I just left this dealership. I was called a liar, a scam artist and a coward by Jim the Service manager because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Beuro to get a refund on shoddy work performed by their mechanics. Just one of many complaints I had, I could write paragraphs, but this one involved the documented fact that their mechanic cross threaded 3 spark plugs in my engine, which of course resulted in damage. To be belittled by the Service Manager over a documented and legitimate complaint in front of his own Service department was degrading to say the least. If you ever take your vehicle there, BEWARE!!!

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from your dealership. I dealt with Jeff Dunn with all purchases. I can't say enough about Jeff. He gives 150% to his job & is excellent. I can tell he is very dedicated at his work & proud of being part of the Ford family. I will spread the word to my friends about your fantastic dealership. P. S. maybe a little something extra in Jeff's Christmas stocking would be nice. You don't want to lose this great employee.Thanks again, Tom Matson

I would like to thank Joe for calling me and guaranteed me that I would leave with a car on December 19th 2014. This happened right after I had a horrible experience at Haggerty Volkswagen. I went to McCarthy Ford not feeling like they were going to do me right because of the Haggerty Volkswagen. I love this place! I submitted interest in purchasing a new car due to my old one finally kicking the bucket. Joe Wolfe, the manager reached out to me and was extremely friendly...I explained that I just moved from Detroit and was absolutely clueless about what needed to be done in order to get a new car....I came in on Saturday May 30, 2015 and ended up linking up with a gentleman by the name of Mark Grifith. He was awesome! He helped me find a car that I can afford, and was very knowledgeable about the product/questions I asked. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and Mark made sure that I understood everything that I was getting myself into...In fact the entire staff was extremely helpful. Everyone from financing to the guy who helped sync my phone to my car. I wish that every establishment had such well polished individuals working for them, and I am certain ecstatic that I chose this dealership! They made my first car buying experience very fast and easy....

I just purchased a 2015 Mustang from McCarthy Ford a couple of weeks ago. I was quickly greeted after contacting the dealership via email, and let the Salesman (Rodney) know what I was looking for. After we went through their stock, it was obvious that I should just order the car with the options I wanted. Rodney was great about it, and within a few minutes my order was placed. Once the car was delivered, my trade in was quickly accepted and I was through finance in 10 minutes. I can't say enough how friendly and comforting the employees in this dealership are. I never felt like I was being pushed into a purchase like I have when buying previous cars (you know, that pit in your stomach that forms after 2 hours of a salesman "talking to the manager"). I was always responded to via email within a few hours, and any questions I had we answered very thoroughly and promptly. If you're looking to pick up a ford, stop by McCarthy, they'll make sure you get the one you want at a competitive price.

Sat down with sales man told him what I was looking for he showed my wife and me some new escapes went out on test drive he showed us everything about the car. We loved the car sat down at his desk he said if I can get you a good price would you buy it I said you get me a good price I'll buy it right now but it has to be a good price. He left for about 20 min came back showed me how much he could take off the sticker price then showed me what he would give me on my trade in then gave me zero percent 6 year and how much my monthly payment would be. All that was much better than I thought. It was so good I bought another escape........NEED A NEW CAR I WOULD CHECK WITH DAN BERNAL IN SALES.....

On December 19th, 2014 after all I had been thru with all the other dishonest dealers I had to to deal with. McCarthy Ford was the only honest dealer, I got a call from Joseph Wolfe, when I told him that I had 0 balance credit score because I hadn't bought anything in over three years, he told me that I will be driving away in my own car that day and when I went he told Daniel H., to take care of me and make sure I left in my own car and I did.

My experience at McCarthy Ford was one worth writing a review for. Brian S. was professional and listened to what I was looking for as well as what I did not desire in a vehicle. He was respectful and able to answer my questions about all models. There was no high pressure,I was allowed to make a decision witout feeling as if I was on a time schedule to do so. McCarthy Ford has lived up to it's reputation and I would recommend others to stop in and speak with them.
