They have Excellent customers service! Andrew was very helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted. They didn't have the car I wanted on their lot, so they drove to Ohio to get it, and even delivered it to my house. I would definitely recommend McDonald Chevrolet to anyone in need of a new car.

Andy is always very helpful and patient while I work through trying to decide which vehicle I want at lease-end. He provides me the numbers for any vehicle I ask in a very timely manner. He went the extra mile calling multiple dealerships trying to execute a dealer trade for the exact vehicle that I wanted and wouldn't give up until he found one. I Love being able to go to work and have McDonald's come and pick up my vehicle, take it in for service and drop it back off to me. They also explain maintenance details about my vehicle, but do not pressure to get them done there and now.
