The staff at McDonald Hyundai in Littleton Colorado are very friendly and very helpful. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson and so far I'm very pleased. I will definitely send my friend's and family there. I want to especially thank my saleswoman, Doe for helping me and getting me into my car. This is my first car that I was able to purchase on my own, without a co-signer. Spencer was a great help as well. He explained everything very well and answered my questions.

After seeing the advertisements for 0% interest on new Hyundai Santa Fe's, we decided it was a perfect time to replace our primary car with a new one. We had bought our 2019 Santa Fe with McDonald Hyundai, and had an amazing experience. So instead of going through all the local Hyundai dealers to find the best price, I just sent contacted McDonald again. Unfortunately our previous salesman had left, but Brandon West got back to me, and we made a deal that I think was very fair for both of us! Brandon was great and made sure we were happy with the deal and the car, and even days after we had the car, made sure everything was still great. McDonald Hyundai makes buying a new car extremely easy and painless. We would definitely buy a 3rd car from them!

Attracted by the ratings, heavily disappointed by the experience. I was there last Saturday all excited to purchase a car that I had my eyes set on. I was initially in talks with David about the car. The inquiry was great until then. Apart from the car being a bit over my budget (which is totally not the dealership’s fault), I was being forced to purchase an anti-theft policy as an accessory which I didn’t want to buy. To top it off, this fee has never been advertised on any of the car sales platforms. David was courteous throughout the inquiry and despite the car being slightly over my budget, I did consider purchasing it. The troubles began when they started transferring this case to different representatives multiple times over the course of 3 days. Micah in particular was extremely impatient and not the least bit courteous. I then found myself talking to Austin who, after much back and forth, took off the accessory fee (for the policy that I never asked for in the first place) as if they were doing me a favor. Upon simply requesting a slightly lower price on the vehicle, Austin then proclaimed that they now will have to increase the price of the car and add the accessory fee on again. It was a clear move to dissuade me from discussing further. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere, preferably someplace where I don’t have to haggle for multiple days to get a hidden accessory fee off and where the staff doesn’t make me run around in circles talking to different reps who at the slightest request of a slightly lower price jump to put the bogus fees back on.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I walked into this dealership under the notion that we were buying a new car today, however, we weren’t sure if it would be from Hyundai or one of the many other car dealerships down the stretch of S Broadway. We met with Doe Snyder who quickly caught on to what my husband and I were looking for and really wanted. Doe was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly efficient and no nonsense. Once we found our beautiful new Sante Fe and drove it, we know we were sold. We worked with Doe and her finance manager John Francis, who was also great. Together we came up with a number we were happy with and felt good about. Although buying a car is a process both Doe and John Francis made it easy and relatively fast. I think one more thing to note is even after we bought the car and had to come back several days later for the tint, I was still treated just the same. There was the urgency, friendliness, and care to make sure I got what I needed and felt like I was taken care of. We are thankful we walked into this dealership first and we are truly loving our new car so far. I was a hardcore Toyota fan for half of my life, but I think they have some competition now in our household!
