Took my Lincoln MKS for and oil change and the service staff check my vehicle and discovered that the rear shocks were leaking. They discovered the rear braces need attention. The problem with the braces was a caliper was also leaking. The repairs were done in outstanding matter. The service staff was as always very helpful that is why take my vehicle to them and no where else.

We had a pretty good idea of the car we wanted to look at when we came in. We weren't pressured at all by the salesman. He didn't even ride along on our test drive. The whole process was very smooth and everyone is incredibly friendly. Best car buying experience!

Service was good. However, I was expecting a complimentary car wash. The outside of the windows were wiped down but the vehicle was not washed. I'm not sure if the complimentary car wash has been eliminated so I may have gotten what I was due.

I had a very 'knotty' issue with a factory recall, although it was not resolved; the survice team went out of their way to attempt a satisfying fix. I cannot say enough for the effort that was expended,personal phone calls, and demonstrations...I could not have asked for more. I will continue to Persue this at the factory level but the shop, especially 'Susan' was outstandingly helpful!

They treat you like family/friends. Always concerned they have completely taken care of my concerns. More dealerships needs to follow McAuley's example!I only rated the facilities lower because it's an old building. It's always well maintained and clean. It adds to the "old time" small town dealership they have, whether intentioned or not. It also helps keep prices down.

I was looking for a reliable place to take my older car for service. There were several things I wanted to have checked out and fixed. My friend recommended McAuley. I called them and told them what I wanted to have done. Susan told me how she would like to address my concerns and gave me a time when I could bring my car in. I have to say I was very happy with overall service that I received from them. They gave my car a full check out and called to let me know what they thought needed to be done. I really appreciated that they were conservative in there recommendations. I felt a level of trust and comfort with their service that I have not felt from any mechanic in a long time. Our experience with McAuley was top notch. We found a car online that they had in stock. Called and asked to come see it. They stayed two hours past closing to accomodate us (we were driving from Visalia). We got there, test drove the car, signed the paperwork and drove away within half an hour. Thank you, Jose, for your great customer service and Matt for staying and running the paperwork for us. Additionally, there was just one little thing wrong with our CPO MKX and before we could call them, they called US to let us know they had the part and would get it to us ASAP. Just a really great experience! Thank you!

Great customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive. The staff let me know that they will take a bit more time to finish doing the service on my car, which I appreciate for telling me. Where as other dealerships or workshops do not hesitate to tell a customer that it would take longer to do a service for whatever reason is encounter. McAuley Motors did a great job. My car runs better and feels better. Thank you!

We've had nothing but positive experiences and help from Susie (and her father before her!). They have gone to bat for us with Ford when we've had a couple of issues over many years. Their sales department is friendly, low pressure. I can't speak to this one low review (it's hard to even make complete sense of it) but I would suggest folks try and judge for themselves...

my car is maintained by this shop for several times from its original selma dealer but closed down. my car has a carbon fiber aftermarket hood with security hood latch. i specificaly reminded the service manager (susie) every time i live my car for service true them to take care of the car if they have questions. call me at the shop im working at.macualey and selma dealers has no problem doing maintanace oil chane etc with my vehicle even if it had aftermarket hood trunk and spoiler etc.i already had a bad experiece with the service before but had no choice but to bring it back to them coz ther the only mitsubishi dealer that carry oem parts in town. i drop my car for a waranty replacement and added an oil change while they have the car.after the oil changing (susie) called me and said that the car is ready and i can pick it up on my lunch time. when i came in at the dealer susie told me one hood latch doesnt close or lock. i asked her was the latch like that when i brougt it in and she said no. she gave me a bunch of excusses. i told her that shes been doing work on the vehicle several times why now. she also mentioned the mechanic that work on it is not familiar with it she thinks. before i left i noticed a crack on one of the handles and its bent due to exccesive force trying to lock it down. and told sussie about it. she offered to replace the latch of the same kind and promise to order the same exact one from the maufacturer and replace it as soon as possible. as long as they wont damaged anything else lets go and replace it (but) gave her a heads up right away that the hood latch came with the hood from the manufacturer altering or replacing will damged the hood and she said that he has a mechanic that knows how to work on those. so took the car and waited for the part to come in. called her almost every week since last time we talk about getting the part. and all i here from her is she talk to a shop in the bay area and they said they dont have it stock. finaly called her jan 7 2013 she said the same thing but after a a few days called me and said the part came in. went the shop again to get done finaly but found out the part is not the same carbon as what i have. after this is history!! shes saying that she odered the right part and take it or leave it that shes handing me 1 hood latch that she ordered that that the wrong color and that im on my own. i declined accepting the hood latch and called the shop that she ordered and spoke to the same guy named dan and told me that susie called there shop months ago asking for the item and never ordered not until a day after i called asking if the part that were waiting is here already( she was lying al this those months) all along. called the general mngr. the next day and left a message to call me as sson as possible. next day sussie(service mngr) called me instead and told that mark mcauley the general mngr. doesnt or refuse to speek with me due to sussie saying that they did not damaged the latch etc. everything is being a mess right now and non of this mngr. doenst whant to resolved my issue. even after calling mitsubishi corporate.
