Finally a great Mazda dealer to go with great Mazda cars. We really wanted a new Miata after owning one 20 years ago, but were bummed out by the shopping experience at Northern Front Range Mazda dealers. We decided to take a chance and make the drive to McDonald West and see if it was any better. It turns out not just better, but as good as any luxury brand dealer we’ve purchased from in the past. Tracy, our salesperson was a pleasure to work with. Management doesn’t play any games on price - they know how to create long term customers. We can’t recommend this dealer enough. Don’t even waste your time with other Mazda dealers. Just go here.

These guys were really great to me. The dealer I bought my vehicle from a week and a half ago installed a new windshield and didn't have the capability to recalibrate the camera so they made an appointment for the car at McDonald Mazda West prior to my purchasing it. I drove the vehicle down from Loveland, and McDonald discovered that the windshield that was installed by the "other" dealership was done incorrectly so they are having THEIR mobile windshield guy install another one, recalibrate the camera at the "other" dealer's cost, AND they will come to me (I work in Fort Collins so this trip was a little bit of a hardship on me). Not only did they do this for me, they ran a free inspection on the car so I know whether there are maintenance issues coming up (fortunately nothing major), and they washed the car. If I were to have any trouble with my vehicle while down in this area, I would definitely take it to them. Thanks, McDonald, for treating me right!
