Peter provided excellent customer service. My son was looking to buy his first car. After doing some research, he started looking for a Mazda 3 hatchback that was within his budget. I messaged Max Motors in the morning regarding a car I was interested in. I got a quick response from Peter. When I got off work, I went to the lot to check out the vehicle and Peter had already taken the time to wipe down the car. Jon owns and operates his business with honesty and professionalism. I wasn't necessarily in the market for a used car but a Max Motors had a model that was rarely available. Jon eliminated any apprehension I may have had by being upfront and honest. Jon is a person of integrity and genuinely values the satisfaction of his customers. I bought my 2012 BMW 328 wagon from Max Motors in a long distance deal. So i knew would never see the car in person, but my salesman Peter Matthews was really great to work with, and gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. He took lots of photos and videos (even underneath the car), so I could see the condition of it. Peter was very professional and always prompt with his communications. He made sure all the documents we needed to exchange were send out promptly, and he was always quick to followup on any questions I had. Overall this was a great experience despite the long distance.
