I have never had a bad experience with the guys in the service department. Dan in the service department has the best customer service. They seem to always take their time, inspect your car, prepare you for future maintenance - which is absolutely awesome. Highly recommend.

Really great to work with all around. Drove almost 4 hours from out if state and every member of staff I dealt with along the way was straight forward, honest, and reasonable. One of the best vehicle purchase experiences I've had.

This is one of the nicest and most accommodating service departments that I have ever had the privilege to meet! Although I didn't get my car fix..I was given all the information that I needed for when I got back home to Alabama!! I would definitely recommend this Kia dealership!!!

This KIA dealership is the best experience I have ever had when buying a new vehicle.James Nesbitt who was my sales man was absolutley the best. He gave me many choices, and could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this dearlership.I was not even looking to buy a new car, I was dropping my sister off to have her KIA fixed, walked into the show room, and the rest is history. Their friendliness and honesty in sales and repairs. While we got an oil change and tire rotated we ended up buying a 3015 Sedona. We loved our Kia Soul 2013 also. It's our four car we bought at McDonald's and we are very happy

My salesmen were Scott & Chad. The service they provided exceeded customer service exspectation to me. I dont want to be closed minded to other future options , but why would I leave this dealership when Iam completly happy. This is my place to go...forever I recommend them to all people.

there was a guy probably the manager and a sales lady. they were acting very weird. when me and my wife entered the dealership they were not welcoming at all. gave us a look that is like why the heck we were there? at that moment i decided i am not buying a kia. every time we ask something they looked at each other and then answered. the overall experience is quite disappointing because of the unprofessional manager and the sales lady. never ever recommend anyone to go there.
