The Mazda service center is way above par with timely service, great customer service, and very friendly people. Rafael especially goes above and beyond. In fact service centers like the Mercedes one in white plains could take a page out of this little guy's book! Very very pleased.

I get my car serviced here because of the honesty, respect, quality of service, and comfort level I have grown accustomed to over the years. Up front, accomodating (schedules and loaner cars) are helpful as well.

I'm so happy I used Mazda of whiteplains to purchase my new Mazda CX-5. It was such a nice experience. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating and willing to listen and help me with my purchase. I would definitely recommend using them. I didn't get the run around like I had from other dealerships. It was truly a pleasant experience working with them. Thank you to the team who helped me in purchasing my brand new Mazda! I love it.

Bought a 2015 car in March 2016. It's been breaking down since the first week I got it. After the car stalling and breaking down in the middle lane on I-684 and nearly being killed I left the car with WP Mazda Service under warranty. They kept the car for 2 months. I picked it up and found deep scratches all over my car and the car still breaks down. I asked them to fix the scratches and they insisted it wasn't their fault. Rafael then poorly attempted to apply touch up paint to the scratches as a "favor". It's hideous. I'm embarrassed of the job Rafael Fernandez did to my car. I'm embarrassed to even say I've done business with this lemon dump bucket. Tom Larossa and Dave the Director promised I would be provided with good service and I'm still waiting to see it. I doubt good service even exists in a place like WP Mazda dealership. I've been forced to get a lawyer as the dealership keeps damaging my car every time I bring it in to be serviced after a break down and refusing to take responsibility. Isn't the dealership responsible for fixing a car under warranty? Additionally, shouldn't the dealership own up to selling a car with major break down issues and also take responsibility for the damage further caused while being serviced by Rafael Fernandez? Rafael Fernandez, by the way, did not ask my permission to apply touch up paint on my car. I now need PROFESSIONAL body work done to cover that ugly mess you call a "favor" when you are the one who scratched the car while being serviced by you!

I came to look at the inventory available on their lot. The person who helped me was nice at first until I inquired about the price of an SUV. He tried to talk me out of the car I wanted and belittled me when I clearly stated I was not interested in a different vehicle.

Worst new car experience ever. I've never dropped 30k+ on a car and been treated as poorly afterward. I live just across the NY border in CT and was cross shopping CX-5's in the area when I walked into this dealership. Like most buyers I had already done the research and had an idea of what I wanted to pay and what my trade in was worth. Victor Bellavia the GM sold me on buying a car in NY vs CT due to a conveyance tax that dealers charge in CT and disallowed in NY. He told me the figure was a hidden fee of $700 and negotiated with me based on this figure. Fact checking this a day later I discovered this was a blatant lie. Although there is such a thing as a conveyance fee it is discretionary and up to the individual dealer. Even though I caught them in a lie I unbelievably returned to them to buy my CX-5. As part of the deal they agreed to install a tail hitch receiver and transfer my registration for me. I picked up the vehicle on 07/13. They did a horrible job preparing the vehicle for me, there was wax all over the exterior plastic, but I let that go because I didn't want to break the salesmen's chops. About 2 weeks later I noticed that when they installed the receiver hitch they never replaced all the bumper mounts. I took a picture of the missing mounts and sent it to salesman Rob Foresti and Ben Ehrlich on August 5th. They promised to look into and get back to me. 5 follow ups later and an email to the general manager Victor Bellavia and no response. I called Mazda USA to complain and they called Victor who feigned ignorance of the issue and promised to have Anthony Cacciola the head of their service department call me, this was on 08/22. No call back, and he did not return my message. Obviously Victor lied to Mazda USA to get them off his back. I had a separate issue with the registration. They charged me $250 to handle the registration, they waited until the absolute last minute to process the registration, while telling me on 2 separate occasions that "it was in the mail". After making several urgent appeals Ben finally sent me their copy a day before my temporary registration expired and promised to track the original for me. 3 follow ups later and no reply. They left me hanging. They had my money and helping me wasn't important to them. I had to pay CT to have a duplicate made. After doing some fact checking with the DMV about the issue I discovered that this dealership charged me double what CT allows for the registration, and also had lied to me about when the paperwork was started. I have all of this in writing, emails, and screen-prints from the DMV. I don't know how this dealership normally does business but my impression is that because I lived in CT they never expected me to return and didn't care about me as a customer. I have never been treated like this by a dealership, I literally feel like I just bought a used car on craigslist as opposed to a 30k new vehicle. My requests were relatively minor, missing bumper mounts and registration. How would they handle a major issue? I filed additional complaints with the CT consumer protection, Better business bureau, and Mazda USA. Don't give these people your money. I have emails, screen prints, and documentation with Mazda USA, Rob Foresti, Ben Ehrlich, and CT DMV to substantiate my claims regarding this dealership.

I made the appointment on line and the next day I took my car in and the service was done in 45 minutes. From the service manager to the office everyone was polite and pleasant. The least stressful experience I have ever had at a dealership service center. I have a new found confidence in dealer service thanks to the Mazda service center. !

Everyone dreads bringing their car in for service or recalls. This was definitely not the case when I brought my Mazda 3 in for 2 recalls and a safety inspection. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. My car was ready in less than 1 1/2 hours and I am totally satisfied with my entire experience.

Very pleasant and friendly people. One person even offered to drive me home.Only negative is that servicing a car at the dealer is much more expensive than using your own mechanic.

Peerless incompetence is a compliment compared to how I could describe the Premier Collection group, who owns Mazda White Plains a.k.a. Westchester Mazda. They service/sell Audi, BMW, Fiat, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Subaru, Volkswagen, and Volvo. This is important because they destroyed my vehicle and I now have to buy another! Ive had such a terrible experience that Im not even looking at one of these brands for purchase, on the off chance it would ever have to be serviced by any location that they own. I am a loyal Mazda customer and have/had a Miata and a Tribute; the only car I would ever consider buying was another Mazda, thats changed! I went in for simple repairs and came out with major engine damage after they had my vehicle for 90 days (yes NINETY, the car could have been put together from just parts shipped from Japan in that time). They did not pay for my previous or current rental fees as promised, Im currently in a rental and have to purchase another vehicle. Ive had to purchase my own parts because they didnt have their act together enough to even get factory parts; some of which were not needed, a wasted expense from misdiagnosis. Ive reported them to Mazda Corporate which did less than nothing. I responded to a sales flyer thinking they wanted to try to make right trashing my car and I got a condescending brush-off regarding the age of my vehicle from Victor Bellavia (Sales), this matched the belligerence of Anthony Cacciola (Service Manager). Dont fall for the Win $5,000 Cash sales gimmick, I didnt see anyone win; seemed more like a sleazy bait and switch tactic (break a vehicle to get you to buy a new one). They offered to put a used catalytic converter on my car (for $200 while I could have gotten a new one from AutoZone for that price, and $1,700 for a new one-OUTRAGEOUS!) after breaking it to begin with; at cost (what nerve). Keep DMV VS-35 complaint & Application to File Small Claims forms handy, youll need them to file at City and Hearing near you! Corporate for all these companies need to realize that although a Dealership is independently owned, their actions effect corporate sales; as such sanction or cut loose gross offenders of the company brand. For the person reading this, just consider; if they cant fix basic problems on a Mazda would you really want them working on your luxury vehicle (just a thought). DONT USE THEM! BUYER BEWARE!

Car service is rarely enjoyable, but Rich made the experience as pleasant as possible. I was not expecting such a high cost routine maintenance, but that's a Subaru issue, not a Westchester Subaru Service one

I had been hesitant to go from my jeeps and sport cars into a Mazda. I've known Benjamin, my salesman, for fifteen years and he finally convinced me as my needs have changed to buy Mazda. I needed something more family oriented and my Mazda 3 Hatch Is it. It's safe, reliable, I get around well in the snow, good for tossing my kids things in the trunk. Best of all I'm getting better gas mileage than I've had in ten years which is now very important. I'm overall pleased with the service and time taken with me to make me comfortable in my decision and purchase. Everything was laid right out in front of me and Ben guided me towards the right vehicle for me. When I'm driving by myself I open it up a bit more and it's a blast to drive so I don't miss my sports cars.

(This review is purely for the Service Center) Absolutely terrible customer service! After Westchester Mazda performed work on my car totaling thousands of dollars, they refused to reimburse me for a nominal rental car fee after repeated misrepresentations by individuals in the service center that I would not be charged for same. Numerous emails and calls later to several members of Westchester Mazda went unanswered. What a terrible way to treat people. A customer brings over thousands of dollars of business to you and you cannot reimburse him for a petty fee which you repeatedly said you would?? The fact that they continue to ignore my repeated communications speaks volumes.... avoid this place at all costs.

Westchester Mazda is unusually deceptive, even for a car dealership. Their blatant bait-and-switch tactics motivated me to sign up on this site just to warn others. Stay far, far away.

Scam artists who will lure you in with a good price and change it at the last second. They have no qualms about cheating customers. Don't believe their lies.

I don't usally make these reviews but this time I feel I should. I was in the market for a mazda3, went to several dealers both in New York and New Jersey, and ended up buying one from Westchester Mazda. The whole experience was very positive. Price was fair (I'm an internet buyer so when I say price is fair you know it is). Our saleman Benjamin was very nice and treated my wife and me like value customers. He was busy so at times it took him a while to get back to us by phone or email. But other than that, Ben was straight forward with his pricing and the numbers he presented stayed the same throughout. No trick, no push, no hassle. We didn't even have to see any other guys in there because Ben took us through sale, financing, paperwork from beginning to end. Isn't it nice when you get the car around the price you aim for dealing with only one person who treat you with respect and the whole process from in to out was smooth? For me I couldn't ask for more.

I found a 2009 Mazda CX-9 online and was hesitant to travel from Ohio to New York to buy it, but these guys made it worth the effort. They held the car for me for a few days, picked me up at my hotel, and were great in getting me in and out after I'd made my decision to buy.

Westchester Mazda. If I did not buy the Fiat, I would definitely have bought the Mazda2 from Everol McKenzie. The dealership is awesome and they are straight shooters. I have a lot of respect for a business that hires people that deal fair and square. Most of the employees have been with the owner (Vincent ViSimone) for over 20 years! Victor Bellavia gave a fair price quote for my trade-in and Everol followed through on locating a car that fit what I was looking for. No pressure and honest. Really Really Good: Highly recommended.
