As a person always apprehensive about bringing their vehicle in for maintenance, my experience at Maus Nissan was a calm visit this go-round. From being greeted in a friendly & warm manner to being kept informed of the various items needing to be addressed now & in the near future - everything was smooth sailing. I never once felt pressured to spend money that I didn't have & that was refreshing. Nick was great! He made it easy to not only decide on my perfect car but walk through all the paperwork in an efficient manner. The whole team that i interacted with during my visit was super friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. I didn’t feel pressured and the team got me a great deal. Will definitely recommend Maus Nissan to friends and family (already have!) and that will be my first stop the next time I am in the market for a car.

I worked with Chris in sales and he was very knowledgeable and very personable. Everyone else I saw there was very nice and friendly. Jeff, who did finance, was also very knowledgeable and friendly and personable. I got a very good deal on a brand new SUV. They gave me 2K more than Kelley Blue Book would have for my trade in vehicle and they took 7K off the sale price for the new vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. So happy to join the family!

I was looking at a car online and made an offer and I was contacted very quickly. Brittany made a video of the vehicle and set me up an appointment to come in and take a test drive. When we first got there we noticed the car was pulled up front and was very clean. She came out and we looked it all over and went for a test drive. We absolutely loved the car and wanted to take it home that day and they made it possible!! While we did paperwork they had it detailed and fueled it up. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Brittany and to everyone at Maus Nissan. We are so happy with our new car!
