I brought a really nice used vehicle from here, the team was excellent in sales, however I noticed the tires were different brands and requested new ones before I purchased. Three days later the salesman picked my car from my job to have the tires replace(great) hands were tied up, Thanks to the salesman Abel for reaching back out, to see if things were better. Thanks to Angel for the finance manager for job well done, thanks to William Holmes for making sure things were going good.

Just finished purchasing a vehicle from McDaniels Subaru. Everyone that I worked with was very professional, very personable and they made the entire process easy. Buying a vehicle is generally not a fun process but everyone was great to work with and I left with a smile on my face. James (sales) Mike (manager) and Angel (finance) all went above and beyond to make it a really great experience and took care of everything. Angel was superb and helped my family get the perfect Ascent for us! He was patient and understanding. This is our second purchase with McDaniels, and we will definitely come back! My vehicle had the wrong floor mats in it and Angel helped make sure they were replaced with no fuss. We really appreciate how easy he made everything.

Awesome experience and our sales person Angel was very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle, give Angel a call. We started the process online because our son is located out of state. Angel reached out to us right away and stayed with us until he personally delivered the vehicle to our son. Angel volunteered to drive the vehicle and drop it off and did so after a very long day. That is above and beyond service. One of the best experiences we’ve had buying a vehicle. Thank you!

Fantastic service. Didn't know how to handle updates and had issues reprogramming power windows. Took care of everything and worked me in even though the next appointment wasn't until late August. Got the car back washed and vacuumed. Definitely recommend this dealership.
