I have bought several cars from McCarthy and have enough been pleased with the sales process. I have now decided to use them for service on my year old car too. Scott Essex has always been helpful and even though I pay a little more than at a single service place to have an oil change done, it is worth it. Scott always makes sure that my needs are met if I need a loaner or just want to wait on the car. I recommend you continue using them even after your free oil changes are used!

I'm a repeat buyer within in a year at McCarthy Hyundai. I went to them first this time because of my positive experience buying an Elantra last year. My experience while purchasing this Elantra was even better than the great experience I had last year. Drew Campbell did an absolutely amazing job helping my wife and I through the purchase process. He listened to what we needed and took us right to the cars that we were interested in. He did not attempt to pressure us into buying options that we did not want. He was polite, professional, and a represented McCarthy and the Hyundai names in a positive manner. He stayed well past closing so that I could come in and look at cars after I got off work. That was very much appreciated and directly influence my decision to buy another Hyundai. We'll be replacing our Audi SUV within the next 2 years, and I will call McCarthy Hundai first and request to speak with Drew when we begin the buying process. After having visited MANY dealerships trying to purchase a vehicle after losing my previous vehicle in a car accident and was on a time constraint to buy another. Every other dealership had basic attitude of take the deal we give. My financial abilities were very tight but this dealership went above and beyond to help get me in the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. They never gave up trying to help and I was so impressed with how much time they were willing to spend to help me. I have always been a Honda customer but due to this wonderful experience I will recommend McCarthy to everyone. I love my Tucson and I'm so grateful for everyone's kindness. They worked miracles. I was wanting a vehicle above my means but they actually made it happen.

Had my first oil change at the dealer. Joe Oliver checked me in and got me out in less than 45 minutes. He also checked if there was any warranty and software updates available on my car. I've used Goodyear in the past, but this was much faster and easier.

I have purchased 8 cars from McCarthy. I believe that I received a fair deal each time we do business. Great staff to work with each time. I did not care for the time wasted with the insurance quote. I am sure that it is a viable program but they are not going to be able to compete with my insurance company.

I purchased my car from McCarthy Chevrolet 2 years ago and have been bringing my car to McCarthy's Service Center ever since. Each time I've been in for standard service, my experience has been great. This last time Joe was very helpful and friendly, and had a nice chat while getting me into the system. He said it would take X amount of time and that is exactly how long it took. No surprises, ect. Always a great experience, friendly staff, and a large, comfortable and clean waiting room! I will keep coming back to have my Malibu serviced at McCarthy.

Overall experience was good, they did what we asked as far as making the transaction as quick and painless as possible. I did however feel the number/amount of paperwork that had to be signed to be quite absurd. Also, on the hood of the car is not a dent or ding but looks to be a flaw in the paint or something has marred the appearance (it is a very small spot)

These folks will lie to your face. My wife leased a car and we got ready to turn the car in. We knew we were over the mileage so the extra $$ we knew about. Kim the leasing manager sat and told both my wife and I that they would hold the car till a rep came to look at it. Then if they found any wear an tear on the car, we would have the opportunity to fix the car. Well that was a lie, Hyundai charged us for tires, and some other B.S. And taxed everything. Don't ever lease from this dealership, they will tell you anything and lie to your face. I will never buy from McCarthy group ever again.

First time paying cash for car I thought it would go quicker. Not so. A+ for Kim in sales. Insurace rep was waste of time- waited 30 minutes for her and told her I like my insurance and then I moved to next step. Wish I could've skipped her.

At last someone listened and helped. I am now a proud driver of a Hyundai. A chance glace at a Veloster and I was a goner. Kim Warner made it all happen. Through emails and phone calls we settled in a deal and I hadn't even driven the car. He even drove the car to me to finalize the deal and I'm over an hour away. Your the tops man. And a shout out to Chad Atchison for walking me through the finances. I even settled for the extended warranty. McCarthy has some pretty good people there in those two fellas.

I need the driver's side door gasket replaced, and have some recall work that needs to be done, on the same trip. They could not enter me into the system because I couldn't leave without the recall work done. I didn't have time to stay for that service. They told me that they needed a few days to order in the door gasket parts, so call ahead. I did that today, but since I wasn't checked into the system they have no record of what parts they need to order. I am required to prepay for these parts they say are special order, and if they order them wrong they cannot return them or issue credit. It is not convenient for me to visit the dealership (I live in a different part of town), and would like to get everything done in one trip. And not pay for a part that is mis-ordered. They are a Hyundai dealership, why can't they return a Hyundai part if it's unused?

Would have rather not have had to buy another vehicle, however given the circumstances with our previous vehicle, it was time to move on to something new. Easiest transaction ever with the nicest sales guy I've ever met. We weren't pressured or ignored. We were given time to think when we needed to make key decisions without being stared at, and they answered every question I had no matter how silly. I have never done business with a more disrespectful business. I am a loyal customer to the McCarthy Nissan Dealership, bought multiple cars there. I figured that since I am always amazed at Nissan's customer service, every McCarthy dealership must be the same. NOT! The moment my daughter and I stepped into McCarthy Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon, all we heard was excuses of being shorthanded. No one could help us, no one could go for a test drive with us, no one went outside to show us even where the used inventory was. We drove by ourselves, mind you, there were two people sitting at desks in the lobby at this time. The next week on Wednesday, my daughter decided to buy the car despite the bad customer service. She loved the car. We waited 45 minutes to do paperwork at 7pm with maybe one other couple in the dealership. Frustrated!!!! I got a call today to come pick up the title and the check for her sales tax, only to drive all the way from Brookside to Olathe to be told IIIIIII would have to call TTHHEEEMMMM tomorrow to find out why THEY didn't write the check! Where has customer service gone? Really? I have to call for YOUR mistake? I'm still waiting to wake up from this nightmare! I love McCarthy Nissan...Chevy and Hyundai...never again! Bad Business!

Overall, a very positive experience. The only negative was I didn't get a full rundown on all the features of the car I bought. It was done by a salesman, rather than a service man. The salesman appeared to be in a hurry. All my questions were answered completely to my satisfaction from the time I entered the dealership to the time I left with my new car.

I had employee pricing so knew price, rebates, fees, sales tax, and finance rates so I knew the numbers before even stepping on to the lot which helped me a lot. He knew every inch of the car from top to bottom . He got me a killer price and helped me along the whole way . I love out by fort Riley and he was in the kc area , any question a I had he answered . I spoke with Ron Solnosky over the phone a day before I actually went over to the dealership and i later out all of my parameters. He assured me that we coukd work out a deal on an Elantra. Sure enough the next day my car was parked outside and ready to drive and within 20 minutes of talking I had an offer sheet that met exactly what we had already discussed. Terrence provided us with exceptional service. His positive, low-key and thoughtful approach as a car salesperson came as a welcome surprise from previous experiences at other dealers. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its features, effectively explaining complex (to me) information in terms I was able to understand. My first impression of McCarthy Olathe Hyundai was that the staff was friendly and welcoming and the facility was clean and well organized from the sales/financial offices to the restrooms and customer lounge. I really was not planning on purchasing on Saturday, but working with Terrence McConnell made the decision to go ahead a good one. Every sales person greeted us as we walked in the door. And Terrence was right there to meet with us, juggling customers, yet never making me wait very long between test drive and negotiation sessions. I was afforded several options and Terrence listened to my preferences and worked with me. Personally, I have always been a Honda driver. I had visited a Honda dealer the previous week where NOT ONE sales person asked to help me--my Pretty Woman kicked in--Honda you "made a big mistake, huge". I traded in my Honda CRV and drove away from McCarthy with a 2015 Tucson. And, Terrence even came to my house and picked up my trade in. I didn't even have to drive back. I have never been accommodated by a car dealership like this EVER. I appreciate being treated intelligently and fairly by the entire McCarthy crew, especially Terrence McConnell. Thanks also to Kent Rose in Finance and Michael Ball, manager. This may very well be the norm for this dealership, but as my first experience with them I WAS IMPRESSED and hope future dealings are just as positive. This is how loyal customers are created!

I have to say that I have been to this dealer before when we bought our Nissans next door. Each time we went in to the Hyundai dealer, we vowed never to buy a car at that location because of the absolute lack of service everytime we visited. In fact we bought our first Hyundai at Shawnee Mission Hyundai through Mike Ball. Fast forward to now where Mike Ball has joined the McCarthy dealership and WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE a good sales manager makes! Now McCarthy Hyundai is a very positive experience. He has hired new salespeople and they approach customer service with a whole new and improved attitude. I had the opportunity/fortune to work with Ferdinand Guinto and Michael Ball. Mike had even recognized me from three years ago when he was at Shawnee Mission. Ferdinand is the most genuine, approachable, caring, and easy to work with salesperson I have ever worked with.I had a trade-in and wanted to lease a new 2015 Sonata (what a car). The deal they gave me for both left the other dealerships in the dust. Kudos to Ferdinand, Michael and Kent (the finance mgr) for such excellent service. I was very impressed with the staff at McCarthy Hyundai in Olathe. I bought a 2015 Santa Fe on 12/22/2014. First off if you are looking for a salesman that wants to make you a deal and leave you feeling like you were treated fair, ask for Terrence McConnell. He is a straight shooter. I have bought six cars from Mr. McConnell. I appreciate his friendliness and his low pressure approach. He wants to sell cars but he also wants to have you be a repeat customer. Terrence tries to make it a win/win situation for him and the customer. I trust him. In the past I have always enjoyed my discussion with Terrence but two years ago I was fed up with the people on the finance side of the business. I had to think hard about doing business with McCarthy a seventh time. I was promised something two years ago when I bought a Sonata. Long story made short, what I was promised never came to fruition. Saturday I met the new floor manager, Michael Ball. He explained to me that I was lied to 2 years ago. He apologized for something that he was not a part of, Mr. Ball started working for this store in June. Bottom line, he could have said whatever, but he sat down and talked to me and my wife. He apologized and told me that he wanted to make things work, that he wanted to right a wrong. In short, Mr. Ball is a stand up guy. A lot of times when you work a deal with the salesman, the finance guy guilts you into a bunch of add-ons. That was not the case this time. Ask to meet with Kent Rose. He is low key and no pressure. He suggested that we take the gap insurance. This is a good idea to consider to keep from getting upside down with your car (owing more for the car than it is worth). That is all Mr. Rose suggested. I had to ask for the maintenance agreement. This is something that you may want to add. Bottom line is that I was totally impressed with Kent and Michael. They completed the experience of buying a car. Thanks for your help gentlemen. Perspective buyers, ask for Terrence. It is worth your time to listen. Good luck!

I traded in a 2012 rspec 5.0 Genesis and bought a new 2015 Genesis 5.0 Ultimate. McCarthy Hyundai gave me above book value for my trade and kept me near invoice on the new vehicle I purchased. The funny thing was, this was their first offer. There was no need to negotiate hard because they gave me a good price up front. This is my second Hyundai and both were purchased from Michael Ball and his team (thanks Ferdie). Completely easy to work with and a great experience overall. I would recommend this dealer.

I have been looking to purchase a car for several months. When I arrived I was introduced to Ferdie, who was very friendly and helpful. When he showed me the Azera, I felt like that was the car for me. He was very helpful, but not pushy, which I appreciated!!!!. The next day I came back to take another look, and a request to take the vehicle on an extended test drive; which they granted me. Mike Ball, the sales manager, was also very helpful and wanted to assist me with his service. The next day, I returned and wanted to purchase the car. Another good experience!! After the deal was done, Brian Lepic processed all of the paper work to complete the purchase. Brian too was quite professional and made even this part of the car buying experience one that was pleasant and enjoyable. I left the dealership feeling like I had just acquired 3 new friends. The next day I had a problem with my audio system. I called the team, and they told me to bring in the car. Drew in the service department fixed the problem as soon as I got out of the car, and I was back on the road in 10 minutes.Thanks again to the entire team for a great car buying experience.!! I went looking for a specific vehicle at McCarthy. After I arrived I learned the vehicle had been sold the day prior. Jerome spent the next half hour with me searching the lot for a comparable vehicle. We located an amazing Hyundai Santa Fe. I appreciated the fact that Jerome showed me only vehicles in my price range and didn't try to push me into a more expensive vehicle. I returned later in the day and closed the deal. They agreed to throw in a free tune-up as well. In summary, Jerome did everything in his power to turn me into a lifelong customer. To top it off, we all watched the Kansas City Royals advance to the World Series while finishing paperwork!

Brian Lepic did an exceptional job in the sale of a 2014 Elantra for my wife and I. From the moment I sat down to review my situation and needs with Brian, he and the sales manager addressed those needs and placed me on a car that met those needs perfectly. Brian spent the time to review the cars features and trim levels and options if I decided to move to a different trim level. After my initial test drive, I asked to be allowed to take an extended test drive so my wife would have an opportunity to drive it to determine her satisfaction of the Elantra. This allowed us to save time at the dealer later. When my wife and I returned later we we greeted right away by Brian and he spent time reviewing the car and offer again with us. Once we agreed on a price on our trade and the car, the process moved along quickly as Kent Rose had spent time ealier in the day getting our financing all taken care of. I can't express enough how nice it was to deal with Brian and Kent in moving the process along smoothly. Once we got done in finance, Brian spent time again going over all the features of the car with my wife as the car is her daily driver and left her very comfortable. This is the third Hyundai and each time they top themselves. Purchasing a car can be a stressful time, but I can assure everyone that Brian Lepic and the staff at McCarthy Hyundai lower that stress and made it an enjoyable experience.Thanks to everyone for getting us in our new Elantra.John and Marion Troast

I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted. I told them I was in the market for an Elantra. I was directed to Kim Warner, who talked to me about what I wanted. I indicated the specifics, and Kim said that I would need to get an SE to get the options I wanted. He then asked about color. There were a few on the lot that had the colors I wanted, so he went online and checked other Hyundai dealers within a 250 mile radius to see if they had an SE in the color we wanted. He also brought up a limited in the color we really wanted. After test driving the 2014 Elantra, we went back to the dealership to discuss cost and trade-in value. In short order, an agreed upon deal was struck with Jeremiah. I can't say enough about the dealership, it's customer service and low-pressure sales.

Chuck was great. Met our expectations and reasoning for price. Only had one round of negotiation. The wait at the dealership after we said "yes" regarding paperwork was a bit long though.

I stumbled across a good deal on a used Elantra on their website. I noticed when I visited the store that the price on the window was higher than the price listed on the dealer website, but I decided not to voice that I knew that until price negotiations happened. I wanted to see if I'd have to fight for that price or if they'd volunteer it. Chris (Blue Springs location) greeted me on the lot and was quite friendly. Turns out he's a motorcycle guy, like myself. I can say that during my entire visit and test drive, never once did Chris make me feel pressured. This is hugely appreciated. When it got to price negotiation time, I waited to see if Chris worked up a deal for me at the (higher) price on the window or the lower advertised web price. Without my mentioning that I had seen the lower web price, Chris volunteered that there was a web special price that was lower than the window price. I was pleased to see that he was up front about this without me having to go there myself. I made an offer slightly lower than the web price, which was accepted. Again, never during the sale process did I get the typical high pressure run-around dealership vibe.Numerous times during my visit, I was offered something to drink by Chris and other staff. Sure enough, when I checked it out, there was a cooler full of drinks in the lounge. A small detail but nice. I later returned to the store to buy an accessory for my "new" car. Chris noticed I was on the lot and came over to greet me. I had my 3-year old with me, and let me tell you, she is a big fan of the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies they have near the parts counter. She later told my wife that we had gone to the Hyundai store and got cookies. Looks like you guys are doing OK with the future Hyundai drivers. LOL.Good job. I am a pretty critical person, and I guess if you're going to be critical of bad service, you had better be willing to acknowledge good service as well. Drove all the way from Omaha, NE because they had the exact car I wanted. I was dreading the experience but Nick made it so simple and quick, I got my girlfriend to go back later to get a car there as well. It was totally painless and Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with the whole way through. He made sure I was happy with everything. In addition, finance was able to get me a lower rate than what my bank was providing, which was something I didn't think possible. Not only that, but they didn't pester me with stupid add-ons for the car or other useless things you have to say no to. Like I said, totally painless. Of my 4 car buying experiences, this one was hands-down the best one. I will continue to make the trek for future cars.

I went to another DEALERSHIP in Kansas to buy a vehicle and after 2 hours of wasting my time, I drove a little further. It took me about 10 mins to get there and I was shocked at how diffrent they were. Everyone seemed to care. They didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't want and they gave me options. I would have to say that if anyone I know wants a new Hyundai that they will drive another 10 mins because the serves was worth it.

I bought an Elantra GT there. The staff was very friendly. I don't really know what other people mean. Jeremy was very friendly and genuinely interested in helping me. Totally painless.

Nick was very thorough and went above and beyond, to make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything! We felt very relaxed and comfortable with Hyundai, and will definitely be doing business with them again.

Very unprofessional and dishonest salesmen! Wrote prices down on a piece of paper with no explanations. Tried to sell us a car at an 8% interest rate. Didn't have the car we wanted. Jeremy talked very condescendingly to us. He became a little bit nicer once we agreed to buy a car. When we went to get our paperwork that we had to submit to sign the papers, we stopped by Shawnee Mission Hyundai just to see, and had a completely different experience. What angered me is that Jeremy lied to us about everything from financing to bank interest rates to even the availability of the car we wanted. Not to mention....the car that we were discussing to buy was sold while we were discussing it. So, he had to "contract" another one for us. Once they lost our trust on all the other things, who knows what else they lied to us about. If you want to buy a car, go to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. McCarthy will just rip you off, play mind games, and make your car buying experience extremely stressful!!! Also, this was our third time going there. The first few times we went, we talked with a guy named Alex who seemed to be much more honest and straightforward. Funny thing is...third time we went, we got Terrence who didn't know what he was doing and kept referring everything to Jeremy. And...they told us Alex didn't work there anymore...hmmm, now I wonder why!

My Husband and I have now leased 2 cars from McCarthy Hyundai in Olathe, and will continue to do so. Our recent visit was to see what they could do for us to trade in mid-lease for a car with more options. I contacted Nick Brummel before hand with our stipulations and what we wanted. He talked to his manager and to us to come on in, we were a bit skeptical, but, Nick kept his word and got us even more than we wanted for the money we wanted to spend(we recommend you shoot him an email, or call the receptionist to make an appointment with him, he really worked to get us what we wanted) . We were more than thrilled, we were looking to just upgrade to a Elantra Limited and got in to a loaded Sonata Hybrid. Again soooo happy with the service and all of the help we got. Nick was great and took his time with us and did not pressure us into anything we didn't want or couldn't afford. If you are looking to get a New Hyundai don't go to any other Hyundai dealerships in Kansas City. McCarthy has the best inventory and really work to get to your target price. We 100% recommend you make an appointment with McCarthy Hyundai!

Awful experience at this dealership.Very unprofessional atmosphere, the car attendants kept moving around the cars on the sales floor which blew all kinds of exhaust fumes into the offices where customers are waiting, and the salesperson just made us wait forever while he shot the breeze with the other salespeople. Overall, I left with the impression that this dealership could not care less about me as a customer and just wanted to hurry up and add some $$$ to their dry-erase sales board.Maybe you guys should just pipe in the scene from Glengarry Glen Ross onto a bunch of monitors and create an echo chamber that blares: coffee is for closers! Unfortunately, this dealership lost my business over a trivial $100 discrepancy and seemed completely content to lose me as a customer forever. Glad I got to see the true colors before going any further with this one.Will not be back and would recommend avoiding this place.

A lot of deceit and dishonesty from beginning to end. We were upfront about our interest in car being tied to financing, but we kept getting steered to salespeople. We were told we had been preapproved for promotional financing, but it turned out no formal submission for financing approval had taken place. We asked to test drive an Elantra, but our saleman "couldn't find" one with the trim package we wanted so he had us drive one with much more expensive options than we wanted or needed. When we sat down to negotiate, they produced a printout of the invoice price and MSRP that did not include a $995 add-on paint/interior warranty, so they were quoting numbers a $1000 lower than the actual price we would pay, and that didn't include other unmentioned costs like administrative fees and sales tax. So they were throwing out numbers a few thousand lower than the price they were actually offering.After working through that BS and getting them to come down on price, we got the runaround on financing. After being told we were pre-approved at promotional financing, they came back at quoted interest rates two full points higher than what had been promised at the start, and they kept trying to steer us to a 72-month loan when we were explicit from first contact we were only interested in 36- or 48-mouth loans. We finally gave up and took our business elsewhere. After meeting with another Hyundai dealer, we discovered McCarthy had never submitted our financial information to Hyundai's corporate finance department - Hyundai's internal finance can't offer different rates to different dealers, so any record of a customer being submitted to Hyundai finance is on record for all Hyundai dealers nationwide, and there was no record of us. So it turns out we gave them a lot of sensitive personal information at no benefit to us. They flat-out lied to our faces, through e-mails, and over the phone about our financing options.I understand its a tough economy and market for car dealers right now, but I can't do business with a place that embraces such dishonest sales tactics. Every time I tried to get a straight answer about something, they would go all "Boiler Room" on us and change the question to try to get us to say "yes" to something, anything. Maybe they get better margins on sales with that approach, but we're the kind of people that seek to become repeat customers if we're treated well, and are quick to share positive and negative experiences with local businesses. McCarthy didn't just lose one sale - they lost multiple potential sales down the road from us and people we would have referred to them that now will be referred elsewhere. The only positive things I can say our this dealer is we knew what price to ask for at another dealer for a similar car, and appreciated more how well we were treated at the place we eventually bought from.

In the four years my wife has had her 2008 Hyundai Sonata, she has had the following issues:1.At 40,000 miles in August 2010, the first engine was replaced after two weeks of delays and lack of communication by the dealership she bought it from McCarthy Hyundai of Olathe, KS. It took a regional representative to come to the dealership, inspect the engine and see the mechanical defect that caused the problem in the first engine resulting in its replacement.2.In January 2012, at approximately 58, 000 miles on the vehicle, the entire transmission was replaced. This time McCarthy Hyundai of Olathe, KS would not honor the warranty and stated this was an issue of abuse and neglect. This is despite our proof of regular, documented maintenance on the vehicle. Please refer to case 4697168; VIN 5NPEU46C38H3421413.At 61,000 miles in June 2012 we are now forced to again to bring the vehicle back to McCarthy Hyundai of Olathe, KS to have the engine inspected because there are now metal shavings in the oil pan. Once again we have documented maintenance work on the vehicle showing oil changes at regular intervals of 4 months which corresponds to my wifes driving pattern of 3,000 per those four months. We will NEVR deal with McCarthy Auto group again.

I visited this dealership twice to try to buy a car and was completely given the run around both times. They refused to even put me on a list to call me to let me know when the car I wanted came in and even claimed that they may never get any more into inventory (I was looking for a 2012 model in September 2011), really??? They were only interested in selling me the car that they wanted to sell me that day and getting the one I wanted seemed to be a major inconvenience to them. At certain points they were just outright lying to me. In short, in spite of my best efforts they basically refused to sell me a car. The good news is that Shawnee Mission Hyundai was more than happy to help me.

We purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra on July !2. Our salesperson was the internet manager Kim Warner. He went the extra mile to locate the color and package that my wife wanted. He has been very responsive in taking my calls and answering my questions. We haven't driven the car enough to comment on performance.Thus can't comment on the service department. The only negative is the tire mobility kit. I am told that Hyundai is working on replacing it with a spare tire.As far as price as goes, paid sticker plus admin fee- thus OK. Jerry Frantz

I was lied to about them trying to call me back as they did not even have my phone number and I checked my phone to be certain and sure enough, no call from them. They kept my drivers license and when I returned in my new car from Shawnee Mission Hyundai, I was lied to again by them telling me they could get me the same car I just bought for 600 less. I feel as though this was a really bad move on their part as they could not even match the price I was getting just hours ago. I was then confronted by a salesman who had just walked in the door asking who's brand new Sonata with 30 day tags from SM Hyundai was sitting out front with a dent in it!!!!! There was no dent in my car or someone would have had a dent in their head! I don't know who these arrogant poor salesman think they are but I highly recommend NOT even looking at a car at this dealership! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Please take my advice and overlook this dealership when in the market for a Hyundai. Love my '12 Sonata and got excellent service from Shawnee Mission Hyundai!

I believe I was assigned the wrong sales person. Also when I visited the dealership another sales person told me that my situation would be best to even wait on a test drive. I did not hear back from anyone for two days, so I went to Shawnee Mission Hyundai and had a very good experience for my purchase.

I have to say my husband doesn't like dealing with dealers and we bought a SUV with in 3 hrs. He was very impressed with our salesman (Chuck,)promptly greeted him, showed us some vehicles and we was off test driving. My husband was happy with the prices and how quickly the paperwork was all done. The staff there was all very friendly and willing to help us. Since then our daughter was wanting a new vehicle so went right there. I can't say enough on how much patience they had with her. She is very hard to please but they spent so much time with her, explaining things to and looking for a vehicle that fit her needs, wants and price. I have to say she was very HAPPY after we left. Thank you everyone.

My sister and I are young professionals and both needed new cars at the same time, but were dreading the process.
