Honestly doesn’t deserve even one star. Bought a truck from him a few months back. Brought it back a few days later because of an oil leak he took it to his so called mechanic and said it was fixed a week later started leaking again and the ABS light and brake light and traction control light came on. Called him and he said he will call me back to set up when to take it in. Never called and whenever I stop he’s not around or hiding in the back more then likely. Now I’m looking at $2800 in repairs for something that should have been done by the dealer. I’d gladly remove the review if things are made right with me but I don’t think that will happen.

Mark McCabe is the most honest person in the Car business. I went to another dealer and they could not make the numbers work. Mark and Charlotte made the numbers work and got me into a new car. They bend over backward to help the customer.

No one was at the dealership when we arrived, it was closed. They took the time out of their Saturday afternoon to come in to let us test drive the vehicle and were even willing to stay late to let us purchase that day. With the no pressure sales attitude, we were able to walk away and continue looking as we needed. We had already been looking for a suburban that was in good shape for awhile and they had such a reasonable price on such a clean vehicle we couldn't resist and we were back. Mark and Charlotte got us good financing, even while our bank dragged their proverbial feet. We drove away satisfied and able to fit our family into one vehicle. Definitely a good experience and would go back to see them again!
