What an amazing buying experience this morning had! Quickest amount of time I have spent at a dealership by far! They had a deal done within two hours of being there. I cannot thank Chris and Troy for the effort and time they put in to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Very honest gentleman and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy! I definitely will be a lifelong shopper that this dealership! I will be sure to refer anyone because they give you the 5 star treatment! Thanks again guys!

High!!! Could not make the deal

With every service done to the vehicle, there has been an issue. First issue- inside interior head liner has been damaged. Second issue- scratch marks on outside of truck when side rails where installed. Third issue- oil change done, and the plug was not tightened so it was leaking oil. Four issue- the next oil change, no cap was put back on. So drove around with no cap! Fifth issue- in for service and a tire rotation was done. After driving around, noticed a vibration. There where a few lug nuts gone! Thank goodness no accident came from that. Sixth issue- had an appointment for service, but spent the half a day waiting! Why make an appointment if you still have to wait? There obviously has been issues, not so sure if anything will even come of this. But you asked and I’m answering. Customer service really isn’t number one anymore. Which is a sad reality.

Okay so the first round the review was not so good. I believe in second chances so these guys at McElveen hit a home run, touch down how ever you want to play it. I brought a vehicle that I was not happy with the first time around, a long story short ,they came though. found the vehicle I really wanted and everything went very smooth no hassles and yes you guessed it, I'm a happy camper. All the people involve one name comes to mind 'Mr Coach' That's a hard working guy. Then again everyone who help me though my situation were AWESOME !! and management you know who you are . A big Mahalo (thank you) to y'all and management as well .I would give you 10 stars but I see I'm only allowed 5 . In my book 10 it is.
