DO NOT GO THERE! WENT IN FOR A RECALL. GOT CHARGED 30.00 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY RADIO WHEN I KNEW MY RADIO WASNT WORKING!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!

The alternator went out of one of our business trucks today close to McCall's. We came in without an appointment and they were still quick to get it in and get our driver back on the road. Exceptional service experience! We will be checking with McCall's when making our next new Ram purchase as a result of our experience today. Service department was terrible. Tried to overcharge on replacement parts. Wanted to perform that was not needed. The price quoted was triple the amount of the actual repairs done at another location.
