I purchased my second vehicle from them yesterday & couldn't be happier! I went in hoping to buy the CX-5 but wasn't sure if I could get the financing. I worked with Ray Stewart with help from Rick Preast. Two amazing guys! They went to work for me & put me in my new vehicle! Ray went to bat for me & got me an amazing interest rate, which pleasantly suprised me! He also went out of his way to get me some extra perks for free! I would recommend Park Mazda to anyone that is looking for a great deal & a great vehicle!! I traded in my '08 Mazda 3 which I never had any problems with at a great trade-in price!! I purchased a 2014 CX-5 from Ray Stewart of Park Mazda long distance site unseen. Many would say that is unwise but it was one of the best and easies car purchases I have ever made. Ray provided great service and answered all my questions. The car was eventhing I was told and the deal clencher was that it was delivered to my door! Thanks Ray and Park Mazda.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Park Mazda. Since moving to Ohio in 1997 my family has purchased all our vehicles here. I cannot express enough how easy the experience is for me. My questions are answered promptly and professionally, and I always leave feeling like my money was well spent. I would and do recommend Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle or simply service for their current vehicle. I am avid about the Outdoors, and my Nissan Frontier couldn't be more perfect for my trips. It hauls my trailers with ease. Allows for sleeping in the back on winter nights, and with the cap allows for me to set up my car camping sites like mini outdoor mansions. Can't recommend Park Mazda any higher. If they don't have what you're looking for, they go out of their way to find it. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way way up!!

At the time i didnt even thank i could get finacing,i met the salesman lamar,who got me aproved in a beautiful 2012 for taurus,lamar even gave me a ride home to drop off my moms car,was in and out of there on a sat in two hours with my ford taurus,thanks lamar,and park mazda.

I worked at Park Mazda for almost two years and it has been two year since I have worked there. I started there as a sales person who personally has never purchased a car from a dealership. In those two years, I saw how other dealers treated clients and pushed them into cars they didnt want or didnt meet their budget leaving that person in a bind financially and emotionally with their car, and it was heart wrenching. Ray taught me how to listen, just listen, to everyone who walked into the door. I can say I have worked with Ray, Ive seen the how he creates opportunities for people and how many people he has not only alleviated that financial burden, but also has bent over backwards to make sure that person got as much car for their buck. My husband 4 years ago was not credit worthy to purchase anything and he was stuck in a truck payment that was 2x more than it was worth. Ray sat us down and showed us what we needed to do to help ourselves. We took Rays advise to heart. 4 years later, my husband has the truck that not only is he proud of, but we got an amazing deal that we couldnt even dream of 4 years ago. Ive watched Ray do this over and over again. He is not a that car salesman you find on all the other lots. Hes an amazing person, he genuinely cares about every single customer he has worked with. I love my Park Mazda family, and I am very loyal to them. If you have bad credit or excellent credit, Ray will make sure you are taken care of 100% because hes different from everyone else, its about YOU not him.

I have bought two new Mazda vehicles in the last couple of years from Ray Stewart of Park Mazda at Wooster. The first vehicle was a 2012 Mazda 3. We put around 120k faultless miles on that car in three years and decided to trade it in on a new CX5. While I shopped around for many weeks and approached a large number of competing dealers, the honest price and excellent follow up service was what swayed me. Ray Stewart made every effort to address my concerns and provide the new vehicle for the price I wanted, the way I wanted, when I wanted. I can highly recommend this dealership and Ray Stewart in particular for making the car buying process as painless as possible.

I recently purchased a Mazda cx7 from Lamar through Park Mazda in Wooster. I was extremely happy with the service I received while in the process of the purchase as well as the follow up to ensure there were no issues afterwards. Not only was I able to get the right vehicle at a decent price but I was also contacted with additional information about my vehicle a few days after that had not been discussed during the purchase. I feel the service I received this time went above and beyond the service of many dealers. Oh and I love my new car.

Ray Stewart is an outstanding sales person. He is extremely courteous, professional, helpful and honest. We have purchased a total of seven vehicles from him over the past decade and have always been treated well and provided with a fair price every time. Whenever we needed any help from an oil change to loans to auto repairs, Ray was always happy to serve as a point person to set up convenient times and ensure quality service. When each of my children reached driving age and needed a safe, quality vehicle, all I ever had to do was give Ray a call and he would have vehicles ready for test drives and selection - in advance - we never had to wait a minute. With my and my husband's busy schedules, and at the time, teenagers with almost crazy schedules, Ray always bent over backwards to accommodate us. When we wanted to purchase a different color or model, Ray would make all of the arrangements to have it delivered on site within a few days, freshly washed and in perfect condition! Ray is always willing to go the extra mile to help a customer - we have referred dozens of happy new customers to him! Ray is there for the long term relationship, not for the quick sale. Although we moved to Columbus a few years ago, I will make the drive back up to Wooster to buy all of our future cars - Ray is well worth the drive! Ray, I appreciate all that you have done for my family, including pointing me in the right direction of side curtain airbags when purchasing the kids' cars and long before these airbags were common in other manufacturers' models. Our son was in a horrible roll-over accident in his Mazda 3 which totaled his vehicle, and the extra protection that you recommended saved his life. I bought a used Mazda 6 from Park Mazda of Wooster, the lady that sold it to me no longer works there but Ray Stewart has been a remarkable person to work with, I took my 09 Mazda in for a new head light and fell in love with the new body style of the Mazda 6 (2014) spoke with Ray and he made it happen, I owed quit a bit on my 09 but they dealt with me and I went home a happy woman. Ray stays in touch and asks if there is anything I need or asks how the car is doing. I will recommend Ray as a salesman to everyone.

My wife and I were looking for a high MPG low cost new car for our sons to drive back and forth to school (15 miles each way). Ray Stewart (X-Farmer) sat down with us and listened to what we wanted and not what he was asked to push like other dealers. We ended up buying a 2013 Mazda 3. When we picked up the car, Ray sat down with our oldest son and made sure he knew everything about the car before letting us drive it off the lot. I highly recommend Ray and Park Mazda in Wooster!!

My car broke down, not being fixable, and I needed a new car. I heard many great things about Park Mazda in Wooster, and went through a very nice guy named Ray Stewart. Ray went above and beyond. I was approved, and took a new car home. I had a loan still out on my old car, and they wrote me a check to pay the old loan off , gave me a great price on the new car, and gave me a month before I had to start making payments!!! I even got a phone call a week later asking how me and my new car was doing!!!! This is an amazing place, filled with great people!!! I will recommend to all my friends!!!

I bought my new Mazda 6 from Nick at Park Mazda of Wooster and he could not have been more helpful. It is always great to see the owner roll up his sleeves and help to make sure that I was well taken care of. This made all the difference to me to know that he cared about getting me the best deal. I have since taken my car in for service and the staff was very friendly and quick with the repairs even though I did not have an appointment. I would definitely buy another car from Nick.

At Park Mazda Of Wooster, we understand your frustration and will get the job done right the first time.That message from the owner was on the google search results. I don't think anyone at the Park Mazda dealership understands anyone's frustrations!! I bought a car there barely two months ago. I made one payment on it and the transmission and rear differential went out! Needless to say the dealership has been anything but helpful. I was completely aware the car I purchased had no warranty-it was sold as is. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the warranty that was available to vehicles sold as is. I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do for me especially since I had not had the car for even 60 days. They informed me I should have bought the warranty...you know that one they never offered in the first place. I figured if I went in to talk to someone face to face it would help. Oh, it did. They offered to trade the vehicle out right for something of equal value. I was so relieved at that point until the next morning they called and said they weren't going to do anything. They even brought up them fixing it...for a cost!! They wanted me to pay them to fix it! I refuse to give these people anymore of my money and I will NEVER buy another vehicle here. BUYER BEWARE!
