I have to update this review to say that when I went in 2018 to buy a new VW Atlas the sales man was so flipping rude we went to the VW store across town and paid $500 more for the same car. We even drove across town for service for the next two years. Below is my original 5 star review from 8 years ago. William and Nicole in the service department are really great. I have taken my car there three times now and I really appreciate the complimentary car wash after!

Had an amazing experience here at McDaniel’s. Worked with an amazing salesman. He met all of my questions & needs in getting a new car. Really hard to get an appointment. You need to leave a message, then hope for a call back. Very unprofessional, and impersonal. I hope they change how they do this because I like the dealership, just not the way the setup is now. Please change your service dept! Well, I got through, and she has the best personality ever(just kidding). Rude as heck, not nice, stay away! The car biz ain’t what it used to be.

Service was great and fast. The only issue is they did not honor the $10 off oil change even after I made the guy aware. He said you have to show that when you come in. It is on the web site.
