When my granddaughter needs a car in the spring time I will bring her to Matthews. Like I said, best dealership & best sales person. Ask for Morgan.

I was recently at your showroom for the first time on my "maiden journey" of looking for my next lease vehicle. Let me put this in context - I enjoy shopping for a new vehicle about as much as I like going to the dentist. Just wanted to say what a totally pleasant experience I had with the salesperson Morgan! She truly listened to what my needs were, was very patient in explaining quite a few different options available to me and through the entire process, was forthcoming and professional, all the while being personable, friendly and not "pushy". I would recommend giving this lady a call and make an appt with her if you are serious about getting into your next Nissan. She's a gem. :-)

What an incredible experience by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car Ivy was very knowledgeable and actually listened to what I had to say. I am very pleased with the customer service I received after recently purchasing a new vehicle from Matthews. Due to the pandemic, availability on all new cars is pretty tight, and when I found what I was looking for here, I called immediately, and Morgan Liscum went way out of her way to hold the car and get me a great deal. I couldn't be more happy with this place, and they will have my business from now on. Morgan is awesome, and I highly recommend her. Great job!!
