I went in for a 2018 Malibu and left with just that with the help of Jake! He was the most helpful Salesmen I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming it made the experience better. Most dealerships are pushy, but McCarthy in Lee’s Summit definitely wasn’t one of those it was a straight forward deal. I highly recommend going there for a car! I will definitely be going back in the future for another car!

My experience was absolutely amazing. I can't thank Jake enough for all of his help. He definitely went above and beyond for me. I asked when I would be taking my new car home and he said this evening (mind you I got there around 6:30 and they were busy). He got it detailed and all for me!!! I highly recommend talking to Jake, he will make your visit one to remember.

I just bought my second car in the last year because a growing family we needed something bigger. Thanks to McCarthy for reaching out to us and helping us getting us information and setting us up. We couldn't be happier with another dealership or salesman. About a year later the new car runs great but the amount we pay for new cars now days I think you could do better than 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. I was no expert in buying a new car and was in need of a bigger car but next time I will look for a better deal. No complaints about service other than that.

*Editing my original review to update. The day of my original review, I was contacted by Scott Bailey (Operations Manager). He quickly provided me with guidance for fixing my issue and then ensured me that they would provide further assistance if this did not fix the issue. His suggestion was what was needed and my issue has been fixed. I appreciate the prompt and friendly service we have received from this dealership. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future! Your dealership is clean and the employees are polite and attentive. I was pleased with my service in all areas except one. EVERY TIME I start my car - after I have been driving a few minutes a message pops up "Please confirm password to continue using connected services". I asked them to clear this so it would not pop up anymore, and they told me it cannot be cleared that I have to hit one of the prompts EVERY TIME. This is really annoying and it did not start showing until AFTER my trial run with On Star was over. So, either the employees answer was incorrect (if so - I would really like to know how to clear this) or this is VERY POORLY done by Chevrolet. Some insight would be appreciated. THANKS!!!

I worked out a deal through text messaging. Went in that night and was there less than an hour and was completely done with financing and everything. Even got the vehicle cheaper than we discussed. I was at home by myself that weekend and had no way to pick up the car so they delivered it to my house the next day. Class act, no frills. Will definitely return and recommend.
