Have been looking for a small first car for my daughter and with the small inventory out there due to the pandemic had to look multiple places. Compared to other dealers we found our experience at McCarthy Morse Chevy very refreshing. Del Shoals was our salesman and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicle we decided to purchase. Negotiated a very fair deal without any hassle. Would definitely consider returning for my next vehicle purchase.

From the moment I walked into the dealership ,to driving out in my beautiful red Equinox, I had excellent customer service from each and everyone that I encountered. The purchasing of my new car was seamless. All important information was explained such as; needed personal documentation; financing , and last but not least, the operating details of the vehicle. This was my first new car in 14 years and a lot has changed during those years, but each of those new features operation procedures was explained carefully. I would highly recommend McCarthy Morse Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle- excellent customer care from beginning to end .

My wife and I just had the best used-car buying experience here. Jordan (laid back and very friendly!) helped get the vehicle we wanted into the price range would could afford with zero pressure. I recently bought a motorcycle from this dealership and had a great experience. The salesman Brandon was helpful and made everything go smoothly. I had expected to spend some time getting everything done but I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a new bike. Had the bike for a couple weeks now and it's been running great and I've been having a blast.

Both Erik our salesman and Mike our finance guy at McCarthy-Morse was were awesome. They have some of the best prices you can find and gave us a fair value for our trade in. We have bought several new cars over the years and I can say this was the first time we actually had fun doing so. We will definitely be return customers. They understood that buying a new truck was major financial decision and they didn’t pressure us into anything. Definitely ask for Erik Fish and Mike Downs if you go in.
