I had a great experience working with McCredy Motors to have my car serviced after a recent accident. They kept me in the loop on the status of repairs when they realized some damage had gone unnoticed by my insurance company and additional parts needed to be ordered. They were also very accommodating with my schedule for me to pick the car up. I would definitely recommend going here!

I was on my way to a Pony Pull when Bessey sprung a leak! Being that i'm a 3rd generation dodge owner i was a bit intimidated by all the fancy chevrolets in the parking lot. I wasn't sure how they would react when they saw an ol' dodge drivin, pony pullin, country boy like me, but they were very welcoming! Once i got my rig towed to the shop they had it fixed in a jiffy! Oh, and i guess one of the guys there really liked horses. He kept pointing out the window saying "Pony! Pony!" He ended up giving Juniper the carrots from his lunch which was awfully nice of him. Thanks, McCredy's for getting me there on time. I got 4th place!

I go to McCredy's for all my routine repairs. They have never been anything short of helpful. The speed of service is outstanding and they are always accommodating. If the appointment time is inconvenient for me, they will pick up my car and drop it back off at work before I am done. Prices are reasonable and I am always treated like a priority. I've also gotten extensive repair work done after an accident, in which case they provided me with a loaner vehicle. I will absolutely continue doing business with McCredy's and I highly recommend it to anyone else who values fast, friendly service.

I am a last minute kind of person. I called them up last minute and they were able to pick up my car for me, fix it, and have it back in the parking lot before I got out of work!! They were all so nice when I have needed to go in other times! Thanks McCredys for making me feel like family!!

I purchased my first car from McCredy Motors. The sales team was great and found me exactly what I was looking for within my budget. The service department has helped me with routine maintenance and when there was a problem with a sensor in my car they managed to get it in the shop,find the problem and fixed it right away. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Had to bring in my Cobalt to get my ignition switch repaired due to the recall. I put it off for a long time just because I couldn't go without having a vehicle for work. Come to find out, McCredy's was able to accommodate me and provided me a free loaner vehicle for the day while they serviced my car. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to schedule my appointment. Very friendly people, it was nice doing business with them. I will be going back.

I was able to schedule an appointment and get in right away. The people were great and service was even better. Got everything I needed done quickly and the right way. They seemed like nice people. offered shuttle service for long repairs. i guess they will be long when they keep finding small things wrong with it and instead of easy fix they recommend full replacement. and 85-90/ an hour for labor? My Michigan mechanic was 75 at a dealer and that was in Brighton... much bigger city than Norwich. But i guess competition helped lower labor price maybe? The facilities were clean and organized. It seemed like a lot of the extra repairs were caused by faulty handling or rushing. Overall not a bad place.. if you have the money..
