I was treated with consideration and kindness. I was shopping because someone had totaled my HHR that I had bought from Mayse. I told Ehren what I wanted and he quickly showed me a Chevy Trax that I liked since they had no HHR with low mileage. Then Jeff Silvey, in the finance office, worked with getting all the paperwork done properly and gave me hints on how to finish the settlement from the wreck so I'd have that money to apply to the amount of my purchase. I called Jeff about a month later and he knew who I was, without having to ask questions, and he solved my question within 15 minutes.. I like the 'down home family' feeling that I get there.

I looked for a different vehicle for the last 2 or 3 months, every time I was close to making a decision something went wrong. I am a cash buyer, but one sales manager pushed me and asked (twice) what was wrong, was the payment to high? I finally told him I will pay cash when I find out what I want so please leave me alone. 2 other dealerships had awful service departments and didn't get the problems resolved, even telling me there was nothing wrong...But had changed parts. Back to Mayse, easy deal, felt like they were happy to get a sale, and didn't condensend. Perfect.

The salesmen was great! The financial guy was the worst. He never sent the agreement to my bank who was on the phone. I heard the discussion. My bank called an hour later still waiting for papers to be sent. I was assured they would be sent and were not. With the mix up I had to call the manager because I kept getting transfered to voice mail. I received the title and went to tag my car. The previous owner never signed and I had to send title back. They (kim) were very accommodating and sent title free of charge but a lot of hassle just to get my car. I am not happy with this transaction. Still waiting on my title.

After getting notice of needed warranty repair, I was able to schedule a time convenient for me. When I arrived, they were ready and completed the work within the estimated time they had given me. The service manager was pleasant as usual. Also while there I looked at and test drive a new 2017 Acadia Denali. Mike Whitesel was ready for us even after only one day notice. He had arranged with the service manager to let him know when we got there.

I pulled into the Oil Change lane, and indicated what I needed. The order was written up fast and I went to a waiting area. I didn't have to wait very long until I was notified that the service was completed. I suppose being at the the dealership at about 8 AM helped, but this service is normalled completed in short order. GREAT!

We had been thinking of buying a Camero for some time. When the Fiftieth Anniversary came out, we decided that was the car we wanted. After researching motors and assessories, we knew what we wanted. We checked with several dealerships in Iowa and Missouri and Mike Lanphier from Mayse Auto was the only one who went out of his way to get us the car we wanted, as an added bonus, he had the best price, too. We have bought other vehicles from Mayse Auto and have recommended them to friends who have also had very good experiences. When our car came in, Mike went over all the details and has been very helpful with any question we've had. We are having so much fun with our dream car, and we're looking forward to showing it off at the car shows next summer.

Bought our pickup in June and it had a hiccup in front of the gas cap on the drivers side. They said they would come and get it and fix the problem so we could go ahead and get the truck.They came and got it and fixed the problem and also fixed a couple minor hiccups next to the gas cap as well. Went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly.Also I shared the pickup had some vibration when traveling over 70 mph. They took it out and realized the tires were bad and was causing the unusual vibration. They replaced 3 of the 4 tires and it fixed the vibration problem. Very professional and efficient.

I had to leave my vehicle for service on Saturday and was given a loaner. It was very nice knowing I had transportation while they were working on my vehicle. I was unable to return the vehicle when they were done and had to wait until the next day and was told not to worry about it. They were fine with the fact I couldn't be there on Tuesday. This is my second vehicle purchased from Mayse and I will probably continue to purchase vehicles from Mayse.

i had identified 3 cars I wanted to test drive before visiting the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday. Dave Brown greeted us on the front steps. i told him I wanted to drive the three vehicles. He got the keys and info and off we went! He answered all our questions knowledgeably and patiently. I didn't make a decision til the next week. No pressure from Dave. Called him and told him I was ready to buy. The negotiating and paperwork to purchase took less than 30 minutes......faster than I've able been able to agree on a price and terms. After searching locally here in Jonesboro, AR (and northeast Arkansas) we were getting pretty disgusted. Between over priced vehicles for the condition they were in and no one really wanting to help, we broadened our search area. Although it's 4 hours away, it was worth it. The choices were great and the ones we viewed online looked just like their pictures. No hidden scratches and problems. Just good clean vehicles. Not to mention Greg & his crew worked with us to get us a really good deal. They checked out the vehicle we were interested in and advised us accordingly before we made the trip. We really appreciated the red carpet treatment we received (especially for a used car). We'll definitely be back.

Dealing with Rob, the Business Manager for finalizing financing was exceptional. Sales (Allen) totally dropped the ball. This was an easy sale. I reached out after seeing vehicle on car guru.com; Spoke to Allen for May 10 minutes and purchased call. All he had to do was ensure deal tags on vehicle before it was loaded onto transport I arranged and confirm to me if an oil change was done. Well, he didn't do either. Still waiting to hear on the oil change. Car was delivered with no dealer tags on a Thursday evening (I have paid extra to have transport delivered before the weekend to enjoy driving the BMW Z4). I called Rob on Friday and he offered to overnight so it was anticipated I would receive Saturday, however dealer UPS account only delivers overnight on Mon-Fri so just looked at car all weekend. What had been a really smooth initial transaction turned into a huge disappointment. And Allen, if you are reading this, I am STILL waiting for confirmation on oil change - that's all you had to do on this sale.

I left my 2007 GMC Yukon at your facility for two weeks. I had four issues, low oil pressure sensor, two slow leaks in my tires, air conditioning not working, and stabilitrack needs servicing. After two weeks the airconditioner is fixed. The low oil pressure sensor is now worse, indicating every time I drive the truck. You replaced the sensor to no avail. The tires were not patched. When I started driving the truck I quickly realized the tire issue. When I stopped to check two of my tires had 25lbs of pressure. The Stabilitrack sensor is still indicating a problem. I paid over $1,500.00 to fix my truck and only 1 of the problems was fixed. I was given a $60.00 credit due to issues at your office but you still failed to fix three problems. When I first schedule my appointment one of your sales associates told me he would send a runner to exchange, said runner never appeared. When I called to speak to Bill, little concern was paid to my problems and he told me that he didn't drive the truck he only let it idle and checked on the sensor. I am very upset with the service and communication I received from the lot.

Nyal was very polite and professional. However, not impressed with it taking 16 days to arrange for someone to return our vehicle. We have 3 other "complimentary services" that will go unused at this service department. Ultimately, our vehicle came back with an oil change and an "adjusted rear view mirror." Steve in sales was great at the time of the sale but that was it. Took 5 weeks to arrange our first service (which was still not assisted by him) and very misleading. We will definitely take our vehicle elsewhere in the future. We were also told that there was a service bulletin on our mirror vibrating and no adjustments could be made. Therefore, a new windshield was necessary. Yet, the windshield was not replaced and a windshield company was able to make an adjustment that Chevy (who puts out the service bulletin) said was not possible.

I came to this dealership because they had the car I wanted . After having it checked out, I found out it was in a wreck after reading the car fax and talking to the body shop that fixed it . Mayes uses another company that did not have that in the report and after asking for a drop in the price they said no because that's wasn't their problem because they didn't know when they bought the car . There was also a gash in the tire and they said if I wanted them to fix it that it would cost me $200 but if I fixed it myself they wouldn't lower the price . I was disappointed in the service I had and will not be returning . I came to the dealership thinking high hopes but left disappointed

When I took my 3-month old Equinox in for service, I realized I was handing them a problem. To the best of my ability, I described to Nyal the experience and he took if from there. The staff varies in their car selling experience. Some that have been there for quite some time are knowlegeable and helpful such as John Ellis and Mike Pullen especially. The financial or loan officer Tripp is very professional as well. some of the staff however, Marty Newport in particular, are insulting dishonest and down right rude. I would rate my previous experiences here good as I have purchased 3 vehicles from them dealing with John Ellis . I will continue to use Mayse as my choice to purchase vehicles because most of the staff is courteous and honest. One bad egg doesn't make the dealership bad because there are so many good people there. I would like to note that Kelby Parks was a very kind and knowlegeable young man as well.

Marty was a great salesman. We told him what we needed and he delivered. Tripp Cook did good with financing; however, finance dept was difficult to reach the next day when we needed to make changes to our Gap coverage (our auto insurance company was cheaper compared to the $799 Mayse charged). We purchased the extended warranty to extend our coverage from 35000 to 100000 bumper to bumper plus lifetime engine warranty and roadside assistance at 2700.00 which we thought was a pretty good deal. We appreciate the help of everyone! We loved everything except it was a little hard for us to follow up after the deal was done! Will be in to get oil changes and service maintenance schedules on time and look forward to telling others how much we continue to love our impala... Mayse usually does a great job, employees are nice and professional. I brought my van for an oil change last week. I noticed that the sensor in the dash board was lit up, noting my tire needed to be aired up. When the mechanic brought me my keys after the oil change he said they had checked and aired up all my tires and that they were fine and that we just had a faulty sensor as the light did not go off in the dash. However, the tire looked low when I took my van. My husband immediately took the van to the gas station & ended up paying a $1.50 for air. Short story tire looked normal & sensor light in dashboard went away. Tires obviously weren't checked & makes one wonder what else was overlooked.

Mike Lanphier helped me with every step of the purchase of a new Buick Lacrosse, even on his day off. Steve Shiveley also helped by receiving some paperwork needed for the purchase while Mike was on his day off. Our Denali is a year old and developed a problem with the passenger side running board. We were given a very nice loaner truck, by our original salesman, Mike Pullen (Absolutely great guy). Our service manager Shawn, called us each night with a progress report. They also went to bat and got us a section of carpeting that was prematurely deteriorating. This dealership uses Hudson Collision Body Shop, and we needed some body work done on this truck about the same time. They worked together to coordinate repairs and the loaner veh. I can't say enough good things about Sherman's shop and the relationship of it with Mayes Automotive.

Recently I had a flat tire. Although it may seem like a small thing, having a flat can ruin an entire day. I was able to get the tire inflated enough to drive the car to the shop. They were able to take my car in and get it fixed with a minimum of muss and fuss. I was back at home with a fixed and inflated tire within 30 minutes. That time included my trip to and from the service department, explaining the issue and checking out to go home. Although I live 2200 miles from the dealership, John sent numerous pictures, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The paperwork was overnighted to me, prepaid overnight return to dealership. He and Doug Crisp (used car manager) even helped me locate a car transporter that they have used in the past. The car was picked up at the dealership on Tuesday afternoon and was at my destination Friday morning, in Oregon. The car was just as pictured and described. Went online searched for cars and Mayse had a Certified used Camaro just exactly what we were looking for. I called Steve Shiveley and he went over the vehicle and options and condition and what the price would be as we spoke. I took my son the next day to look at it and learn how to buy a car. He is 18 and heading off to college soon and I wanted him to understand the basic principals of purchasing a vehicle. On the way there I explained to him how dealers pull all kinds of tricks and high pressure sales tactics but this was just part of buying a car and not to let it frustrate him. Upon arrival Steve brought the car around explained the different features and told us to go for a drive. We got back to the lot very pleased with the car and everything was just as he had told us and then some. We sat down he had filled out paperwork just like I was told and sent us to financing. I then told my son, well here it comes the other part that I had warned him of. Once again nothing just a clean easy deal. So Im glad he got to learn in this fashion and know it doesn't have to be stressful event and when he goes to buy his own cars in future he knows where he can go purchase one if he ever finds himself in the other type of dealerships that I had warned him of. Im pretty sure he will just head to Mayse Automotive as he is heading into Pre Med to be a surgeon and won't have time or patience for anything other.

Mayse worked with us to get the repair fixed right .It may of took a couple of back and forth trips to get it done right, but in the end Mayse fixed it right and it is as good as new . There are not many dealerships left in the country that will work with you till you are 100% sastified with your car and repairs .They also gave as a curtousy car for the entire process ( AWESOME )... I contacted Mayse auto dealership in Missouri after seeing one of the their Corvettes advertised on Cars.com. I initially left a message and actually received a response during the evening during PST which means that the woman responding had to have written the email very late in the evening. She told me the message had been received and told me I would be contacted the next day. I was contacted promptly the next day and discussed the vehicle with the salesman. It didn't have the options I wanted so I decided not to get it. Later that day the original recipient of my message contacted me and made sure I had been contacted by a sales rep. We felt we lead our purchase rather than the salesman leading the sale. We were listened to and was able to explain what we were looking for rather than being told what we should buy. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely amazing during my dealing with Mayse to purchase a car. From my first visit, the sales rep actually took the time to make sure he only showed me cars that fit my needs. When I gave a maximum price he took the time to find something that fit my needs and budget. I wasn't shown anything way out of my price range like some of the competitors did. Even after learning that I could not purchase that day the whole staff still went out of their way to take care of me. They offered to provide an estimate on payments and see what bank I could get a loan with AND hold the car I wanted until the next week.During this time I was waiting on a settlement from insurance. Mayse worked with this as well, they extended the time they held the car for me until I received my settlement and could purchase the car.I would highly recommend this dealership to others. I was treated with respect the whole time. It actually felt like I was having conversations instead of being bullied into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford.

I came in and talked to David Brown. He was a very nice and funny guy. He went over all aspects of each car I looked at and was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up choosing a pre-owned 2012 Chevy Cruze. After purchase he even helped me set up my on star and also helped me sync my smart phone to my new car. I would of been lost if it wasn't for Dave. There are several reasons why I say my experience with Mayse was very satisfying.1. I live in Springfield. Mayse sent a driver to pick me up and gave me a ride to Aurora.2. We were very impressed with Mayse at the time of purchase. Steve was great when making the sale. When it came to making our first service appointment and arranging our loaner vehicle Steve was no longer of any assistance. Tried reaching him for over a month to get "let me check and I'll get back with you" responses. We finally contacted service to find out that the "complimentary loaner vehicle pick up and drop off" was not accurate. However, they did decide to accommodate us under the circumstances. Our vehicle was picked up for its first oil service and to check out the rear view mirror vibration. We were later told that there was a service bulletin open on the condition of the rear view mirror and that it would require a new windshield and mirror to correct the issue due to "not being able to remove or adjust the mirror without potentially cracking the windshield." Two weeks later we are told that the windshield did NOT get replaced and that the windshield company was able to make an adjustment that Mayse was not able to make although there is a service bulletin on the specific issue. Vehicle returned 16 days later dirty (again, was told vehicles were washed and vacuumed after services) and the only thing done in that 16 days was an oil change. We have 3 other "complimentary services" but will most likely toss those in the trash and pay for our service elsewhere. Nyal in service was very professional and polite. However, the overall experience was very poor. Very disappointed in the experience.

Since my previous purchase experiences have been positive it is the first place I sought out while seeking a vehicle for my college freshman son. My salesman was Mike Lanphier. One of the things about Mayse that has always impressed me was their knowledge of the product they are selling. Mike knew his way around that vehicle inside and out. He showed us how to use the "blue tooth" and all the other interior features of the car. Additionally, he promised to give our son the same tour/educational when he returns home from spring break. One thing I can say about the folks at Mayse . . . they don't forget about you after the sale. That has been my experience since my first purchase from them in 2004. It was a cold day in Aurora at Mayse Auto.Greeted with a smile AND handshakes we entered into what we thought would be an unsure, quick look & go home to football! I had a recall notice from Chevrolet on my 2010 Equinox. I choose to have the repair made at Mayse based on positive experiences in the past. In addition to the recall repair there was a problem with Air Bag warning. They check the problem and found it matched a problem that Chevrolet would cover. They did all the service in a timely manner and helped with travel arrangements.

They started with getting my car worked on right away. Everything was covered by warranty, and my issue was fixed while I was there. Friendly quick service, comfortable clean waiting room. When I purchased my vehicle and was told I would receive four free oil changes, the salesman made it very clear that would need to schedule my oil change, unless I came in on a Saturday, which would be first-come-first-serve. When I received my first coupon for a free oil change in the mail, it very clearly said "schedule your next oil change on our service website." So when I went to the website to schedule my oil change, I clicked the option that VERY CLEARLY said "oil/filter change." The first available appointment was two weeks out.So one can only imagine my frustration when I drive all the way from Springfield to Aurora for my confirmed, scheduled appointment, only to be told "we don't take appointments for oil changes," and "we're about two hours out right now." Maybe that seems like a small deal, but my schedule does not have the time to waste three hours to get an oil change, when it was very clear I should make an appointment. Don't tell customers that. Don't put it on your website. Easy fix, but seriously people. Poor customer service.

Recall repairs were completed. The Service Consultant indicated that a $97.00 labor fee would be required to check out the defective driver seat. I agreed to pay the labor fee. Approximately 2 hours late the Service Consultant advised me that there was a broken weld on the seat, and that the repair would be approx. $1300.00, and indicated that he could order the parts ( a new seat frame) today. I declined, and asked for a copy of the repair estimate.I later discovered that the estimate included approx. $230.00 of maint. service that I had declined on a previous visit!!The Service Consultant did not appear interested in helping me to challenge this broken weld as a GM warranty/safety recall issue.

There was no high pressure sales and Allen did his best to get me the best price for the used vehicle. Returning the loaner was simple and easy with a quick signature saying that I got my car back and returned the loaner keys to them. Overall it was a great experience working with the mayse team. I needed a work car after my old one wore out. I had previously bought a used pickup from Mayse and was familiar with their process. Its no non sense, you don't have to pry information from them. They set a fair market price (which is always cheaper then my local dealers) and your done. Its just a matter of selecting the one you want. They let you make that selection, they don't push you into buying more car then you wanted. Ive always felt good about buying a car from Mayse, and I intend to buy another.

Had a noisy compressor that was not easy to hear all the time. Service manager listened to the noise and agreed that there was an unusual noise. Replacement of the compressor cured the problem before my warranty ran out. Service manager did not dismiss my concern and was very helpful. I had talked to Ehren via phone 2 days prior to coming in. Vehicle that I was looking for was still at the dealership. I found the car I was interested in on the internet. Ehren Clark called the next day and we setup an appointment time. The SUV was in front and ready for our test drive. Being a GMC person, it only took a five minute drive to convince me this was the unit I was interested in purchasing. Ehren worked up the deal and submitted it with our counter proposal. After a very short discussion we had agreed on the price. A price we both were satisfied with. We had come to Mayse on recommendations from people at our church in Branson who had purchased their cars from Mayse over the years. We will be back when we need to replace any of our vehicles and highly recommend Mayse in the future, especially Ehren Clark who was just great.We visited with Jeff Silvey to do the final paperwork. Drove 175 miles to buy my second car from this company. Prices and service were outstanding. I live in Kansas City metro and tried to buy locally. The city dealers have a different attitude about selling cars. But the service, prices and all the accommodations took us back to Mayse. I sent a message. I got 3 emails back on a Friday Night. Got another email and a phone call Saturday morning. Drove two and 1/2 hours and was greeted as expected, given many choices to look at and bought the car, had financing done, car serviced,cleaned and gassed up and I was on my way home. Was treated fairly on my trade in right up front. There was no " second pass" at pricing the trade in which I had also bought at Mayse. I'll buy from them again when it's time for another car. We wouldn't accept their low offer on our trade in, so the entire experience was uncomfortable at best.The salesman was willing to walk away from the sale altogether because we (nicely) told him we would sell our current truck on our own and we would just finance the new truck. (His exact words - "Well thanks for coming in, let me know if you change your mind!") If we hadn't driven an hour to get there and hadn't already found the truck we wanted, we would have just left.We had to wait over three hours for financing (they weren't busy either). During that time, we were not checked on or spoken to ONE time by our salesman - in fact, we had to track him down to figure out what was going on.VERY disappointed.

I was looking for a car & had to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership. Pros: -No pressure to buy. -Stayed an hour after close on a Friday to help me buy the car. -The car itself is rare and perfect. -Great financing. -Pleasant people. Cons: -They were extremely firm about the price even after they listed features online that the car did not have. (Remote start) Then they only discounted the car a fraction of what it would cost to install the part. (You can't buy a remote start for $150 anywhere. And he seemed whiny to give me that much for the mistake.) -Took so long to ask about pricing to the manager that the financing offices had closed and I could not buy the car that day. -Would have negotiated more if I lived closer because I'm not sure the deal was very good. -Few perks (no warrenties included,etc.)

I had done my research online and found that Mayse had the best prices and a great choice of Camaro's for sale. I had actually had my info sent over by TrueCar two days prior, but hadn't had a chance with work to get back with them. So when I dropped in unexpected Saturday, I never felt once I was unexpected. I was able to look at the Camaro first without anyone jumping me. I always hate going to look at a car and seeing all the dealers fight on who is going to go outside and talk with me about the car, when all I want to do is just look in the window. Josh was great! he explained everything about the car to me, showed me the features and let me take it for a test drive. I thought I had a great experenece two years ago at Dennis Hanks in Ozark MO buying my last car, but this topped it. They even offered us some of their cattered food while we waited on my car to get finished in detailing. Top notch team. Both Josh and Rob were great and would defenitaly come back for my next car.

I live in Ozark. I had a great experience purchasing my car. I didn't mind the long drive to service considering the deal. However, it was a very impersonal experience. No one was friendly to me, after I left about 20 miles down the road my tire sensor light came on. So after 2 hours on the road and getting my Captiva serviced I was told to bring it back so they could reset the sensor. Needless to say I was unhappy! I asked if I could just take it to Dennis Hanks in Ozark. So I did and the technician knew enough to pull my car away from all the metal to set the sensor. Everyone was so nice there, I was met at the garage door and greeted and thanked for bringing my car to them.Here is my question--why would I drive so far out of my way for a free service with unfriendly people?

The oil chg was quick and great. The problem is I was promised 4 oil chgs when I bought the pickup. Since I lost one postcard, I was advised I just lost that oil chg. fine, I have a choice of where I take my business. Thompson in Spfd will do fine for all future service!

Can't say that I ever heard of Aurora, MO before this and thought the dealership would be a run of the mill small town type, boy was I wrong. This is a nice small town but the dealership was huge and impressive. Oh yeah, always good to get a full belly before heading into the salesman's den and if you like Subway, there is a pretty good one down the road, eat fresh! :-) Ok, back to business...before deciding to take a two hour trip to the dealership Allen (internet sales) and I exchanged countless number of emails, so many that my inbox looked like I had stalker issues. He was very pleasant to deal with and I'm sure he would say the same about me (cough). Upon our arrival he had the vehicle waiting so we took it for a spin, came back and bought it. Due taking care of most of the details through emails that part of the process was fast.Now onto finance. Let me preface this, I have no issues with sales or finance and everyone on a personal level was great. The only downside was the wait between being handed off from sales to finance. It seemed like it took awhile to get into the finance office but then again, I don't know their schedule, and they could have been busting their hump trying to get us a good rate. Who knows, maybe it was just being anxious and wanting this over but we did wonder a few times what was the delay. Ok, on to finance, watch out for Rob! Really and in all honesty, Rob is awesome and can't say that I ever had that much fun going into debt. I wish I could say more about him but now that I think about it all I can remember him saying repeatedly is "sign here, and here".To sum it up this was a good experience and would definitely consider them again. The only thing I would change would be to get there earlier as the process can take some time.

Ehren Clark was wonderful to work with. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ehren made sure to quote me the best price before I made the long drive to Aurora. In fact, he was even able to save me an additional $500 from the price quoted over the phone after he determined that I was eligible for an additional rebate. He was honest and courteous. About an hour after test driving the car, my paperwork had been processed, my car detailed, and I was driving away! Amazing!!!

Everyone was so helpful and willing to take the time to help us find the best deal. We came in to look at the 2015 Equinox's on sale, but did not find one in the color we wanted. We were so happy that the salesman showed us the huge selection of 2014 Captiva's. The Equinox and Captiva's have enough similarities (engine size, etc) that we decided to consider a Captiva instead of an Equinox. The salesman worked hard to find us the best deal on a Captiva with the color that we wanted. I strongly recommend Mayes automotive. We will definitely be coming back again when it is time for our next vehicle.

I searched the internet and read reviews for other dealerships in Springfield. one review on Reliable Chevrolets site recommended that we go to Mayse. I filled out the credit report online and within a few minutes. Mike Molica called me back and we set up an appt. for the next day. Our salesperson was Ehren Clark. What a great person. I cant forget to mention Matt Molica and Rob Bieber. They were awesome!! Our 20 year old daughter was with us and within a month she was back buying another car!! How ever when I brought Arcadia in to have the paint work done the info was not written down or it did not get to the touch up person so the paint shop could do all of the touch up work. There were three spots that was missed. I will take care of it sense you gave me the touch up paint. otherwise everything is good.

This is our second vehicle purchase from Mayse Automotive and both of them have been positive. David Brown really took his time with us today, as we decided to trade our previous vehicle in for a very nice Buick Regal which has everything we've ever wanted in a vehicle. I wasn't sure how it would all work out, but our negotiations were pleasant, with the requisite give and take on both sides of the table. I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I felt comfortable with for a higher priced vehicle (no up-sell nonsense.) The finance man, Rob, also was pleasant and easy to work with despite nearly as much paperwork as I had to buy my house! We've had great experience with Mayse in the service department as well, as they took great care of us with some issues we had early on with our first vehicle purchase there a few years ago. I admit I was disappointed to hear our previous salesperson Mike Whitesell, was on vacation, but Dave stepped in very graciously and provided the help we needed. The finance portion of the process is always stressful for me, but Rob took his time to assuage my fears and some confusion I had about the numbers. We were pleasantly surprised by the 'rebate' on our previously purchased warranty (the portion still available from trading in the vehicle. This 'bonus' helped on feeling the purchase was even more advantageous than previously thought. Thank you.

Told Steve what I was looking for and only test drove one truck (the one I purchased). Very professional and very knowledgeable. Straight to the point; no BS. One thing I really liked was that he was not pushy at all; I hate when they try to get you to buy a car that you don't want. I had an approved loan so I walked in there and left with my new truck in probably less than three hours. Another great thing was the front door service to sign papers if needed; they hand carried paperwork to the house about two hours away for me to sign. Definitely recommend going to these guys if you are car shopping.

We recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from Marty Newport at Mayse. Our entire buying experience was wonderful, but Marty Newport, our salesman, was the icing on the cake. He took great care of us while we were at the dealership, but has gone above and beyond the call of duty since purchasing our car. I accidentally left one of my daughter's CD's in the CD player. Marty wrapped it up and personally mailed it to us. We have had a couple of other issues since then as well (i.e. missing floormat, incorrect paperwork). I have gone to several Chevrolet dealers. Mayes auto group and John Kieny was excellent. I purchase a 2015 Equinox and would highly recommend John as a salesmen and a friend. I drove 65 miles one way to deal with him. He is a example that all salesmen can admire.

I had met Ehren Clark a few months back and we had talked about car buying and I took a card from him, 6 months later I decided I needed a new car. I had bought a sun fire 17 years ago and was ready to upgrade.. Buying cars is not fun as so much goes into this process, I have a full time job and it's hard to get to the dealership during the week. I just emailed Ehren what I wanted and he was able to provide me several links to look at cars on the lot. I found the car I liked and I was able to get everything ready to go via email before going to dealership which was great.. Ehren was fantastic to work with as he had everything in order as soon as I walked in the door. I would say all sales members would be great but I will only use Ehren when I buy my daughters cars in the next few years. He made the car buying process as easy as possible for my family and I and was even nice enough to give me a crash course on what features the car has after he was off the clock.. That says a lot to me..You will not be disappointed if you go through Ehren when buying a car with mayse.Sincerely Brian new owner of a great car!!

Mayse was one of 3 dealer is various parts of the country that had a vehicle that met my needs, and they were willing to sell it to me at a more fair price than the other two. After sending payment, I flew in on a Friday morning to drive back over the weekend. They picked me up at the airport and after the drive and about 20 minutes of signing papers I was on my way. Very easy to work with. I had never purchased a car without seeing it in person before, so I was a bit nervous but, other than some pretty minor areas that had been touched up on the bumper, the car was absolutely as represented.. Happy to recommend.

We drove 5 hours one way because (obviously) we were very sure of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We had already shopped around and knew what our trade was worth. When we arrived, they offered us $3000 less than the lowest of any of the other SIX places we visited. Yes, I know that it depends on the mark-up of the vehicle you're looking at purchasing. We had done a tremendous amount of research. When we saw their vehicle it had two large dents with scratches down to the metal. I think they thought that if we drove that far, we would settle for anything and we decided that a wasted trip was better than being ripped off, and so we drove home without purchasing a vehicle. The salesman repeatedly told us that it was "the owner's fault" and that everything would have been different if "the owner hadn't gotten involved". That brought us no comfort on our 5 hour drive home. We purchased a much nicer, newer vehicle for a great price and got $5000 more for our trade than Mayse offered us. I would encourage people to shop around or just avoid this place all together. It was a terrible experience.

They always offer the best prices on their vehicles (beating their competition by a couple thousand usually) and they never pressure you or harass you! The last thing I need is someone following me around, asking an overwhelming amount of questions, and then making suggestions that would not benefit my family in any way mainly because they're trying to "encourage" you to spend more and Mayse has NEVER done any of those things! They have always been professional, friendly, and courteous! We have always left feeling like we got a great vehicle with an amazing deal! I can't say enough about them! We heard Mayse was the place to go so we drove 2 1/2 hours to check it out. We could not believe how large of a dealership Mayse was. We met Ehren CLark and told him what we were looking for. He knew just where to take us on the lot. We looked at a couple new trucks and ended up buying a brand new High Country. Ehren was great to work with and got us a great deal. We got to the lot late in the day so were there well after it closed. Ehren stayed over an extra 2 1/2 hours while we completed all the paperwork with Tripp, and then showed us everything on our new vehicle. EVERYONE there was friendly and we will definitely go back when it is time to buy another vehicle.
