After a long drive, and an attempted bamboozle at a dealership in Miami, we found Michael and the team at Mazda of Palm Beach. We found the car on their website, it was just as pictured and described, unlike the other car we went to see in Miami. Once we decided the car was ours, the transaction went quickly and smoothly. We were even offered lunch. Excellent experience. We are now the happy owners of a 2018 Atlas. Thank you Michael and Mazda of Palm Beach. It was worth the drive from Tampa.

I had been in the market for a new car (buy or lease) and I hadn't been able to decide on a vehicle make or model. I had questions and concerns about my credit (which was fair but still wasn't sure on certain things) and also had a certain monthly amount that I couldn't go over, so I wasn't the easiest customer that could've walked through the door. I was referred to Matt Sage in Sales at Mazda of Palm Beach and that first day of going to see him to speak about getting a new car, I had an appointment with him to do so later that afternoon and before 7pm I was leaving in a new 2021 Mazda3, which I love!!! He made me feel comfortable since the very beginning and was easy to speak with about all my financial restraints and concerns and he was able to answer all my questions and helped me choose the just the right car for me! I appreciated his knowledge and experience during the process, as he's been with Mazda for years and really is a great spokesperson for them. I even had my cell phone battery die as I was trying to get my auto insurance set up and he went and got me a charger and offered to help me do it on his computer if any issues with my phone charging. I am a high anxiety person, I tend to worry too much, over think everything and somehow assume nothing is going to work out for me when it comes to bigger things like this and I was greeted and treated with a response of grace and calmness about a process that usually is a more stressful one for anybody, and his demeaner helped me out so much and made this process as smooth as possible. I am thankful to him and to everyone who helped me out that day and since then at Mazda of the Palm Beaches. I am fully satisfied with my car and feel lucky and happy every time I open the door! I would recommend anyone who is thinking of buying or leasing a car from Mazda, to go to the Palm Beach location and see Matt Sage!! I promise you, you won't regret it! Best decision I made in a very long time. :)

I’ve been a customer at this location now for almost 10 years and always had good service. I stopped by last week to see if the car I liked was available in inventory, and was immediately helped by Eugene. He made the process so much easier and enjoyable. I usually dread having to trade my leases and this time it was a great experience. He understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me through the whole process and actually made it fun. Thank you Eugene for everything!

One of the most easier car purchases ever! No pushy sales people, Matthew Sage is the guy to deal with in Sales. I traded in an older Mazda for a newer one and the experience was 5 star from the first transaction to the last! Highly recommend this dealership and the staff that work there! I will be back! They also have high end cars if that is your market.

Came in today to see if we would get a good deal for our trade in and we did. On top of that we encountered a very helpful and friendly staff. Our sales rep Gio was excellent. He listened to what was most important to us and delivered. The general manager Ben C. was also very helpful. He understood our needs and kept his word when he mentioned he would do everything he can to make it work for us. The finance officer Rodney was also great. Overall, everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place itself has a very elegant and clean feel.
