They are so annoying. I don't even care if they were good salesmen but they keep calling for no good reason. I've tried explaining that I'm not in the market anymore a few times but it doesn't work. I blocked their number and they just fill up my voicemail with unwanted calls.

Car shopping can be a very frustrating experience. My experience at McDonough Nissan was no such thing. My sales associate, Mr. Andrew Elliott, made my car shopping experience a breeze. Not only did he find the perfect car for me, but he has continued to make sure I am happy with the car I purchased! He was able to get me a fantastic affordable price on the vehicle of my choice without pressuring me into a car I would not be happy with. He made sure the car I purchased was the car for me!

I came into the dealership hoping to trade in my motorcycle and my ford fusion and lower my payments...After speaking with Mo Lewis on the phone and setting an appointment with him...I went to the dealersip not expecting much because others had said they could do it just to find out they were a bust..but upon my arrival Mo Lewis and his partner Joe made it happen...I left paying 300 less than what my current payment was..they were great not only for the sale they called me the day after to insure that everything was going good with the new vehicle...if you need a new vehicle go see Mo Lewis at McDonouogh Nissan...he will take care of you and he really listens to what you want to get done..

I had been searching for a vehicle for about 2 weeks no one could work with my needs. My APCU REP contacted Nissan McDonough and contacted Joseph Vitkovitsky about a 2010 Maxima that I was interested in. The car i originally wanted was sold, Joseph found another car that was just as nice.He went over and beyond his duties to make me comfortable. He was able to get the amount where i was at ease. Thanks SO MUCH!!!

We had a great experience with the service department at this dealership. We bought our car prior to this store opening at a different location and they truly don't get the customer service side like Mcdonough Nissan does! We will be back for all of our maintenance moving forward!

I'm SO happy to give this dealership a glowing recommendation. Our salesman was Wayne, and he was amazing. He really went out of his way (along with the GM Charlie and the Finance mgr Cynthia) to get us into a brand new car, and did it in less than 4 hours (if you've bought a car before, you KNOW it can literally be an all day process), which is especially impressive, given that my credit isn't the best. Everyone was kind, patient, and so willing and happy to make sure my fiance and I left with a great car. If you live IN Atlanta, it may be a hike to get to McDonough, but trust me, it's SOOOO worth it. The showroom is gorgeous, as well as spotless! I would recommend this dealership and Wayne to ANY AND EVERYONE!

I absolutely loathed car shopping. That is, until today. Every negative belief I've held onto for most of my adult life was eliminated in one short two hour visit at McDonough Nissan with Wayne (David) Carroll and the Nissan staff. I went in looking to get a used car, but being a brand new dealership (open only a week), they didn't have any selection yet. I was a little discouraged at first, but Wayne took me around the lot and showed me cars that still fit what I was looking for without breaking the bank. He carefully and patiently explained all the features and the benefits without exhibiting any pressure at any point in the process. He made me feel at ease and was genuinely interested in getting me the right car for the right price. I brought the car home and the kids absolutely loved it. They said, I made a very good choice. This Sentra looks like a luxury car but it's very roomy and economical. Now, thanks to Wayne, I look much smarter to them than I actually am. Let me be clear, Mr. Carroll is not only very professional and thorough, but he truly cares about his clients. I didn't feel like I was in a "meat market" at any point. He took me around and introduced me to the staff and they were all very friendly. It was just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Although I live in Sharpsburg (not a short drive away), I won't buy a car from anyone else going forward. Wayne has a customer for life. Thank you, Wayne. You've made this customer/family very happy.

Treated me very poorly, I went in to the dealer to try a Cadillac CTS-V 2012 and the guy wouldn't even let me take a test drive. How am I supposed to buy a car without even testing it out? Overall, very rude service and edged me towards a BMW instead.
