I purchased a pick up truck from from Mr. Santos and Miss Jennifer. Their sales person Arturo help me throughout the process very professional gentleman. The vehicle did have some things that needed to get addressed and with great communication with Mr. Arturo things got done quickly, if someone I know, family or friend are in need of a vehicle. This is the perfect place to point them at the right direction, I would recommend this establishment to them, I will definitely come back and purchase another vehicle in the near future. thank you guys for your hospitality. Before going to purchase a vehicle of any sort you must do your own research on it. You have to know what you want, like, and need before pulling up to any dealership. That being done and out of the way, arriving to this dealership was the best decision I could have ever made. Also and one of the most important people I must mention is Alberto Hernandez. He is the type of person that will be patient, understanding, and do everything that is possible to help you. He is not just a salesperson. Both Hernandez and the dealership make you feel like at home. That being said, if and when you purchase your vehicle you will 100% be satisfied with your decision. No doubt about it.

I would give 0 stars. Honestly never met a group of people that tried to screw you over harder than these people. Do not buy a car from them. They are rude, and are not willing to help you at all! If you want good customer service go somewhere else. I tried to buy a Camaro, they where not helpful, drove to Houston and bought the the same car for less miles in better condition and at the same price at Texas Direct Auto. I don’t know if they where having a bad day, or if they treat all their customers like this. But I will never be going back, and you shouldn’t either.

Well this will be the first of 2, Santos is a patient man. I'm a bit much sometimes, but he has been has been great. I purchased a car sight unseen. I trust no one, but for some reason he gave me a good feeling. We probably chatted more than we did business. I wish I could have beat him up on the price a little more but I know I got a solid deal(we all wish for the best..lol) he stayed late to get my paperwork in order, dealt with all of my relentless calls and questions (I've never bought a car from 2200 miles away) thank you Santos, wish we could have met
