In the beginning they were helpful and responsive, I scheduled an appointment and test drove the car in early October. We agreed on a price and had the purchase order ready but I did not buy it that day because there was one item that still needed to be fixed. They agreed to make the repair and get in touch when they were done. The following week I called and left a few messages but no answer. I figured the repair must still be in progress, no hurry on my end so I wasn’t worried. The second week I called both the office phone and salesman’s personal phone and left a message but again no answer, no call back, email or text. Finally this week (3 weeks after the test drive) they answer the office phone and say that they sold the car to someone else. I’m confused by the lack of communication! I don’t understand why they didn’t try to reach out to me. I would have understood that another person was buying the car, especially if they were offering more money, but I feel that they should have at least told me that it happened. I had to call them to find out. I had my financing ready and there didn’t seem to be a problem when I left after the test drive. One star for the lack of communication and distrustful salesmen.. I didn’t feel the need to put money down to hold the car nor did they ask for it, but I guess I learned my lesson the hard way. I trusted their word but obviously that didn’t mean much to them.

David was easy to deal with & the whole process went smooth. They have very clean vehicles on their lot! Drove 2.5 hours to buy and was pleased to find the truck just as advertised!
